What do you like best about Rocketlane?

It's new and doesn't have any of the technical debt you see in other solutions. I love that they provide a Customer Portal - a place that our customer can go to at any time and immediately see the status of their project, tasks status (filterable by type and by owner), announcements, attachments, and form capability for our customers to submit feedback directly into the project as a task (and the ability the track that feedback). The Customer Portal is fantastic. It also means we save a lot with licenses and don't have to struggle with access or permissions and trying to teach our customers how to navigate the application itself. Customers have one plact where they can see everything they need to see and they can share or invite others. It's ultimately what made us select Rocketlane. And Rocketlane's implementation was relatively easy and they use their own application to manage it (they "drink their own champaigne") That helped us understand how to use the product and leverage ideas they used in our own implementation. What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

I think because their solution is relatively new, it makes it cutting edge, but it also means that somethings need still to be added or modified. That said, when we bring up enhancements or ideas they seem very quick to get them in their backlog and alert us when the functionality is available. I would like to see more AI options that summarize the Project and Project status and sentiment from the feedback forms. Also need better adoption metrics for the Customer Portal. There are plenty of metrics for the internal use of the tool (us), but I am not seeing a lot of reporting capability for the our customers (the Customer Portal side) - yet. What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rocketlane solves customer accessibility to view the Project and Project status whenever they want. The Customer Portal provides our Customers with a single place to find eveything they need to know about their project as well as give them the access/ability to update their assigned tasks. And bevause this is done from a Customer Portal, they can access and view this on their own without the need to reach out to our Project Management team or to having to wait until the next scheduled project meeting.

Laserfiche takes the guesswork out of managing your documents. It shines a light on the benefit of a centralized document management system versus a network drive or other cloud-based storage. I also like the automation aspect, that is available in Workflow, that automates file storage and records management in the repository, and the automation found in Forms that automates the processing of forms, and their movement from person to person in an organization. There is no other market tool that provides a system that manages a document's life cycle as completely as Laserfiche. When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. We are taking people out of the document management process. The primary benefit is that people can focus on more value-adding work instead of spending time tracking paper, filing paper, and storing paper. What i like best about power automate is the flow chart format the trigger and actions are presented in, the ability to connect with various connectors within and outside the 365 packages, the ability to generate and create flows with copilot and the email notifications on weekly flow failures. What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I dislike the expression formulas. They are easy to mess up and the syntax isn't really clear. Some actions aren't available for e.g there's a start of month variable but there's none for the end of the month. The expression formulas aren't user friendly but it's a vital part of all flows. Additionally, the limited run history of only 28 days hinders the ability to review past runs and troubleshoot issues effectively. Also, some performance issues such as failures and timeouts occur without clear reasons or guidance for debugging especially the "get a PDF of a signed aggreement" action with the adobe sign integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Automate as the engine for creating workflows for applications developed within Power Apps, this applications have addressed the challenge of providing staff with easy access to raise requests and report hazards promptly with real time status update on the reports made. It has also established an audit trail, enhancing process compliance monitoring and accountability.

Power Automate has also helped improve our ESG impact by reducing manual paper processes through the creation of workflows that carryout these tasks automatically. It has also minimized human typing errors by extracting text from documents. This has also helped to increase the productivity of staff and helped them focus on more important tasks. Keka is the best application which has very user friendly and interactive UI , with integrated payroll, time tracking, and leave management. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

What is great about jotform is that it allows for logic with multiple endings based on what is selected. It even allows one to make the ending go to their own page, which I will be using utilizing vaerious selections that will go in the URL that will play to the end result. It allows you to build a PDF in which only the answers selected show, which is what I've been looking for, and I can even have the site link to the PDF result using a submission ID. 100% the best so far. What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

There is not a whole lot, but I'd like to see some features added. For example, it would be greate if the thank you page can show results of only those that were selected for for a large question set when the combinatations are too large to make different end pages for each. This being said, even this there are work arounds such as linking to a PDF that only shows answers selected and emailing out only answers selected. A seperate variable option would be nice rather than having to add all variables into the question area and then hiding them, but that is minor considering you can do it that way. What do you like best about Kantata Professional Services Cloud (formerly Mavenlink + Kimble)?

I like the level of customisation - in the types of users, types of tasks/projects, statuses, and reports. However, this does mean that you need a dedicated person or team to tailor it to your exact use case (and keep up to date with improvements).

I like the invites to conferences to hear about updates, and the emails that keep us informed about new features. The new reports are intuitive and easy to use, providing a good level of detail on key KPIs.

