As supplier, I think the web is poorly designed. Here are some of them:

1. You got kicked off every 10min and you have to refill all the info afterwards. At least you should auto save the filled contents.

2. The format verification is missing, so accounting can't continue if your address is 123 street #101 or 123 ST STE 101. And if that happens, you must withdraw your request and re submit.

3. Every time you have to re register for a new client, which took at least 2 hours.

Tweaking predition models attributes is somehow difficult to understand.

The accuracy of our forecast is less than ideal. The StockIQ tool makes it easier to provide a more accurate forecast, but the user has to embrace the tool and follow the process. Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. In our implementation of BY LCT, we faced major issues with integration with Fourkites which was providing real time shipment status. Sometimes the carrier website had data which was more accurate. During the implementation, we encountered many bugs. Blue Yonder as well as Fourkites were slow in responding to bug fixes. It predicts future supply chain disruptions using AI/ML capabilities. It has helped us to move from ETA to PTA (Expected Time of Arrival to Predicted Time of Arrival). It also helped to track the inventory level dynamically and also facilitated exception handling. Custom reports can be created using power BI. As this is a data driven platform, it's important to have the required information in the right format to best integrate all the features and simulations. 7Bridges presents data analysis quickly in usable reports that's as close to live data as data are gathered and integrated. The online platform enables fast search of past invoices and reviewing of historical costs. Additionally, highlights potential disputable charges.
