I received the usual reminders about the upcoming conference and did not pay much attention - then I got the invitation to download the Whova app - and I was taken engaged right away! Once I created my profile, I was able to navigate around and find places to upload suggestions for local restaurants and hangouts for conference attendees from out of town. I was able to look through suggestions on engaging, list my contact information, review the people that would be attending the conference, and group myself according to what would bring value to my experience.

I have to say, being first on the leaderboard was a rush! I knew once more people engaged it wouldn't last, but I enjoyed the competition! It was fun to see who the real competitive people were - lol! It was really useful to know in advance who was attending so I could make sure to catch them in person. Being able to send a quick "hello" through the app made it possible to do so because they were looking for me as well.

Being able to create my own personal agenda and NOT have to keep up with a hard copy - that was wonderful! The shuffling of books, papers, and materials has always distracted me but this way all I had to keep up with was my phone. That was worth it by itself!

It was nice to be able to exchange contact information through the app because I did not get to speak to everyone and it gave me a chance to reach out to them anyway. Plus, when I got back to my office I didn't have to figure out which card went with which person because the app showed me their face. I am terrible with remembering faces with names and this was better than a cheat sheet!

Being able to set meet-ups and giving people the anonymity to decide if they were interested helped similar interests find each other.

The lost and found, the photos, logistics!!! Oh my! There was nothing bad about it. The convenience, the organization, the networking, the ability to disperse prizes - the ease of use and understanding - probably made it one of the best conferences I have attended (and I have attended 100's). I got so much more from the experience because I did not have to concern myself with the nuts and bolts of the conference. I set my own agenda, created my own relevant connections, and kept up with contacts afterward. I have already suggested it to several colleagues and will definitely be using it if I ever organize a conference myself!

I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. Apart from the features of the platform, the best thing about vFairs is the excellent customer support provided by the staff consultants. Swoogo is a progressive platform that allows you to handle virtually any scope for an event. Does not matter how small or how big the event is. Time and time again we continue to leverage many different features in Swoogo. Even connecting to other platforms or events. Swoogo as a platform is very flexible and hightly customizable. Many integrations are available and out-of-box implementations are available. Available integrations continue to grow which is a plus. If you are willing to think outside of the box, the platform has been able to handle every thing that has been thrown it's way. Simple events, no problem. Complex events and criteria, no problem. Support is also great and willing to help you brainstorm through different ideas. Reporting on events is also made easy and giving access to less savy users is simple and straight forward without compromising security of sensitive information. I have been using Cvent products for years. I love that all of my associates can view RFP's in real time and that clients can continue using Cvent when they book business with us by utilizing Passkey. EventCreate is simple for anyone with basic computer skills to use and rapidly deploy a highly effective website. We were thrilled with the tools and the ability to integrate photos quickly and effectively into the product.

We received positive feedback from our prospective audience and were elated at the relatively low cost and ease of implementation. We plan to use this product frequently for all of our fundraising events.

What I like best about AllEvents, is the personal Website feature. Due to All events, I was able to create my own website where I can display my events. I also enjoy the seamless payment feature, where as soon as a Customer books or buys a ticket to your event, payment is processed straight through stripe and into your account in minutes. I recently joined an organization and attended its onboarding virtual event through Airmeet. The event was interactive, and as soon as I logged in, an engaging trailer about the organization played.

Initially, I was confused during the joining process as the meeting had already started. However, I clicked on Airmeet Chat Support and received an immediate resolution. The support executive was very professional and double-checked to ensure I could join the event successfully.

The Event consists two sessions. The first session included a couple of breaks and the induction process. The second part was particularly exciting, featuring real-time speed networking. It was my first time participating in such a session, and I was able to connect with peers globally, with the option to accept or reject connections. The entire session was thrilling and completed within 30 minutes.

The SYNC meeting solution is really easy to setup and use. Our Sales team who are normally a challenge to onboard with any new process really found this tool useful. We love working with the Blackthorn Events folks! Their representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Blackthorn Events module is very powerful and integrates into our CRM platform. We have several different users leveraging BTE for a variety of different events with various options, ticket types, etc.

I am now using Accelevents for my 2nd confernce and I like that they are constantly updating and improving. Accelevents really listens to ideas for improvements and implements those ideas.

When I need to chat for help the chat is SO FAST - Like no wait time (even in the middle of the night 🤣)

I evaluated, selected, and implemented Goldcast for Intercom's global webinar program and it exceeded my expecastions. We use it for all of our webinars, virtual events, and some of our in-person activations. I focus primarily on demand generation webinars, but we run them across our entire customer journey through different internal teams and across a number of regions in different languages.

I use the platform every day and we dozens of webinars per quarter, usually more.

The biggest but often overlooked value-add is the actual webinar and virtual event experience for ateendees. It has all the table stakes features and they're delivered in a thoughtful way that drives real value. We can develop well-branded events and there is solid language localization as well.

The integration of real AI capabiltiies has been a game changer for us, and I'm impressed by their ability to ship quality improvements quickly.

The platform also has all the behind the scenes functionality we need, including event/webinar management, integrations, etc.

Their sales team was helpful during evaluation and I never feel like I'm constantly behing "upsold" to. Their CSM team is stellar and ensures we get the most out of the platform and is very receptive to feedback and feature requests. Support is prompt and helpful.

I enjoy the usability of Eventcube. So far it has been able to achieve what we need - following a rather complex event with lots of subevents.

The platform us super easy to use and their help desk should you ever get suck is very helpful and responsive.

You are able to brand your store to your brand guidelines very easily and this helps with continuing a professional look to clients/customers.

The reporting is brilliant and the ability to edit info forms (what you ask from the purchaser) has made our life so much easier when it comes to diet/accessibility requirements.
