We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. Rippling is solving several key problems for us, primarily by streamlining and centralizing our HR processes. One of the main issues it addresses is the complexity of managing employee data, payroll, and benefits in a cohesive manner. With Rippling, everything is integrated into one easy-to-use platform, reducing the time and effort required to manage these tasks individually. This integration also minimizes errors and ensures that our team has access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Another problem Rippling tackles is the need for efficient and responsive customer support. The platform's chat feature and dedicated support team member, like our helpful support representative Tommy Dang, provide quick and personalized assistance, which is a significant benefit. There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

I can focus on working on by business vs the finer detail of learning payroll finances (one of my least fav topics as a small business owner). I love the topical intelligence on things like state by state manadatory requirements and best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG. It benefits me greatly by being able to see on a moment's notice what days I am working this month so I can quickly plan other things in my life accordingly. While Bob is generally an impressive tool, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The graphs from reports only download as image files, which can be limiting if you need to incorporate them into company reports that require a different style or further customization. This often means having to recreate the visuals outside of Bob, adding extra steps. Additionally, as a small business, there are some features that look valuable but aren’t quite within reach yet in terms of budget. When I first started using Bob, I lacked a reliable, centralized source for employee data, which made tracking and managing information challenging. Android application and iOS application doesn't comes with all the functions which available in the website, which is downside for the user who use the keka in application.

We often need to reach out to HR for queries related to payslips, leave balances, or tax documents. Keka’s self-service portal allows employees to access this information directly and saving time for HR.

It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. We don't need to login into various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, DIce, etc.) instead just use the "Integrated search" method and find candidates on every job board with ease. What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it. The downside to using Paylocity is the client support. Oftentimes, we are speaking to Reps at Paylocity that are ill-trained and cannot help to resolve the issue or question we are calling about. Furthermore, there have been times when following the Reps direction, has led to an incorrect result. I find a lot of times, I have to research fixes myself because the Rep simply does not know how to help. I have implemented 5 new companies in Paylocity and it is very stressful because a lot of stuff gets missed in the set-up and you have to be proactive and and reach out to Paylocity for what is missing in the new company set-up. Paylocity should be more supportive and thorough when assisting a client with any type of set-up in Paylocity.
