I dislike how long it initially takes to get to the needed pages. Having to open multiple tabs makes searching easier and cuts down on the amount of time I spend waiting for the page to load. It would be easier for me if everything I needed to do with one invoice could be done from the same page. I frequently have to refund invoices, and this can't be done from Intacct. I have to go to Intacct to find the information and take it to Braintree (both EFT and CC versions). There's about a week's waiting period for everything to process and sync; then I have to use Intacct to verse on one page and reprocess on another. It isn't very easy to learn at first either. Since there are so many back and forth steps, a lot of manual fixes, one thing at a time, it takes a lot of patience and asking questions. It helps me find copies of invoices for customers and reverse and reprocess invoices. All of these tasks help the customer get invoices paid and make sure the right customer is paying. The workflow functionality of the application allows for the timely submission and review of expense reports. The bottleneck that used to exist in this area was eliminated and resulting in more accurate and timely reporting. This is so difficult because there aren't many downsides to the product for us. Almost no downtime in the almost 10 years we have been using it.

I would say it's ability to use other products but now it has an open API so other tools and software work together. That's a gamechanger for our trade show.

Before NoviAMS, we wre trakcing memberships using a clunky spreadsheet. That is a thing of the past.

We used to do so many manual ccounting tasks that are 100% automated and trackable using NoviAMS and QuickBoos Online.

We are saving so much precious staff time now that members can register themselves, download receipts, add their own team members, etc., using their Member Compass dashboard.

Overall, we do have significant complaints about Acumatica. I would say we would like to see more low-code/no-code workflow capabilities across the platform. We are leveraging Acumatica to be our primary accounting system as well as a basis for our operational client billing and management sytem in the Home Care industry. We are using the Field Service components along side of the project accounting aspects plus we are significantly extending the product with the Acumatica development platform. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. Zoho Books helped us move away from Xero, which as helped us integrate with a solid suite of apps to help us deliver products directly to our customers. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! Additionally, Campfire has a dashboard with KPIs that are relevant to my business that I can actually trust. This makes internal and external reporting much easier and less stressful. Overall, our experience has been positive, but we’ve run into some occasional UX delays. We’re used to getting data instantly, so any delays can be a bit frustrating. This might be due to the heavy calculations happening in the backend, especially with our transaction volume. Still, it’s a minor issue compared to the great support we’ve had. We can automate many routine tasks such as invoicing and reporting, as well as member joining and renewal processes. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. There are only 2 things I find a bit lacking with Procurify. 1- Built In Reports could use a bit more power user features. The built in reports lack granulatiry. With that said you can export all of the data easily and generate your own filters to see what you need, just takes a bit of excel work. 2- The receiving module could be stronger. We wish when rejecting an item in receive that you could have the option to drop it back into the procurement queue to purchase wihtout retriggering the approvals process. Customer support can be difficult to work with, whether it’s their staff not knowing how some features work, providing incorrect responses, or giving canned answers for the wrong issue. I feel like they've improved over the past year, but it’s still a challenge.
