We switched to Absorb due to a complete lack of customer support and rising costs from our old LMS. Little did we know that this would be a massive upgrade in all areas of our training. The ease of use and options are night and day compared to our old platform. While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. Rippling is solving several key problems for us, primarily by streamlining and centralizing our HR processes. I occasionally get a version of writer's block when it comes to creating a page or a course in a new or creative way, while Docebo offers fully-customizable widgets and blocks of content, guidance on building a page to meet a specific need would be appreciated, choosing from pre-loaded page templates would be amazing. There is also a big need for universal links to courses, currently we utilize a few sub-domains and each set requires unique links, rather than being able to share one universal link to anyone who needs to access. The ability to serve up customized learning experiences to our different user groups, based on each group's needs. Translated material and accessible experiences provided to all is easily configurable, and we are able to share admin responsibility and tasks amongst our internal teams to help manage their customers directly. We are now able to collect and analyze our user data, and view via their beautiful dashboards, which makes communicating value up to our leaders smooth and easily accomplished. Docebo is also keeping up with the times and we are excited to dive into AI-generated course content and assessment questions, further expanding on our ability to provide a customized and deeply informed experience to our users. I was a bit nervous for the transition between the Implementation Specialist and the my Customer Success Manager as I had such a great first interaction with the onboarding process. I've been let down a little by the manager who currently handles my case while assisting with an integration of a document in terms of wait time and needing to follow up, but it's now done and I'm happy with the outcome. Trainual provides an all-in-one platform for us to use across departments for policies (and policy acknolwedgements) as well as ongoing training and onboarding. Trainual is a huge benefit as there is now a standard training that the every single person receives to ensure that all new starters have the same opportunity as each other. There are some improvements needed regarding how to organize courses. The downside to using Paylocity is the client support. Oftentimes, we are speaking to Reps at Paylocity that are ill-trained and cannot help to resolve the issue or question we are calling about. Furthermore, there have been times when following the Reps direction, has led to an incorrect result. I find a lot of times, I have to research fixes myself because the Rep simply does not know how to help. I have implemented 5 new companies in Paylocity and it is very stressful because a lot of stuff gets missed in the set-up and you have to be proactive and and reach out to Paylocity for what is missing in the new company set-up. Paylocity should be more supportive and thorough when assisting a client with any type of set-up in Paylocity. It's hard to review each other's work without a review feature. Also we have run up against the 50 card limit a time or two. We know microlearning is supposed to be short, but we have some complicated processes we need to explain and would like the ability to go beyond the 50 card limit. Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish.
