What do you like best about First Due?

The ease and consistency of the platform across all modules. The knowledge base is super helpful, especially during implementation. The system for implementation is superior to other products i have had to install and set up. Customer service is far above the rest. The my area in the knowledge base is extremely helpful in keeping organized. I use this product everyday, from work and home to on the road. I am a Battalion Chief and i like the fact that i can approve time off at a moments notice so that my personnel can plan their lives. The integration to the department was very easy. What do you dislike about First Due?

We are getting ready to go through the process of Accredidation and we needed to get streamlined in the platforms that we use. This program is helping us bring everything under one roof. What do you like best about ImageTrend?

Simply put, most ePCR's all contain the same elements and the UI is generally very similar. Where Image Trend is different is the platform and the technology behind the platform. The degree of customization is unmatched in the industry and with a little creativity it can be used in a variety of ways to track and manage virtually any EMS element. What do you dislike about ImageTrend?

Acknowledging that the internet service is probably the problem, it can be slow from time to time and secondary to that it is a very complex system that is simple to learn but takes a lot of time to achieve mastery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have only recently implemented so we are still on the up hill side of Image Trend. We believe that one element is transaparency into completeness and time to completion of ePCR reports. Obviously, this is critical for a number of reasons but contains touchstones of clinical competency and velocity of billing applications. What do you like best about CentralSquare Public Safety & Justice?

From the very beginning, the implementation process was seamless, thanks to their immaculate customer service. The team's expertise ensured that our transition to the platform was smooth and efficient, exceeding our expectations every step of the way.

One of the standout features of D4H is the remarkable customizability of the software. Whether it's adjusting forms, updating status boards, or creating custom workflows, the ability to make real-time changes on the fly has been a game-changer for our operations. Despite its powerful features, the platform is incredibly easy to pick up, even for new staff who have never used an online-based incident management or critical event suite before. Training time has been minimal, and the intuitive interface allows team members to dive right into managing incidents with confidence.

While our experience with D4H Incident Management Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. That said, it's worth noting that most of the suggestions or changes we've proposed have already been acknowledged by the D4H team and are either in their development workflow or slated for future updates. Their responsiveness to feedback is truly commendable.

For the few features we need immediately, we’ve managed to find effective workarounds, but it would be ideal to have these built into the system natively. The team has been proactive in providing solutions and ensuring that our needs are met while we await the updates.

Be ready to call them on numerous occasions for tech support. I will say that there is many times when I call they have to create a new query or report that they have not had and that takes some time. What do you like best about Ecolane?

The tracking and monitoring capabilities of the system are really beneficial. I like the ability to produce multiple reports in compliance with our contractual obligations has been greatly improved with Ecolane. I love that NTD reporting is so simple with the software and the time it takes to prepare reports is a mere fraction of what we used to spend to get reliable data. I like that the data that goes into the software can be retrieved and used to make business-related transportation decisions to better serve customers. What do you dislike about Ecolane?

Program group rides from the same geographic area and location appear to fail when the system detects that there are other qualified drivers in the area. Some of the processes take multiple steps/clicks where, if configured differently, they could be done on a single page. What problems is Ecolane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mapping capabilities allow trips and drivers to be monitored and tracked. It allows producing various reports in compliance with contractual obligations and internal evaluations on the performance of drivers on time. Copies of client age verification forms can be saved in the software, eliminating the need to search through filing cabinets. This tool eliminates a lot of time and effort to manually produce the necessary data, plus it has significantly increased our productivity and we see a steady reduction in driver payroll hours.
