It has been a bit of a process to tweak the system to be what we needed it to be, but we have had a positive experience with getting the changes made that are necessary for that to be the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EHR Your Way solves the problems of having all of our records in one place, making documentation simple and easy, and allowing us to do all that we need to do within the system. From initial contact, to scheduling and admitting, and getting the paperwork we need, all of the aspects of EHR Your Way are working together seamlessly to make sure that our practice is a well-oiled machine. On the downside, ModMed can feel complex or slow, especially since I focus more on patient care rather than in-depth charting or medical records. It has extra features that aren’t as relevant to my workflow, so it can feel a bit cumbersome at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of customer support.

I am often gaslighted by the support team who drag their feet to get anything done, and are more worried about pink banners and name changes than fixing basic functionality.

When adding currated lifestyle recommendations, it would be easier to be able to view "all" as opposed to having to remember which section that I put the lifestyle recommendation under. Alternatively, it would be great if I could create my own tab -- as opposed to the ones that are only available there.

The generated PDF file could be more compressed as in --- the information flows better if some sections are not necessary. I don't like the idea that after a protocol has been published, you cannot go and quickly edit it before having to publish it again. Or maybe I'm missing something. Practice Better has SO much to offer, there is not enough time to navigate the platform in 14 days to figure out whether it will be suitable. More integrations please! I do not dislike anything about spry! The only feature I would like to be added is something automated to tell me if the insurance the patient has is something that needs a referral or authorization after eval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Splose has solved so many things for us. Clinically it has enhanced our multidisciplinary team care approach with clinical notes being so easy to access and the communication logs have helped a lot here too. It is also really easy for clinicians to use which is really important to us as we want our team focused on delivering great care and spending less time on admin. From an administrative, reporting and accounts perspective it is so powerful. The 2 way xero integration is a lifesaver and batch invoicing is unbelievable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kipu EMR could improve on offering trainings for new users! I was trained by staff members at both organizations I worked at; however, for a general introduction, I wish Kipu EMR had a standard training session that was offered (note: IF such a training already exists, the organizations I worked at did not alert me of them; therefore, I had to rely on on-site personnel to convey the options, some more detailed than others, that the agency utilized). Kipu has made it easy for me to see clients' history "at-a-glance" which is helpful when I arrive on site and take notice of newly-admitted clients. I am able to get a quick view of their primary diagnosis/reason for admission/meds in addition to history on their parental/familial support system. My only complaints are: need for secondary billing to save time, need for ROI intergrated in the system to save time, option for admins to add and remove clients for providers, and option for admins to be able to download and send records as needed! There are hiccups that happen, but Pabau is quick to try and resolve them. We are working on a few items with Prescriptions here, as things in the UK are done differently here in the US. Additionally, I'm not a fan of having to pay for SMS Credits to send confirmation texts to our patients. This should be integrated. Our patient expereince is superior now with integrating Pabau into our practice. We not have the ability to incorporate digital patient forms with the portal that are easy to use and easy to update. Additionally, consent forms can be automated and associated with the specific appointment type, making it easy for them to sign prior to their appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Constantly loses connection with our server, creating errors with auto messaging to patients.

- Support is useless. I have had three phone calls with a combined 6 hours over the past 2 days and the most recent issue is not resolved (my request was simply to ask why some patients weren't getting 3 day confirmation reminders and others were. One rep promised to call back with an answer and instead emailed me how to be 10DLC compliant - this was not the issue, which another rep confirmed. The issue still persists).

- There is a new "glitch" literally every week that requires a new phone call and days to fix (with no actual fix). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Streamlining the MIPS documentation and reporting. It has allowed our staff to document measures in a more efficient way without leaving charts unlocked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The help files available are often not up to date. Although they have been working on that with webinars, and other types of training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ECP software is always evolving and ECP sends out announcements of what is new and what is improved. There are also training opportunities to familiarize yourself with new Features. One of the things they did was the ability to collect electronic signatures which streamlines our intake process and makes things much easier for our staff to have everything in place. It would be nice to have a practice ticketing system and a known problems and issues page when troubleshooting for a large orginization. Interface builds take some time to build and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The state of VT has laws limiting what medical information shared with parents of children from age 12-18. Medent is working on options for parents to still have communication with the practice while limiting medical information shared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one challenge with CampDoc - sometimes the reports or finding the right report can be confusing. And the way it lists campers who have attended for multiple years shows up sort of wonky, but any time I've had any confusion, the CampDoc folks either showed me what I was looking for, or in one case actually built a custom report for me. Klara needs to be whitelisted with Mod Med. Also when a patient cancels or requests to reschedule, it takes the patient off the schedule - which is great. But if the patien then turns around before the appointment and changes it to Confirm, it puts them back in that slot. We were having to make alot of outbound calls, especially from the call center. So our answering phones percentage was extremely poor. Having Klara being used by the call center has allowed our answer rate to be at 80% and higher for inbound calls. We were struggling at 50% answer rate. When a patient is scheduled an appt, either via the call center or after a check out, Klara automatically sends them their scheduled appt date and time. We have been able to send requests for certain information and patients are able to submit it through Klara and it is imported into their chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's more like - "what haven't they helped with" I am into my role here at Falmouth Peds Dentistry 6 months and this was one of the first things I changed for our office. It was very expensive and everything was ala carte, which made it more expensive. In addition, because it was so physical therapy user-friendly, it made it difficulty to integrate personal training and massage therapy service providers into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wished the information in the insight center (reports) was a bit more clear on where data is being pulled. But this is a newer feature so it can only improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

High incoming call volumes, by using online scheduling with Luma we are able to reduce incoming calls.

No show rates, by using Luma reminders we were able to reduce the number of no shows and improve appointment conformation rates.
