What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

One of the best things about ServiceTitan is the community that is on Facebook that allows you ask questions to other contractors that are using the software. Some times it is better to ask someone using it daily, then asking the people that have to learn the software from a technical standpoint instead of an operations standpoint. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

That it is a dynamic system and that I can access it no matter where I am at, as I use it 5-7 days/week.

When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. What do you like best about Shopmonkey?

Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. What do you dislike about Shopmonkey?

My main dislike currently with Shopmonkey is the syncing with Quickbooks. After the update to 2.0 my inventory did not transfer over correctly so it is throwing my numbers off. This also makes it hard because if an item does not show up in Shopmonkey I have to go to Quickbooks to find the item and the price of it. I am the only one who can do this so it makes my job much harder. I also wish that the paid invoices and invoices themselves automatically transferred to Quickbooks instead of going to Accounting Link and then to Quickbooks. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

Implementation was easy with our 130 employees. It was easy to connect them all and explain the features we are using.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?

After using several shop management systems, we were lucky enough to meet the Tekmetric team at a conference. Their staff was knowledgeable and understood our shops neeeds. We made the switch to Tekmetric and couldnt be happier. When we joined, it was early on in Tekmetric's development. It was already leaps above their competitors, but was lacking a few features. The transfer process was easy, they took care of all it. This is important since we use it all day, they made our down time very minimal. One of our favorite things is their feature request board, where suggestions can be made, voted on by Tekmetic user community, and they make it happen. What do you like best about FieldPulse?

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

We are still quite new users with FieldPulse and nothing bad really sticks out at all, which is a great thing. We use tags as an internal review process to know when the next step of closing a job needs to happen and right now I can't find an easy view or notification to set up to trigger the next person in the step. What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting answers to questions quickly is huge. Our old software customer service experience was very much lacking in this area. FieldPUlse offers a robust knowlege base whether that's from tutorials, self help and our access to our customer success manager. Even if it''s something FieldPulse currently does not do, at least we have that answer ASAP.

JotForm is super-easy to learn - the buttons are apparent and straightforward. You can upload your forms and customize them for the information you need. You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.

What do you like best about XOi?

Our technicians in the field need to have a fast easy way to navigate and input some of the data we need during onsite visits. XOi has both a mobile app for mobile use / technician input and a website that is easy to design your own workflows. We like the fact that our technicians don't need a computer degree to understand how to fill out the workflows and for our supervisors creating the workflows are easy, super intuitive and user friendly. First, creating a platform that is easy to use - our techinicans seem to like it and not dread doing the paperwork. We have been successful with this product with our Commercial Brach and now we have just started with our Residential Team. DataPlate capture is big. Tech can scan the dataplate containing model and serial and we can caputure that data in a database for marketing or equipment replacement purposes when the equipment becomes a certain age. What do you like best about Jobber?

I use Jobber to organize my scheduled cleaning services as well as send quotes, keep track of invoices, and collect customer payment/deposit. It's very user-friendly and it's exactly what I need for my small business. They have many options as far as pricing packages and the one I am signed up for is perfectly within my budget. It's also very user-friendly to the client so they can access their estimate, and also pay their invoices online securely. I use another CRM with a company called town Square interactive and it was not user-friendly whatsoever. So, I canceled service with them and switched back to Jobber. It's a very great CRM.
