We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. Rippling has been a game-changer for our company, offering a user-friendly interface that makes managing HR tasks seamless. I also appreciate that Rippling assigns a dedicated team member to support us and keep us informed with regular updates. Our support member, Tommy Dang, has been fantastic, always providing timely updates on new products and packages. What do you dislike about Rippling?

While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. “HIGHLY Recommend, we LOVE BambooHR”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

I mean where to start, we love pretty much everything about BambooHR. Our company has always been very particular with and critical of any platform we use. However, we actually have so few criticisms. Their onboarding and training was so helpful, everything is well documented. The platform is super easy to use and as a small HR team of two, it makes our lives so much easier. Our favorite feature is the automated onboarding. It automatically creates tasks for anyone you want, and makes it so easy to ensure employees sign and submit all the required documentation. As a medium sized organization this is so incredibly helpful in ensuring that onboarding is fully completed quickly and effectively. We love being able to bulk import information, bulk update staff profiles, and create custom fields in their profiles. Those custom fields can also be pulled into custom reports (which is by far the easiest report creation module I have ever used). BambooHR also has an incredibly helpful customer service and sales team. I could legitimately go on for days raving about how much I love this platform. Any items we do find, we simply give them the feedback. Their team is constantly developing and rolling out new features or improvements. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future! What do you dislike about BambooHR?

There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

Implementation was easy with our 130 employees. It was easy to connect them all and explain the features we are using.

I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. Additionally, as a small business, there are some features that look valuable but aren’t quite within reach yet in terms of budget. We have been using JustWorks for over 4 years now and use it every day. They constantly update their product to include new features, integrations, and corollary offerings (for example, expense reimbursement, time off management, and accounting system integrations). Another standout component is their excellent customer service. Whether on the phone or via email, their customer support is always willing to go above and beyond to help resolve issues or to answer questions. What do you like best about CEIPAL Workforce?

I've been a Healthcare Recruiter for 5 years and have used Ceipal for the last 3 years. The understanding of Ceipal is the best. We didn't need any additional training to navigate our work process. It took less than 2 days to get proficient in 75% of its uses. The reporting management may take some time to master but the rest of it is super EASY!

Apart from this, Ceipal is very easy when it comes to posting new jobs, mail merge, and even uploading bulk resumes.

I've used Jobdiva, Bullhorn, and Taleo as well but Ceipal is the BEST so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. Well, It is the best tool for monitoring the productivity of our employees and it also helps us to monitor the data breaches by the employee side. I know this because I'm an HR manager and it is a very good thing to monitor this kind of activity. It is easy to use it for our employees to track their time at work and their presence at their work station. It also has great customer support that offers help to overcome the issues we are facing. We use it frequently in our daily work life. We have downloaded it to our every employee to monitor their productivity. Integrating the Hubstaff in the system is easy. What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. What do you dislike about WebHR?

While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it. I am using greytHR for more than an year now and I believe it as a one stop solution for HR management. It gives you a simplified view for all your HR related activiies. It eases payroll cycle and all payroll related activities such as getting IT Statement, doing IT Declaration, adding Proof of Investments and downloading payslips. It gives you an enhanced experience for leave management, attendence tracking and claiming expenses.

It gives you facility of SSO login via Google, Linkedin and Facebook which makes it easier to login and no need to remember another set of creds to remember for your Payroll portal.

Gives you a great user-friendly interface that even a non-technical person can easily use the tool very efficiently. This saves a lot of time for IT Admin, Finance and HR team so that they can focus on other activities giving a very transparent view of all your activities.

What do you like best about Paylocity?

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

The downside to using Paylocity is the client support. Oftentimes, we are speaking to Reps at Paylocity that are ill-trained and cannot help to resolve the issue or question we are calling about. Furthermore, there have been times when following the Reps direction, has led to an incorrect result. I find a lot of times, I have to research fixes myself because the Rep simply does not know how to help. I have implemented 5 new companies in Paylocity and it is very stressful because a lot of stuff gets missed in the set-up and you have to be proactive and and reach out to Paylocity for what is missing in the new company set-up. Paylocity should be more supportive and thorough when assisting a client with any type of set-up in Paylocity. If you are new to Paylocity, you would not know if your set-up was complete and if it was not, there may be issues down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
