What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot can be very rigid as it’s clear things are intended to work within the Hubspot ecosystem. However with SF as our primary crm and our sales reps working out of outreach, our data feels more disjointed than it should but really it’s using the data that’s a pain. The sf campaign object worked in Hubspot to some extent, I can add to a campaign as a specific status but I can’t use that status as a field in a list of example. At best it forces me to redo work to mirror what we have built in another tool, at worst I have to export and import and other manual processes.

There are a lot of functionality that is half baked and can be used in some places but not othered. Property value changes work as a workflow entry method but I can’t use that same logic on a list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Effective segmentation and ability to engage our prospects. Previously we were using Marketo and my company was hiring jr level marketers. If you have to manage profiles on most social media platforms for various accounts, Vista Social might be a top choice for everyday scheduling, posting, and creating reports. Vista Social provides most elements required for social media management within a few clicks. One feature I like is how you can customize posts and how this screen allows the user to set diverse actions with and after publishing a post. It is also very good to have integration with tools like Canva. So if you manage a wide variety of profiles, feels comfortable to be able to set the whole array of profiles in one publishing or scheduling action. And unlike other platforms, the design here is very intuitive and easy to follow; you will easily find a way to manage everything. Plus, you can add listeners to your profile and develop complex reports so you or your client can analyse data. If you know what you are doing, this is a very upfront tool that felt mostly easy to use and fast implementation with a low to no learning curve. I like all of the tools it provides, frankly. There's such a depth of utility that I haven't gotten around to using them all, and I'd consider myself a power user. I'm currently building some dashboards, managing Reputation for about 200 entities, and use it every business day. I find its tools are reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

I would like more clarity on metrics. And I'm not the only one around who'd like that - many people in my company say the same thing. If the Reputation score for a given entity is a rolling average — or a rolling metric of any kind, really — then it's critical to explain what time frames are being factored into each rolling average. I don't know if my response rate, for example, counts toward my score based on data from the last 3 months, the last month, the last 2 years, the last year... nothing. And none of the Reputation score components offer any clarity on how their rolling timeframes are determined. I'm not asking for the proprietary formula — and frankly, I think it's anything more than a minor risk to Reputation's market share, even if the formula was public. I was initially skeptical about trying another social media tool—so many overpromise and underdeliver—but Determ quickly became a game-changer for me. The ease of use is what hooked me. I’m not a fan of complicated setups, and Determ made it so simple that I was up and running within a day. Everything is clearly laid out, and even someone new to social media analytics would find it easy to navigate.

The ease of implementation was another standout for me. I didn’t need IT support or hours of tutorials. Within just a couple of clicks, I had it integrated with our existing tools, and it fit seamlessly into our workflow.

What I love most is the number of features it offers. From tracking mentions and analyzing sentiment to keeping tabs on competitors, it’s like having a Swiss Army knife for social media listening. And the cherry on top? Their customer support team. They’re not just responsive—they’re genuinely helpful and make you feel like a priority, even for smaller issues. What do you dislike about Determ?

If I had to nitpick, I’d say that it sometimes misses a few niche mentions when I use very specific keywords. For example, during one of my recent campaigns, I had to fine-tune my searches to get the results I needed. It’s not a major issue, and honestly, most tools in this space have similar challenges.

What problems is Determ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Determ has made a huge difference in how I monitor brand sentiment, competitors, and audience engagement. Before using it, I spent hours manually searching for trends and mentions, and I still worried I was missing something. Now, Determ does all of that for me in real time.

One specific example: During a product launch earlier this year, Determ alerted me to a surge of mentions about a feature we hadn’t emphasized enough in our campaign. Thanks to those insights, we were able to adjust our messaging on the same day, leading to better engagement and more positive feedback from customers.

In terms of frequency of use, I use Determ multiple times a day—it’s an essential part of my daily workflow. Whether I’m checking on campaign performance, tracking competitor activity, or just staying updated on social trends, it’s always open on my screen. I enjoy the calendar view and being able to easily move my posts across the three main SM platforms that I use (FB, Insta, LinkedIn). I like being able to schedule a year ahead to remind myself of national dates. I enjoy the generated AI feature to help spark inspiration by suggestions ( I always make the copy my own, but it's a great starting point! ) . Lastly, and most important that sets planable apart from the other SM managing platforms is the target audience feature for FB. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

It's super easy to connect our accounts and schedule our posts! It was easy to implement with our team and our users. We are posting to over 75 social accounts weekly so having a tool that is easy to use is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The downside is the reporting grouping. I would prefer to be able to group reports however I want. If I'd like to combine all the reporting into one large group, there isn't really a way to do it. BUT, we love the platform and it is not nearly as expensive as other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NiceJob?

I learned how important Google reviews are, but I wasn't consistently asking for reviews. NiceJob easily integrated with my CRM and automatically started asking my customers for Google reviews.

I know I can fo even more, but this was so easy and affordable and way better than what I was (wasn't) doing.

It helped me more than double my revenue in the year since I started. It also helped me dramatically lower my marketing costs because the reviews caused Google to send MANY more leads my way that value 5 star reviews.

I also have been able to raise my prices because the reviews help people who value great service find me. The Google algorithm seems to love consistent, 5 star, descriptive reviews and Nicejob is delivering those.
