The contract management is so easy and clear, I can send new contract negotiations, also I use to use rippling to make invoices but it and the need to update my payment information every month takes care by Rippling automatically, the platform is synchronized with third party softwares to track time so my reports are uploaded without intervention. Being able to have a single place for all our learners to access training content, no matter the type, with a single login. We have internal learners that need to track completion for certification requirements, and we are expanding to host end customer training through eCommerce and enrollment keys. Having the option to manage all of this in one system makes it so much more efficient!

Our other problem that Absorb has helped us solve is better access to training data. We've been able to have comprehensive data on all our learners, courses, and other metrics. In addition, Absorb has made it possible for us to give specific reporting and enrollment capabilities to our business partners, so each location has one or more administrators. I used to find review periods very ovewhelming and difficult to keep track of, however since moving to Leapsome, the process is now something I enjoy! You have a clear outline of all your tasks and when they are due by, and you can always go back to reviews to edit them later if needed, which is really helpful.

We also used to have to build all our OKR graphs manually, and they were saved across many different Excel files, making each team very siloed and there was no visibility between teams. However, Leapsome has now solved these problems, with automatic graphs created whenever you input OKRs at the start of each quarter, and full visibility across all teams. This saves us hours of work and helps us feel more united as a team, and it is clear how our individual OKRs now feed into the same company-wide goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a bit nervous for the transition between the Implementation Specialist and the my Customer Success Manager as I had such a great first interaction with the onboarding process. I've been let down a little by the manager who currently handles my case while assisting with an integration of a document in terms of wait time and needing to follow up, but it's now done and I'm happy with the outcome. Trainual provides an all-in-one platform for us to use across departments for policies (and policy acknolwedgements) as well as ongoing training and onboarding. Trainual is a huge benefit as there is now a standard training that the every single person receives to ensure that all new starters have the same opportunity as each other. There are some improvements needed regarding how to organize courses. It would be great to have the option to tag courses or create folders because, as it stands, there isn’t a way to sort the course list. There is very little about Paylocity that I dislike, but one thing that I've encountered several times that is very much needed is the ability to share reports with other users. The Paylocity Reporting module has many standardized reports that any user can access, but I need to be able to share customized reports with other administrative users. Until recently, not being able to share customized reports was just an inconvienience but last year, we had a user retire that provided me with a very complex report that was needed twice a year for raises and bonuses. Just last week I had to recreate that report from scratch which took multiple hours of time that I really couldn't afford to spare. It was a very tedious and frustrating experience which could've been avoided had there been the ability to share customized reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paylocity has helped us automate our onboarding process. Prior to implementing Onboarding through Paylocity, all new hire documents and forms were emailed to the incoming employee and it was the office manager on site's responsibility to make sure that all documents/forms were completed and returned to the HR Department in a timely manner. As with all positions, some office managers are more efficient and timely than others, and we didn't always get everything back or back by the deadline. With Paylocity Onboarding, HR now is in controll of and can monitor an employee's progress throughout the process. If a particular item isn't complete, we know about it in real time and can reach out to that employee directlly. Needless to say, the Onboarding process runs more smoothly and efficiently now. It is solving the general problem of having everything everywhere, all around. This course serves as perfect proxy for product marketing knowledge, and starting point into the Product Marketing Manager role. PMA is also providing clear frameworks, and on-point suggestions which can help us to stay in touch with product marketing trends, and think more strategically. Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee. Innform LMS is helping us automate our employee onboarding across multiple departments. With Innform, we can automate the onboarding, training, and compliance of hundreds of workers. A feature that we find very useful is Blended Learning – this allows us to have multiple types of training sessions going on simultaneously, including eLearning, on-site training, training over Zoom calls, and assessments.
