Still having an issue with properly setting up a trigger for an Oil change. Ideally we would like to setup a trigger for 5k miles from last oil change or 6 months. So far, we have only been able to setup a 5,000 mile trigger, but that trigger immediately iterates to the next 5,000 miles for the next trigger. SO if the driver comes in 500 miles late, his next trigger will occur in 4500 miles. Hopefully the new automation engine coming next month will solve this and more. The different dimensions (Classes, Departments, vendors, Customer etc.) are split in different applications. If it can be merged into one single application - "Company", it would be more easy to use.

My role in the accounts payable process - processing bills.

One problem is our billing software does not allow us to process multi-currency bills (Ex: Base currency of entity - USD, vendor bill currency - EUR) accurately, which Sage intacct through its multi-currency billing feature allows me to process bills with the live exchange rates based on the bill dates. The only issue I found was setting up the different truck classes and drivers. Setting up a driver or unit that needs to be governed by DOT and hours of service or not. This also requires different DVIR setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to have a secomndary temperature monitoring system beyond the driver. In our business this is one of the most important reasons why we use Samsara. A few of the dislikes. The PM process in exporting and importing to create large number of PM's can be improved. Updates need to be tested with customer support before being released to the custormers. Thought needs to be given to the types of industries using Upkeep. Upkeep is improving on that subject. Our biggest challenge so far has been the pace of implementation. This is a lengthy process to find out exactly how to make NetSuite fit with our business, but putting in the effort up front will certainly go a long way down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetSuite is helping us solve a terribly slow period close process. We were taking anywhere from 25-35 days to close a single month in our old system. We hope that with NetSuite we will be closed within 15 days after month end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are minor enhancement requests we have submitted for FloQast compliance: adding filters to some of the compliance screens; being able to link narratives and controls across different audit projects (corp controls vs IT controls, for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FloQast has introduced substantial efficiencies to our close process by providing real-time visibility into status updates, enhancing collaboration between our finance and accounting departments. The “watch” feature enables the finance team to monitor the accounting team’s progress, allowing them to initiate their tasks at the appropriate stage. In a remote work environment, this functionality has been particularly beneficial in helping our team stay aligned. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Limble CMMS. We're transitioning from ManagerPlus, and the difference is night and day—Limble has been a much smoother and more efficient system for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limble is helping us solve several problems. Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program never got off the ground due to issues with ManagerPlus, but Limble has made it possible to finally get that in place. It's also addressing our inventory issues and providing the accurate reporting that we were lacking before. These improvements have made our operations more efficient and streamlined. There are a few things i would change with QB. We just recently started using the QB Avanced and I would like it if it allowed users that aren't Admin or Standard all access to have access to the app instead of having to go on the website everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To keep tabs on company money, send out invoices, and manage our bookkeeping, we utilize FreshBooks. Because of it, we have been able to automate time-consuming and error-prone tasks like repeating invoicing and tracking overdue payments. We are now better able to see the company's financial health and make strategic decisions thanks to the transparency of financial reporting. It facilitates a plethora of tasks, including expense control, budgeting, report review, invoice creation and sending, and payroll processing. Overall, we do have significant complaints about Acumatica. I would say we would like to see more low-code/no-code workflow capabilities across the platform. We are leveraging Acumatica to be our primary accounting system as well as a basis for our operational client billing and management sytem in the Home Care industry. We are using the Field Service components along side of the project accounting aspects plus we are significantly extending the product with the Acumatica development platform. Pricing of the ClearBooks software after the 30-day free trial might make it unattractive for small businesses with a tight budget. It would be great if they can come out with more affordable pricing policies for the small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With ClearBooks the Accounting & Bookkeeping process has become much simpler and chances of errors have reduced significantly. As a small business owner, with ClearBooks installed in my business I can now focus on the core business operations while leaving the accounting function on it. Overall, our experience has been positive, but we’ve run into some occasional UX delays. We’re used to getting data instantly, so any delays can be a bit frustrating. This might be due to the heavy calculations happening in the backend, especially with our transaction volume. Still, it’s a minor issue compared to the great support we’ve had. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. Use the mobile application to understand the full potential of Kashoo. There's a new revamped version soon to be released that will include better dashboards and automated data entry, so look forward to this. Their online webinars are totally worth checking out. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address. Customer support can be difficult to work with, whether it’s their staff not knowing how some features work, providing incorrect responses, or giving canned answers for the wrong issue. I feel like they've improved over the past year, but it’s still a challenge. Bonsai provides a single platform for managing proposals, contracts, and time tracking, all the way through to invoicing. It’s helped my team and me build a structured process for customer engagements and has streamlined everything related to time tracking and billing clients, making the entire workflow more efficient. The only downfall I can think of is if you are unaware of how the system works you can't take full advantage of it. I don't know that this is a Blackline fault, more likely it is a failing of my company for not offering more effective training on the system when someone new starts.
