I manage accounts for 10 different car dealerships, so Sprouts organizational capabilities go a very long way in helping me schedule, analyze and post content across all the stores. I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

The social media module is a great idea, but it's not developed enough, so it can't yet replace a real social media scheduler tool. The concept of "marketing contacts" also makes it much harder to manage than before. It should at least come with pre-made workflows that are easy to customize for who should be a marketing contact or not. The email templates also have limited features. Tagging can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the accounts don't show up to tag which is annoying. Occassionally my social accounts disconnect and have to be reconnected. Birdeye can help improve the strength and consistency of your online presence on the web. They have dozens of sites that they monitor and work to ensure your listing is consistent across the board (the web). They also have a platform which makes it convenient to solicit reviews to help improve online reputation. They also have a great social feature that allows for easy and seamless posting on social media platforms. The organization of the accounts and the ability to add all that our clients use. We were struggling to keep all into one place and this is almost it with their task features, though basic, is enough to keep on top of all that is coming in. Specially with those many posts during the same day.

It makes it easy to share ideas, helps you with ideas when you have some creativity problems (who doesn't) , the AI writer is top notch, and the advocacy is something you should implement if you don't want your employees to post off-brand content.

It's not really designed for someone with a freelance marketing business as small scale as mine and the cost is more than I'd ideally like for my needs but it just makes my life so much easier and is lower than competitors (as far as I'm aware) so it's worth it still. I schedule posts for my client on Loomly and it posts them automatically throughout the week. This saves me a lot of time and stress as I don't have to post them manally on the day through the social media platform itself and can instead prepare the posts all at once. Loomly also reminds me of social media best practices by using what I assume is AI to look at my captions/posts and then telling me if the text is longer than optimal or if the posting time isn't ideal etc, which helps me to easily improve my social media engagement. We’ve requested a few functionalities to be added to their roadmap for updates in 2025. The downside is that we’d like those now, but knowing they’re working on including them gives us hope. If I had to nitpick, I’d say that it sometimes misses a few niche mentions when I use very specific keywords. For example, during one of my recent campaigns, I had to fine-tune my searches to get the results I needed. It’s not a major issue, and honestly, most tools in this space have similar challenges.

Determ has made a huge difference in how I monitor brand sentiment, competitors, and audience engagement. Before using it, I spent hours manually searching for trends and mentions, and I still worried I was missing something. Now, Determ does all of that for me in real time.

One specific example: During a product launch earlier this year, Determ alerted me to a surge of mentions about a feature we hadn’t emphasized enough in our campaign. Thanks to those insights, we were able to adjust our messaging on the same day, leading to better engagement and more positive feedback from customers.

In terms of frequency of use, I use Determ multiple times a day—it’s an essential part of my daily workflow. In many ways, Sociality.io provides solutions that benefits us. We are happily using all the

modules of Sociality.io Publish, Engage, Listen, Analyze, and Competitor Analysis. To

specifically mention one, I can highlight the Competitor Analysis module. It is a life-saver. I

can not imagine gathering all the data together into one report for hundreds of accounts

I've found that even when I'm on a single platform, it still can be challenging to tag a person or page. I still have to go into the post after it's live to activate the tagging. Would love to see that feature improved. I would also like to reuse older posts by just duplicating, updating the date and content, and posting, but as of right now, you have to copy and paste the content and start a fresh post. Manual posting across one platform eats up so much time -- not to mention 3 or more platforms like I use. I appreciate the ease of scheduling posts, and follow up comments. So far my only suggestion would be that I wish there was a bit more resources for those new to the industry and overall multi-platform management tools like these; though management gets the full rundown during the onboarding process, it would be great to have some kind of infolet collection of resources to be able to pass along to new hires just as a kind of introductory material for them to have as a resource for what can be a complicated set up process for those unfamiliar with complex social media management tools. Has saved us a notable amount on the costs of using other similiar platforms that provide services typically at an add-on rate alongside the base subscription pricing; with that money then returned to our budget, we're able to reinvest it into further advertising and overall growing our presence and recognizability across our social media platforms. The only thing I dislike is not having the amount of content necessary to really capitalize on this tool. When upgrading to a plan with more accounts, it wasn't clearly stated that you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade. i.e. the 5 account plan to the 10 account plan. SocialBee is helping me have a presence on social media! I've been attemping* to post from my phone but life doesn't allow that to happen and to stay present. With SB, I can schedule out posts after I've created the content. I can have evergreen items re-que and keep rolling while I'm working on other things, inluding sleep. I wish there were a "pause account" option. We only use it when a client requires this specific service which is somewhat infrequent, so I wind up cancelling and reopening once or twice per year. Keeping an eye on the chatter around a brand, product, person or incident. Specifically, whether that chatter is brand-impacting (meaningful) or just random noise. Picks up multiple sources so the coverage tends to be quite good - sometimes overwhelmingly abundant but filters and the "block source" option take care if that.