The knowledge base is good, and you can always get a response in 24 hours - although it can sometimes take a little time to get the issue solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kantata Professional Services Cloud (formerly Mavenlink + Kimble)?

I sometimes dislike the level of granularity that all users are able to see - and the lack of ability to customise the dashboard seen on entry.

Kantata allows us to budget, project manage, and resource in a single system. It is also good to be able to prepare invoices in the same system. It helps to be able to budget work while also looking at the team's capacity.

Since BigTime is geared for better project insight and metric tracking there are many project level features that need to be properly mapped which was also just time consuming. The platform's ability to adapt to the real needs, problems, challenges, and requirements of clients, far beyond what we have seen in the market, as it has an absolute capacity to translate the client's issues into flows, customized instances of resolution, automation, visualization, and process adoption among others. The truth is that we have been pleasantly surprised by the tool, the team behind it, its robustness, and above all, how it is capable of centralizing multiple processes-problems-requirements into a single entity-platform, it is truly amazing, and for that reason, today we dedicate a special unit and vertical to sell and offer CoTalker, along with certifying people from our team to implement, provide support, and conduct pre and post sales. The truth is that nothing, however, it "frustrates" me that it doesn't take the weight of what it really is and who it competes against: There's a lack of awareness, since many times the platform, its features, and capacity itself "compete" head-to-head with renowned SaaS like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and others, and what I feel as a company offering CoTalker's services is that by not being on their radar, they simply opt for another solution, which always (and from my own experience), ends up being more costly, longer to implement, and with a high percentage or degree of dissatisfaction. What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solve problems of business process automation, operation, flow development, information centralization, knowledge repository, internal and external management platform, in other cases of communication, user support, and ticket management, among others.

The benefits could be listed on several pages and we would run out of time, however, if I had to summarize the greatest benefit in just one, it is the adaptability of the platform for any requirement, as it often happens that at the briefing reception meeting, opportunity, or issue, there is never a time when we do not use (regardless of the core of the problem), CoTalker to serve as a basis for the solution or solutions we want to deliver to that challenge, and that, coming from us, who are very embedded in the market, you will never find in another platform. There is nothing to like.

You spend your entire trial period trying to get it to a functional state. Then you import your devices and keep going through configuration for another two months just to get a semi decent experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The worst out of box experience.

This system is a nightmare to set up and you will spend at least 2 to 4 months just to configure and get the basics going.

You end up spending more time setting the system up than you do supporting your customers.

What do you like best about Projectworks?

I had grown my business from 1-5 employees using Clockify for timesheets, but found it lacked the financial analysis needed to grow my business further. Projectworks has allowed us to keep track of works in progress, assign different user permissions for handling financial reporting and invoicing. We've found the forecasting and resourcing tools are also very useful and it is easy to use. We have now been able to double the size of our team using Projectworks. What do you dislike about Projectworks?

You can bulk import your data as part of the onboarding process. But can't bulk import additional data later, so make sure you have your structure set up at outset.

This is a great piece of software, better dashboards and report functions would make it better, but you can easily export data if you need detailed financial analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Projectworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Timesheets is what we needed primarily, but the software allows you to have far more financial visibility of your projects. Previously we used Xero projects which did not work well for our industry and also Clockify, but they did not have the financial analysis capabilities or invoicing function that we needed. What do you like best about Allfred?

What I admire most about Allfred is the simplicity with which you can navigate through the app and how quickly you can get started. Overall, the platform is quite user-friendly, meaning that the learning curve is low, and it doesn’t take much to coordinate between projects and finances. Since you do not have to constantly switch between tools, a lot of time is saved. Better yet, everything is consolidated under the same roof.

Another feather in the cap is how easily it can be integrated into existing workflows. You don’t have to fumble around multiple systems as Allfred has few dependencies and integrates well with the systems you already work with. In fact, their customer support is pretty good as well. They do their best to be as helpful as possible if you run into any issues.

I also enjoy the benefits brought by the integrated features. Real-time resources for timely expenses and documents are developed to increase the employees' work scope. There's little room for doubt that Allfred helps finance departments get their projects done on time while relieving them of excessive manual tasks that could hinder progress.

As far as our organization is concerned, we utilize it often, and it has certainly optimized our team’s performance by at least 20%. To sum up, without a doubt, Allfred is an amazing software solution for any professional interested in streamlining operational processes and effective project management without the headaches.
