The implementation was rough. It was like a DYI project where you really had to figure out things on your own based on your company needs. It's hard to do an implementation learning about the system through videos while also juggling your normal duties of your job. It would have bee nice to have an actual person dedicated to walking you through the process at least once so you weren't flying blind to setup the apps. The worst part of the implementation was there was no dry run for testing a pay run. It was a cross your fingers and hope all goes well on your first pay run in a live payroll process. It didn't go well and was super frustrating to be under so much pressure to not only use a new payroll system for the first time, but have it live?!! Some reporting could be more specific to courses and include particular information without having to request additional paid services with Analyze Essentials. While the implementation schedule was neatly defined and organized, more time allowed will make things easier in the long-term. For example, I did not know the impact some features like Self-Enrollment, Auto Enrollment, Certificate printing in each course had until we actually ran with it. Occasionally, users may find the menu systems somewhat unclear and not entirely straightforward to navigate. As an example, the process of establishing hierarchical relationships between goals, specifically differentiating and linking child goals to their corresponding parent goals, can present certain challenges. The interface might not always provide easily understandable steps for accomplishing this, which could lead to frustration when trying to organize goals in a parent-child structure. Our onboarding processes are typically lengthy due to the software tools we use, our standard procedures, and the way our team interacts. Trainual helps streamline this process by allowing new hires to complete most of their onboarding and training independently. This enables us to hold more focused and efficient clarification meetings rather than requiring a coordinator or manager to be fully dedicated to training each new hire. EasyLlama makes it easy to get the basics and even more of compliance training completed so when you are able to bring the team together you can be using some oa shared language and have more in-depth conversations on topics in DEI/Cultural Competency etc... There's absolutely nothing to dislike about KodeKloud. Everything provided is flawless and remarkable. I did faced one issue though, after completion of my course I wanted to change the name printed on my digital certificate, unfortunately could not find any such feature to do so. As Docebo is larger than many of the other solutions we considered and we are a smaller customer, we have little impact on their product roadmap. After our successful initial implementation, we are looking to make further improvements. For larger and more important projects, we would like to discuss and brainstorm with product *experts* at Docebo, ideally on a call or web meeting. That doesn't seem to be readily available with our support level. Their support is responsive and helpful, but for medium to larger projects, individual support tickets aren't so effective. Innform LMS is helping us automate our employee onboarding across multiple departments. With Innform, we can automate the onboarding, training, and compliance of hundreds of workers. A feature that we find very useful is Blended Learning – this allows us to have multiple types of training sessions going on simultaneously, including eLearning, on-site training, training over Zoom calls, and assessments. There's not much to dislike! If I had to say anything here, it's that they are still ironing out a few minor things like really clear and consistent terminology across the platform, or what makes sense for a user to see, how things are reported etc. Nothing even close to being a deal breaker and they are very receptive to feedback. A hugely improved online learning experience from our previous platform. It's intuitive, engaging and has all the right integration capability for us to solve access and admin issues. Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee. There are discrepancies in the Admin UI of the internal and external platforms (ELC & CLC). As a customer of both, it is challenging to know inherently where to go for each/reporting capabilities vary. Though Workramp's documentation of this is clear and helpful. Auzmor is streamlining our training and onboarding processes by replacing our paper-based records with electronic records. The system allows us to organize employees into Teams, so the job-specific training can be automatically assigned during onboarding. The Team training plans remove the need for supervisors to identify the training required for each employee and request physical sign-offs for each training record. Auzmor also allows easy reporting on training status that can be scheduled for feedback to supervisors and administrators.
