Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

1. Belong to a banking & finance platfrom, we have 100+ sales employees, for them now it is very easy to mark their attendance and raising expense from mobile application, Previously we are highly dependent on the email and sms.

Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. It is very difficult to understand how to work with Remote as a contractor when providing services as a company but residing in a different country.

Invoicing functionality misses drafts - whenever I quit the form of creating invoice my progress is not saved.

The worst thing that happened to me was automated invoicing: my employer has issued and paid an invoice automatically without my review - with a random number that messes up my whole bookkeeping and without a valid VAT number that is required in EU when working with b2b transactions between eu companies. Even though it is a communication issue, I have never seen employers to issue employee's invoices and it's just not how it should be done.

It is really easier to have an e-signed contract with any software available on the market and handle invoices yourself, if you are a company providing services in EU.

The mobile app is completely useless but it's installation is recommended in every corner of this software. I have installed it and it always redirects me to a mobile browser because something is not yet supported in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

- Poor Benefits Quality: Depth and breadth of benefits offerings, especially medical, is poor.

- Poor Support Service Stratgy: All of our account managers have been dedicated and professional. However, JustWorks' service model is such that your representatives are service/sales people, not experts in payroll, tax, benefits or compliance. You cannot directly connect with relevant experts when you need help. Tax issues are often unresolved as a result. Thankfully we've had few other issues with sensitive areas, but I have no confidence that JustWorks has staff with deep expertise in these areas if an issue did arise.

- No real HRIS functionality: Most PEO's don't have decent HRIS features, but my predecsccors selected JustWorks because the software looked/felt better than other PEO's. This is true, but there is very little onboarding and reporting functionality.

- Poor Benefits Implementation: Open enrollment and other benefits implementation is self-serve. No expert support in modeling benefit coverage options. RUN has been just what we needed for our Time and Attendance woes! The Time and Attendance feature punches our employees in/out, keeps accurate time records, and then transfers the hours right to payroll for processing. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. At times there are issues within the system that cause widespread problems. These take longer to correct than they should. Communication to users when these are identified would be helpful instead of finding out "by accident". Training for new users could be better than "Read this PEAK article". There are multiple steps within the system that cross sections and the articles don't always capture that. Also - the articles are not as up to date as the system is. We are able to seemlessly integrate all aspects of HR and Payroll related areas. The app has almost all the same functionality as the website which is a big satisfier for our staff. On my experience, their support are really hands on and giving a real time assistance to everyone. It was really the best experience specially when talking about your salary. I thought I might wait longer since I did not notice that my account has been closed by my bank but Borderless support didn't even gave me a hard time and fixed it on the spot. If I had to pick one thing and I had to list something, maybe more "How To" segments on using the payroll dashboard. I'm sure there are hundreds of things available, we don't know how to use. My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers.
