While Webex Events is an excellent platform, there are a few minor areas for improvement such as -Mobile Optimization: While the mobile app is generally good, there could be room for further optimization in certain areas to enhance the user experience. But overall, Webex Events has exceeded our expectations and is an invaluable tool for event organizers. The only downside our team has experienced is in catching up on all the latest and greatest offerings by Swoogo. Their design/technology is constantly responding to the growing needs for virtual/remote events and we continue to learn how to best utilize all they offer. My business works with a myriad of small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations who provide unique offerings in their communities. Our events are a mix of live and pre-taped panels, special speakers, live and pre-taped entertainment, gaming, texting to pledge, auction bidding, door prizes and tickets and live chat, polls, surveys and more. What we found is that many of the platforms we looked at were either very limited on being able to address these needs, or cost a fortune to create. With Swoogo, we have found innovative solutions, integrations, special work-arounds and we've been able to do all of what we needed with each of our unique events/clients. One of the biggest issues we had was communication. With Cvent, we're able to reach out to people with pertinent info about their event, promotions for their visit, or general insight to the conference. While we believe that the Pro package is an excellent deal for our application, we felt like the real cost of the product is not transparent until some commitment is already made by the user. We initially misunderstood what was available through the free version, and some customers might be put off by this ambiguity.

This product enabled our non-profit to quickly build websites for events that included the ability to register and purchase tickets online. gther helps us to streamline our meeting booking process at exhibitions and saves me hours of manual admin on the run-up to the shows. Also we get some great reports and statistics from the platform which help with reporting back to the business on the success of our attendance at the shows. So far, I am bit disappointed by their paid promotion. I have purchased the basic promotion for my Tarot and Astrology Event, where I can get some 1:1 bookings. I prolonged it for two months, so I am waiting and being patient. However, It has been two weeks and still not one booking. I know my prices are not expensive, compared to market. I cannot grow without marketing, so I am a bit disappointed so far, simply because they were very positive about ticket sales and their promo system and how well results were received by customers.

The new session check in feature within SpotMe was a great solution for our event. We had to check in 200+ people in 15 minutes - AND an unexpected rainstorm caused us to have to quickly move our registration. This would have been far messier and more diffucult using other check in methods. We were able to move our check in staff and QR code signs into the etnry of our rain space within a minute and witrhout disruption to our event. The Hubspot integration did not perform as advertised to start, however that has been resolved entirely. I think the interface could use some polishing-- some datapoints and buttons are a little more buried than one might expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we run weekly webinars and host a large virtual event attended by several thousand people, we were needing a robust platform with myriad features. Airmeet largely meets many of those feature requirements, such as attendee engagement and measurement of that engagement. We need a professional-looking event registration platform that can adapt to various event structures and sizes, paid or free. BTE allows us to create different ticket types, add sessions and event groups, print nametags, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to pick one thing that was quirky it would be the mobile app. It was a bit cumbersome for us. But, we are an in-person event only. Sometimes people would be redirected to the browser instead of the actual app and they'd get frustrated. We would be able to assist 9 of 10 times, but the overall experience can be better.

This was the very first time we implemented onsite check-in and badge printing via iPad kiosk. It was amazing!

I normally have to export a list, send it to our graphic designer, have them merge it into separate badge templates and then print them ahead. Then, we have to alphabetize everything. Then, a name change will happen after it's been printed, which causes me to have to print a label to go over the old name, etc.

It was so much faster using this system. We had (4) kiosks at our event and it kept the lines moving very quickly. I'd have a very hard time going back to the old way now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of August 2024, the in-person event functionality is good, but could use some additional features and polish, specifically around check-in and badging integrations.

We needed to find a way to allow clients to register for our event, but also register to a speaking event (we have around 10 during the whole day and they are on a limited seated basis). We wanted to make it as easy as possible for clients to do this and didn't want them to have to buy separate tickets for each - because we knew this would put people off.

Eventcube has allowed us to add subevents within the main event, so as the client buys their entry ticket, they can also register for all subevents really easily.

Having everything for one (or multiple) events in one place that is easy to use for both delegate and organiser - i.e. the program, on-demand recordings and in the future, our ticket sales.
