Event Booking Software

I'm grateful for a dedicated support team to guide me through the mobile app/webapp milestones. I look to them for their expert advice on the capabilities of the program as well as their willingness to address the specific needs of my organization with regards to the app. So far, we've been happy with the WebEx events and the ease with which our attendees/users can download and utilize all that the app has to offer for our Convention. I received the usual reminders about the upcoming conference and did not pay much attention - then I got the invitation to download the Whova app - and I was taken engaged right away! Once I created my profile, I was able to navigate around and find places to upload suggestions for local restaurants and hangouts for conference attendees from out of town. I was able to look through suggestions on engaging, list my contact information, review the people that would be attending the conference, and group myself according to what would bring value to my experience.

I have to say, being first on the leaderboard was a rush! I knew once more people engaged it wouldn't last, but I enjoyed the competition! It was fun to see who the real competitive people were - lol! It was really useful to know in advance who was attending so I could make sure to catch them in person. Being able to send a quick "hello" through the app made it possible to do so because they were looking for me as well.

Being able to create my own personal agenda and NOT have to keep up with a hard copy - that was wonderful! The shuffling of books, papers, and materials has always distracted me but this way all I had to keep up with was my phone. That was worth it by itself!

It was nice to be able to exchange contact information through the app because I did not get to speak to everyone and it gave me a chance to reach out to them anyway. Plus, when I got back to my office I didn't have to figure out which card went with which person because the app showed me their face. I am terrible with remembering faces with names and this was better than a cheat sheet!

Being able to set meet-ups and giving people the anonymity to decide if they were interested helped similar interests find each other.

The lost and found, the photos, logistics!!! Oh my! There was nothing bad about it. The convenience, the organization, the networking, the ability to disperse prizes - the ease of use and understanding - probably made it one of the best conferences I have attended (and I have attended 100's). I got so much more from the experience because I did not have to concern myself with the nuts and bolts of the conference. I set my own agenda, created my own relevant connections, and kept up with contacts afterward. I have already suggested it to several colleagues and will definitely be using it if I ever organize a conference myself!

vFairs was very customizable, flexible, and their team that worked with us was absolutely amazing. Our event, DataSplash, was also praised by our attendees, and they really enjoyed how it felt much more personal than just a collection of webinars.

The platform was a big step in the right direction for our events program. Swoogo has provided all of the tools needed to organize and execute events, both big and small. I really enjoy how effectively you can create an awesome landing page in very little time, send out emails with ease, and the fantastic configurability. I have to say that I have been extremely impressed how easy it has been to create and manage my event using EventCreate. No need to watch long, drawn out tutorial videos to immediately begin implementating and using. Within an hour, my event website was posted for me to share with my prospective attendees to start signing up. EventCreate's partnership with Stripe made accepting payments easy to integrate and use. Firstly I like how event cube keeps track of the number of orders and tracks order data. This is especially helpful as should I client have a query with their order I can easily identify their order by their name or email or IP address . My organization used Expo Pass in 2024 for a 250-person conference we hosted. It was amazing. I couldn't have been more thrilled that we had moved past stuffing badges manually and having a check list to confirm attendees at check in. Expo Pass was easy to setup and very simple (and intuitive) to use. Our event was the first week of December 2024 and we are already looking at securing it again for the 2025 event a year from now. The support staff was wonderful and this time we will be adding the registration option as well. We can't wait to really dive in and use more of the services this coming year. The SYNC meeting solution is really easy to setup and use. Our Sales team who are normally a challenge to onboard with any new process really found this tool useful. The system is so good everyone thought I had a team behind me putting the event on when really it was just me. And when I say it was just me. I still put 40 hours that week into work in our business while still putting on a almost 700 person first time event.

Sched makes event management so much easier with its intuitive user interface. The ability to bulk-upload sessions, users, and speakers—complete with helpful tagging options—was a huge time-saver. I also appreciated how the schedule could be integrated into our website, providing a professional look for our event. The email feature was another highlight, allowing us to send daily reminders, welcome emails, and customized newsletters to attendees. The customer service is next to none, with responses always resolving any questions or issues very quickly. I like the format of credits, and generally although a little confusing at first due to the different model, it is actually much simpler and more transparent than other services such as eventbrite or dice.

Integrations with mailchimp are fantastic for building your mailing list from ticket sales, and the donations option is extremely effective for making shows or tours more economical.

What I like best about AllEvents, is the personal Website feature. Due to All events, I was able to create my own website where I can display my events. I also enjoy the seamless payment feature, where as soon as a Customer books or buys a ticket to your event, payment is processed straight through stripe and into your account in minutes. When we set out to choose a platform for our conference, we shortlisted three vendors. Nunify was the least-known of the three, but after the initial consultation with each, we knew Nunify was the right choice for us. Not only did they offer a solid product that met our key requirements, but they demonstrated that they cared about us and the success of our event and their pricing strategy was straightforward and easy to present to the team.

Our decision was the right one. As a volunteer-run organization, things tended to get done when there was time. That led to a lot of scope creep, last-minute changes, and long delays. Throughout all that, Nunify's support was phenomenal. They patiently pointed out modules we could take advantage of, tweaked functions to meet our needs, and even implemented an expanded registration feature that was invaluable. We generally received support in well under 24 hours. With all of our internal uncertainties, it was a relief to know we could count on Nunify.

We used Nunify for the event website, program development, sponsor promotion, registration and event mobile app. We were pleased to be able to present a professional-looking, branded platform to our delegates. From their standpoint, the experience was generally smooth. What pleasantly surprised us was how easily, quickly and prolifically the delegates engaged with the chat and social wall features during the conference. I am now using Accelevents for my 2nd confernce and I like that they are constantly updating and improving. Accelevents really listens to ideas for improvements and implements those ideas.

When I need to chat for help the chat is SO FAST - Like no wait time (even in the middle of the night 🤣)

Blackthorn has made creating events 10x more efficient and effective in connecting with our attendees. We utilize this platform for all of our external events. Whenever I have had any concerns or errors (usually user errors) and I have had to reach out to customer support, they have always been fast to respond and excellent at helping me resolve the error. If you're hosting an interactive webinar, Airmeet is definitely the platform you want to use. The ability to have multiple sessions and "tables" where attendees can gather before/between/after them, is fantastic. The Airmeet team is also consistant improving the platform and rolling out new features/upgrading existing features.
