It is a one-stop solution for all my client management needs - instead of running a CMS for keeping up with contacts, record keeping for notes, forms and contracts, everything is in one place, emails to and from the client are linked to their records so I don't have to rely on memory to remind myself of the history of each client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EHR Your Way solves the problems of having all of our records in one place, making documentation simple and easy, and allowing us to do all that we need to do within the system. From initial contact, to scheduling and admitting, and getting the paperwork we need, all of the aspects of EHR Your Way are working together seamlessly to make sure that our practice is a well-oiled machine. On the downside, ModMed can feel complex or slow, especially since I focus more on patient care rather than in-depth charting or medical records. It has extra features that aren’t as relevant to my workflow, so it can feel a bit cumbersome at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not many features that I dislike. The AI charting feature could use some work for accuracy and detail. I use another platform for that and it is free. I dislike that you cannot see biometric data when you have a chart note open so I have to open two tabs in order to refer to this data while charting. It seems that there is a bug or error in the integration with Apple Watch because many of my clients will have missing data that is not syncing correctly on several occasions so I have to manually record it in their notes. Practice Better helps me manage all of my insurance billing so that I do not have to use multiple platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zanda isn't a widely used platform for Audiology. The templates need adjusting to really fit them for each Audiology clinics purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zanda provides a seamless platform for patient bookings, payments, Medicare and DVA claims as well as record keeping and communication. I am yet to use the Telehealth module but am thrilled it is available for when the need arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not dislike anything about spry! The only feature I would like to be added is something automated to tell me if the insurance the patient has is something that needs a referral or authorization after eval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Splose has solved so many things for us. Clinically it has enhanced our multidisciplinary team care approach with clinical notes being so easy to access and the communication logs have helped a lot here too. It is also really easy for clinicians to use which is really important to us as we want our team focused on delivering great care and spending less time on admin. Kipu EMR could improve on offering trainings for new users! I was trained by staff members at both organizations I worked at; however, for a general introduction, I wish Kipu EMR had a standard training session that was offered (note: IF such a training already exists, the organizations I worked at did not alert me of them; therefore, I had to rely on on-site personnel to convey the options, some more detailed than others, that the agency utilized). Kipu has made it easy for me to see clients' history "at-a-glance" which is helpful when I arrive on site and take notice of newly-admitted clients. I am able to get a quick view of their primary diagnosis/reason for admission/meds in addition to history on their parental/familial support system. My only complaints are: need for secondary billing to save time, need for ROI intergrated in the system to save time, option for admins to add and remove clients for providers, and option for admins to be able to download and send records as needed! Sometimes due to the time difference across different countries, it makes it difficult to schedule times however the support teams do their best to make sure meetings are scheduled at times most conveinent for us (the users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like it to breakdown insurance better for frequencies and also the age limits and last time the procedure was completed. More like an insurance breakdown we get from the insurance faxes and or verification from the insurance websites . The state of VT has laws limiting what medical information shared with parents of children from age 12-18. Medent is working on options for parents to still have communication with the practice while limiting medical information shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one challenge with CampDoc - sometimes the reports or finding the right report can be confusing. And the way it lists campers who have attended for multiple years shows up sort of wonky, but any time I've had any confusion, the CampDoc folks either showed me what I was looking for, or in one case actually built a custom report for me. Klara needs to be whitelisted with Mod Med. Also when a patient cancels or requests to reschedule, it takes the patient off the schedule - which is great. But if the patien then turns around before the appointment and changes it to Confirm, it puts them back in that slot. We were having to make alot of outbound calls, especially from the call center. So our answering phones percentage was extremely poor. Having Klara being used by the call center has allowed our answer rate to be at 80% and higher for inbound calls. We were struggling at 50% answer rate. When a patient is scheduled an appt, either via the call center or after a check out, Klara automatically sends them their scheduled appt date and time. Multiple LLCs can be tricky to implement. If all of your locations follow the same logo, branding, names, this is not an issue. We have locations with different business names, logos, and share 1 AMD office key. Phreesia wasn't built for the level of granular customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's more like - "what haven't they helped with" I am into my role here at Falmouth Peds Dentistry 6 months and this was one of the first things I changed for our office.
