FloQast has introduced substantial efficiencies to our close process by providing real-time visibility into status updates, enhancing collaboration between our finance and accounting departments. The “watch” feature enables the finance team to monitor the accounting team’s progress, allowing them to initiate their tasks at the appropriate stage. In a remote work environment, this functionality has been particularly beneficial in helping our team stay aligned. The different dimensions (Classes, Departments, vendors, Customer etc.) are split in different applications. If it can be merged into one single application - "Company", it would be more easy to use.

My role in the accounts payable process - processing bills.

One problem is our billing software does not allow us to process multi-currency bills (Ex: Base currency of entity - USD, vendor bill currency - EUR) accurately, which Sage intacct through its multi-currency billing feature allows me to process bills with the live exchange rates based on the bill dates. Workiva can be a bit harder to use when formatting with images or insertion of objects, such as graphs. In general, customization options can feel limited at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In terms of SEC reporting, Workiva ensures we have strict version control over our document and through linking, ensures data accuracy. LiveFlow is serving as an invaluable tool in our business operations, streamlining our reporting processes, saving costs, and enhancing our productivity. LiveFlow has eliminated the need for manually running weekly reports in QBO and emailing them to clients. Instead, I can compile all required reports into a Google sheet and share the link with our clients. This has saved time and effort, and also allows our clients to access these reports whenever they want. LiveFlow provides live data that updates every hour or whenever the Google sheet is opened. This ensures that you and your clients always have access to the most current data, improving decision-making and response times. LiveFlow has helped save money by negating the need for another application to manage commission calculations. By automating manual tasks and centralizing report access, LiveFlow has significantly boosted our productivity. This allows us to focus more on core business activities, improving overall business performance. Although I wish to have the ability to use QBO's custom reports within LiveFlow, the current pre-populated ones still provide you with necessary data and insights. Our biggest challenge so far has been the pace of implementation. This is a lengthy process to find out exactly how to make NetSuite fit with our business, but putting in the effort up front will certainly go a long way down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mosaic is still a fairly early stage company so there are some features and integrations that are lacking but nothing that was a deal breaker. We moved to Mosaic from another FP&A tool that was very much lackluster and holding our Finance team back. Mosaic is helping us spend more time on value-added work vs. manual work and wasting time constantly chasing problems with the tool. It has made tracking past due invoices so easy. I have reports set that pull any invoices that are 5 days past due. This helps me quickly know which members are past due and I can easily grab their email addresses and disable their access to our ecosystem services until their invoices are paid, per our policy. Xoro is helping us conncect everything in one place. Before, we would place purchase orders, create sales orders, and run our accounting system through three different places. As you can imagine, this got really complicated when trying to record simple things such as cost of goods and things like that. Xoro has helped simplify that. Auditability of line items can be enhanced by adding extra features like saved views references, filter references, UX page references etc. Ability to natively view the size consumed by a line item (not just cell count) can greatly help with size impact analysis. Detailed error logging and scheduler accuracy can be improved in Cloudworks. Native support for allowing input/breakback and calculation logic in the same line item can be added to further boost platform adoption in Retail Planning use cases. Anaplan's versatility is one of its key differentiators. Using Anaplan, comprehensive planning solutions that facilitate quick decision-making can be built for all critical functions - Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR and Workforce, Marketing etc. As a partner, this enables me to implement best-in-class solutions for our customers and their planning needs. Overall, we do have significant complaints about Acumatica. I would say we would like to see more low-code/no-code workflow capabilities across the platform. We are leveraging Acumatica to be our primary accounting system as well as a basis for our operational client billing and management sytem in the Home Care industry. We are using the Field Service components along side of the project accounting aspects plus we are significantly extending the product with the Acumatica development platform. We mainly use Apliqo (both UX and FPM) for internal reporting. We use it for our day-to-day timesheets, our (financial) month end close, dashboarding and reporting.

The operational model is tracking our projects on a day-to-day basis, provinding an overview of budgets-to-date, time spent (hours/days), expenses tracking. Our users are entering information on a daily basis.

For the financial closing we are currently utilising the P&L/Balance sheet reporting layer across our region, based on input from various countries, coming from different data sources (accounting systems).

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. There are very less things I could dislike about S/4HANA Cloud. I would say the Customer Support can be a little better in terms of responses.

I have been using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for a while now and there have been many benefits that I could see. The time it saves is very important and effecient in delivering work. Also, it comes ina decent cost and the ease of use and its features go hand in hand.
