What do you like best about SOCi?

Being able to schedule and post content across multi-locations via social media platforms and being able to manage those locations too.

We're able to monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google and Facebook by creating am automate review reponse which helps us maintain consistency and efficiency do to a busy work enviroment.

The newest addition of AI-powered insights and automation - We dig! The recommendatons for responses and text wording has been an encouraging new feature that we've enjoyed since it's been added!

Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

The paid boosting feature on SOCi has not worked for us since we've launched with the platform several years ago. I would like to ensure consistent paid social advertising and an improved feature fo boosting our own ads through SOCi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple accounts across different platforms, and with their robust reporting capability, analyzing your strategy is easier than ever. The asset library is one of my favorite features, allowing me to store content to use on a 'rainy day' as well as hashtags for your Instagram first comment. The smart inbox organizes all your messages, allowing you to review and prioritize quickly. The smart inbox has gone a long way in helping me remove spam messages, and focus on actual customers. Sprout also makes it very easy to export reports & your content calendars to send to the rest of your team. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is a powerful tool for managing multiple social media accounts from one central platform. One of the standout features for me is the ability to quickly pull a wide range of data and select specific accounts for analysis. The platform offers robust comparison abilities, allowing you to analyze performance across different time frames. The scheduling feature is also a huge plus — I can plan posts and schedule them to be published at the optimal times, across multiple channels simultaneously, which saves a ton of time. Additionally, the reporting feature is fantastic. It provides in-depth insights into which types of content perform best, making it easy to measure engagement, monitor progress, and present data to the team. The range of metrics available for each account is impressive, and I appreciate that Hootsuite regularly publishes blogs to help users maximize the platform's potential. Overall, it simplifies the process of managing social media and gives you all the tools needed to improve performance.

Overall, while Hootsuite is incredibly helpful and efficient for managing social media and pulling key metrics, these areas for improvement do slightly hinder the user experience. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

While Hootsuite offers many great features, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is with the reporting tool. It seems like the main reporting functionality has changed, and I’m no longer able to have my "default" screen include an overview of all my accounts. Now, I have to create individual reports for each account and go into them separately to pull the data, which is a bit more time-consuming. Additionally, the reports seemed stuck on data from 2022 for a while, which was frustrating. I also noticed that the reports can sometimes be inconsistent—if I pull two similar reports, the top posts may differ based on the metric (likes, comments, impressions), which makes it difficult to draw clear conclusions. I really wish there was more consistency between reports. Another downside is the lack of bulk post deletion — it’s a bit tedious to delete individual posts one by one, and it would be great if there was an option to delete multiple posts at once. Lastly, the time frames for comparing data can be limiting. For example, when comparing data from this year to last year, I was unable to go back to January 1st and had to settle for January 15th, which impacted the accuracy of my analysis. Hootsuite is solving the problem of the almost impossible task for a full-time marketing employee to manually pull and evaluate data of posts. This would be impossible for me to pull these numbers and work full time, and saves me hundreds of hours each year by schedule multiple posts at once with just one click. Birdeye makes this easier to do with their timely communication. It is 100% worth it for such an affordable price compared to other social media management tools. 
I have been a Community Manager for over four years and can say that I have migrated from one tool to another.

I have been using it on a daily basis for my work and I honestly like Vista Social because it is possible to manage all the accounts you’re handling from one place in a really intuitive and simple way; from scheduling posts, TikToks, and Reels to replying to a unified inbox, collaborating with your team and get advanced analytics/insights.

So at first when our company made the change, it was a bit furstrating. The learning curve was the cause, I had just mastered the previous software that was used. What help me was the traing, and just taking my time to go through the software and check out each option that was available to me. Most recently I have used the AI generated post for verbiage which is "AMAZING"! I also like the feature for reviews where it help you with what to say so that your responses remain netural. Scheduling posts AND scheduling follow up comments (even on a timer) has been so invaluable to my content marketing for my company. I appreciate that Publer keeps the user interface simple, and that it's easy to post across multiple platforms. They are quick to respond and helpful in their customer service. I use them very frequently (weekly, sometimes daily) and am continuing to learn more ways to make streamline so that I spend more time with customers as Publer helps automatically implement my marketing. I've found that even when I'm on a single platform, it still can be challenging to tag a person or page. I still have to go into the post after it's live to activate the tagging. Would love to see that feature improved. I would also like to reuse older posts by just duplicating, updating the date and content, and posting, but as of right now, you have to copy and paste the content and start a fresh post. What do you like best about SocialBee?

I like the ability to post on multiple platforms from one place. The dashboard will prompt you if you need to make changes to comply with a certain channels rules. Getting started was a breeze as well. Once you connect your accounts, you are ready to start posting your content.

The only thing I dislike is not having the amount of content necessary to really capitalize on this tool. When upgrading to a plan with more accounts, it wasn't clearly stated that you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade. i.e. the 5 account plan to the 10 account plan. SocialBee is helping me have a presence on social media! I've been attemping* to post from my phone but life doesn't allow that to happen and to stay present. What do you like best about Planable?

As a marketing agency managing multiple client accounts, Planable has been a total game-changer for us. It’s super intuitive and makes it so much easier to collaborate, plan, and schedule content across all the accounts we handle. Prior to using Planable we had tried 2 different social media management platforms that just didn't quite hit the mark.

What really stands out is their customer service. They’re quick to respond and always helpful, but what’s even more impressive is how they genuinely listen to feedback. We’ve made a couple of suggestions for improvements, and it’s clear they’re constantly working to make the platform even better based on user input.

Planable solves key challenges for us as a marketing agency by streamlining workflows, improving collaboration, and simplifying content scheduling for multiple client accounts. The approval platform makes it easy for internal and client communications. Overall, it’s boosted our productivity, improved client collaboration, and made things easier in general. What do you like best about Recur Post?

I like how easily RecurPost simplifies my social media management. The user interface is really easy, allowing me to act fast. Setting up recurring posts has been a great solution—I can schedule weekly posts without much effort, and it keeps social media active without my constant action. RecurPost has really helped me in scheduling social media accounts. Before, it was a struggle to post consistently because then I had to remember to post or set reminders. What do you like best about NiceJob?

I learned how important Google reviews are, but I wasn't consistently asking for reviews. NiceJob easily integrated with my CRM and automatically started asking my customers for Google reviews.

I know I can fo even more, but this was so easy and affordable and way better than what I was (wasn't) doing.

It helped me more than double my revenue in the year since I started. It also helped me dramatically lower my marketing costs because the reviews caused Google to send MANY more leads my way that value 5 star reviews.

I also have been able to raise my prices because the reviews help people who value great service find me. The Google algorithm seems to love consistent, 5 star, descriptive reviews and Nicejob is delivering those.
