The quickness of seeing a review posted (immediatly versus Google takes 24+ hrs to send the notification), the package options (we have the one with the web chat feauture), the ease of asking for and collecting reviews through text links, the surveys, making sure all of our info is the same across all platforms AND fast and great customer service support. What I like about Vista Social is creating a bunch of profiles where you can group them according to your client's brand, you can also name them according to your will and just easily delete or edit if you need to make some changes to keep everything organized in every brands. As a marketing manager, I like SocialPilot as it allows me to quickly keep track of what my social media team's activities. I love that we can post Google Business Profiles and having all my analytics with well designed, clean reports all available in one place is very useful.
