What do you like best about Simplified?

Simplified is robust. They have continued to add AI tools. They also make it easy to post to multiple accounts and have a healthy list of platforms a person can post to. I feel like they were one of the first social platforms to incorporate AI image generation and continue to attempt to innovate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplified?

They have constantly changed their UX, names of what things within the system are called, where things are kept, and how things work. I will log in one week, create directions for my team in how to use the platform and the following week everything is different. And, when they change something, inevitably something is broken. It feels like someone in the company loves tweaking the main design constantly- but it keeps breaking small stuff in the system. And, many of the UX updates don't improve the system, they just make things more confusing and difficult to find/use.

For example, they have things called workspaces and team spaces. But, we were paying for "seats" and "social accounts". I kept asking them to explain what a "seat" is vs. a "teamspace", and they couldn't really answer and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. I tried to explain that they constantly were changing what things were called and how things were billed- but they made it seem like I was the idiot.

In the end, I really feel like they changed the terms of our yearly agreement. I wanted a large number of accounts available with a certain number of social accounts available for each account (teamspace). That was our agreement. But, then they changed things and moved to this "seat" concept and somehow I suddenly had way less access that I signed up for.

Is this a robust system- yes. But, watch out- they may continue to change your terms, change what things are called, and constantly tweak the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

We recently switched to Hootsuite from another Social Media monitoring site that was a big fat lemon. Hootsuite has turned my lemon into lemonade, and thank goodness. They had the perfect plan for our business that is easy to use for both helping us track reviews and monitoring all things social media. Their support teams have been great, and integration was simple. I'm in Hootsuite daily to ensure that it's business as usual and that our customers are getting the support they need from us. So far I haven't found something that I truly dislike, again it's early so I'm still learning to navigate the site. As I learn more, I might find something, but coming from a social media monitoring site that did nothing for me, I can see Hootsuite doing the same, in fact they have already improved our business 100-fold with the ease of their site. In those two years, I've found the ease of use to be the thing about Sprout that makes logging in to be something I get excited about. Sprout is great at helping the credit union I work for listen in for where we're mentioned on the web. I think this is a major benefit that has helped us as social media managers, as we've been preparing to merge with another credit union that is much larger than us. I have a team of support that are availble to help me right away and have been helpful in having all my issues resolved as well as automating the review process for me. I get to check on my account everyday and see progress in real time, it has increased client retention and clients have been more open to reaching out directly when they do not like the services they recieved, it makes the process of resolving an issue easy without taking a negative hit to our review sites. What do you like best about Loomly?

I like how functional the calendar view is. It makes it easy to draft out concepts and change up the order by drag and drop before going into each post and writing out/uploading content. I also appreciate the ability to create custom tags for each post, so I know exactly what type of content I am posting each week at a quick glance without having to open up everything. The collaboration tools are also helpful - sending posts for approval and making comments. The ability to schedle posts in advance 30+ days is awesome.

I wish there was a way to schedule multiple story slides at one time. This forces me to create/upload my content in Loomly, send for approval, and "schedule" but still having to go into Meta Business Suite and post my stories from there (which usually puts them out of order). I really enjoy that multitude of facets rep.com has to offer. Being able to manage both of my property's online presences in one place is a huge benefit, especially for someone like me who manages 2 properties and needs to be able to toggle back and forth quickly, respond to multiple reviews and revie our social media. I think reputation has area's for improvement by allowing us to be able to manage all platforms that allow reviews. My properties often get reviews on Yelp and I am unable to respond to those as they are not part of my platform. Additionally responding to review on Apts.com or Apartment List. What do you like best about Planable?

We looked at another content scheduler, but the price was very high. Since our district is new to the idea of a content scheduler, it was a hard sell. Knowing a content scheduler could save me time, I came across Planable and took advantage of their free trial. There are a few restrictions, but you get the idea quickly. Two other colleagues tested it out also. It is so easy and straightforward to use. This is a HUGE time saver for me posting to five different outlets. Not to mention that I could add internal chores like adding a graphic to our website at the same time as scheduling the social media. We just signed up for the Pro version. We will probably post to social media more frequently because it is easy to use, implement, and schedule. We can schedule our posts well in advance. With the approval process, we are now able to invite other contributors to post their content, without us having to be involved in the scheduling, which means even more content will get posted. Instructions. It would be nice to have "thought bubbles" pop up to tell me how to do a task. And ones that I could dismiss over time. The jump from 150 posts to unlimited might be nice to have an intermediate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time, scheduling conflict, and content. It takes me so much time to post to our different social media outlets. We would keep everything on a calendar and then have to duplicate it on all five channels. Now we can see and quickly move content around on the calendar if there is a conflict or schedule change. Lastly, because there is an approval process we can invite collaborators in our district to add content that we can give feedback on before approving. Cloud campaign has some really great tools, similar to all the other schedulling platforms (being a girl who used to use Hootsuite and Sprout Social, it means alot). Cloud campaign is probably better though because the customer service team and account manangers are on it when you need support on a rare occasion. Also, the schedulling tool helps you see grid previews, you can alter your captions for each platform, and you can schedule for way more than just the big 3. I could go on but you get the gist. What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?

The only downside to cloud campaign I've seen is that you can't change the type of content for each platform - so if you're schedulling posting a video it will post to all of them, whereas when I used hootsuite I could change it to a carousel for other platforms in a cross channel schedule. What problems is Cloud Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Utilizzo Echobox da poco più di 3 anni e ha facilitato e ottimizzato il mio lavoro di programmazione e gestione social nella pubblicazione di contenuti (io lo utilizzo per la pagina Facebook della mia azienda). Soprattutto la programmazione mi ha sempre portato via molto tempo ma con questo software è decisamente più facile ma, soprattutto, il lavoro ha un senso: ci sono dati che ti permettono di capire in modo facile se un contenuto già postato era “giusto” per l’orario in cui avevo scelto di programmarlo o anche solo per la piattaforma. Inoltre Echobox si adatta bene anche ai cambi di algoritmo e integra velocemente nuove funzioni in modo periodico. Le funzioni “mai più senza” per me sono state: la possibilità di scegliere la funzione “Optimal” per far decidere all’intelligenza artificiale quale sia l’orario migliore per pubblicare un post e, in secondo luogo, la possibilità di duplicare lo stesso post in modo da poterlo programmare nuovamente in altra fascia oraria, con un semplice click. Provando ad utilizzare le funzioni di programmazione interne fornite da META, la differenza è abissale: il sistema interno è limitatissimo e molto scomodo. Altra funzione top di Echobox è quella che permette di modificare i titoli dei singoli post, svincolandosi dalla SEO e puntando sulle aspettative e il target del social.
