We are getting ready to go through the process of Accredidation and we needed to get streamlined in the platforms that we use. This program is helping us bring everything under one roof. We have only recently implemented so we are still on the up hill side of Image Trend. We believe that one element is transaparency into completeness and time to completion of ePCR reports. Obviously, this is critical for a number of reasons but contains touchstones of clinical competency and velocity of billing applications. While our experience with D4H Incident Management Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. That said, it's worth noting that most of the suggestions or changes we've proposed have already been acknowledged by the D4H team and are either in their development workflow or slated for future updates. Their responsiveness to feedback is truly commendable.

For the few features we need immediately, we’ve managed to find effective workarounds, but it would be ideal to have these built into the system natively. The team has been proactive in providing solutions and ensuring that our needs are met while we await the updates.

D4H is solving several critical problems for our healthcare system, particularly around incident management and operational coordination. TargetSolutions helped us to quickly train the end users in short time by adopting best industry practices, also it was seamless in customising the training as per the requirement and tailor to the need of hour Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is costly. This is perhaps one of the most expensive RMS products we use, and the cost never seems to go down. However, it seems like it would be even more expensive if we were to "start over" with another, competing "RMS" service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a huge jump to their latest product, "Enterprise," in both the terms of time and financial resources. While not necessarily required, it seems to be expected. It is at times not very user friendly at all. I have to make numerous calls to them to get tech support on items that I would normally be easy on other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be ready to call them on numerous occasions for tech support. I will say that there is many times when I call they have to create a new query or report that they have not had and that takes some time. Program group rides from the same geographic area and location appear to fail when the system detects that there are other qualified drivers in the area. Some of the processes take multiple steps/clicks where, if configured differently, they could be done on a single page. Mapping capabilities allow trips and drivers to be monitored and tracked. It allows producing various reports in compliance with contractual obligations and internal evaluations on the performance of drivers on time. Copies of client age verification forms can be saved in the software, eliminating the need to search through filing cabinets. This tool eliminates a lot of time and effort to manually produce the necessary data, plus it has significantly increased our productivity and we see a steady reduction in driver payroll hours.
