I use Connecteam to schedule my team for my event planning business, and it makes it much easier for me to see who can work. It's seamless for my team to know when they are scheduled. I love the ability to keep shifts open for my team to bid on. With my event planning business, I can put the events in, indicate how many assistants I need, and it allows my team to look at the date and location of the event and bid on it if they're interested in working. I would say the password management function is probably the best feature. I have like 15 log ins and can never remember any of them. This thing helps me out big time. And unlike our previous system, it's very readable; ours looked like an Excel sheet from 1999. I use HROne daily for my attendance, leave, and all HR related activities. It's very user-friendly with a clean UI, which helps in everyday HR tasks by saving time and reducing manual work. I feel like it's very easy to navigate, and I can quickly apply for leave, mark attendance, and complete other tasks. It also helps me check my attendance, monitor leaves, and see new changes in the organization and new joiner details. Our team is able to customize the different platforms to fit our company's needs. And the reporting is top notch. Our fiscal year begins on July 1st. In the past, we've always had to run 2 YTD reports and do a cut and paste job to come up with fiscal year data. I love being able to give the Accounting auditor and the 401k auditor login access each year - so that they can pull the data that they need directly from the system. And once the audit is completed, I can deactivate their access. I love that individuals who leave the organization can still have limited access to the system. They can still see their W2s, pay statements and other tax forms. That eliminates those phone calls and emails each January from individuals who no longer work with the organization. The Time & Attendance platform allowed us to finally get our PTO / Accrual process automated. We have also been able to implement a grant allocation process on the T&A platform as well. Two things that we've had to do manually in other systems. And we were finally able to get rid of a 15 tab Excel document by automating our payroll journal entry. That is something I would list 5 times on repeat. Every system we used in the past always promised that they could integrate with NetSuite (our company's Accounting software). UKG not only promised but they delivered. For once our Accounting Department has been happy with HRs selection of a HRIS. We also had a great implementation team. Love the Open Enrollment platform and the Applicant Tracking platform. We added the Learning module to our platform last month. We are currently reviewing Bryte and Document Manager. I really like many of the tools and features that come with Bamboo. It’s especially helpful that I can see my whole team’s holiday calendars in one central place. I also really value the employee 121 feature, where I can even schedule meetings with my direct team members. BambooHR makes it easier for me to manage a large team by providing daily updates and notifications, such as who is out of the office today. It was very aesthetically pleasing as a platform. Employees were able to easily use it and all the features it had to offer. As the employer there were a lot of great reports we could pull. Viewing time cards was easy. Being able to have a community section to praise employees was very nice to have. Overall one of the nicer platforms. This is my #1 choice for PEOs. The platform is easy to use and navigate, organized and well laid out. From onboarding employees, setting up and enrolling in benefits, 401k, to making personnel changes to salary, titles, etc. this platform is the absolute best. I also love that employers still have control and the ability to make changes on their own as opposed to other PEO platforms. Kota not only provided a more affordable quote than our previous industry-leading broker but also enrolled us with Vitality, which was an improvement over our previous scheme with another insurer. As a result, more employees have joined our scheme since we switched to Kota.
The most significant improvement for us has been the customer support since the transition.
