1. Belong to a banking & finance platfrom, we have 100+ sales employees, for them now it is very easy to mark their attendance and raising expense from mobile application, Previously we are highly dependent on the email and sms.

2. Leave and expense approval is now transparent, report is very helful to track the expense amount at the end of financial year.

3. Propsed investment declaration can be done for easy and correct calucation of TDS, previously we need chartered accountants for that.

Theres really not too much about connecteam i dont like... maybe how on the app you cant set multiple calendar entries in a group they have to be done individually but on the browers version you can... id like to see multiple date entries on the schedule able to be made and set duration across the days for the work instead of creating them for the individual days one at a time if the job is reocurring unyil complete... you can set it that it continues but it only allows you to put a break in for the evening not stop the days work and commence again the following day... we can only put breaks in for jobs running longer than one day or just enter them in individually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. It has allowed me more time to do other tasks I am responsible for. It allows our employee information to stay current and up to date since the employees can log in and update their information easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

Allows me to record "Clock In" and "Clock Out" times quickly and easily which saves time and makes Timesheet management simple.

- Poor Benefits Quality: Depth and breadth of benefits offerings, especially medical, is poor.

- Poor Support Service Stratgy: All of our account managers have been dedicated and professional. However, JustWorks' service model is such that your representatives are service/sales people, not experts in payroll, tax, benefits or compliance. You cannot directly connect with relevant experts when you need help. Tax issues are often unresolved as a result. Thankfully we've had few other issues with sensitive areas, but I have no confidence that JustWorks has staff with deep expertise in these areas if an issue did arise.

- No real HRIS functionality: Most PEO's don't have decent HRIS features, but my predecsccors selected JustWorks because the software looked/felt better than other PEO's. This is true, but there is very little onboarding and reporting functionality.

- Poor Benefits Implementation: Open enrollment and other benefits implementation is self-serve. No expert support in modeling benefit coverage options. I had to fight to get the minimal support I received, which was far below the basic level of service I expect from a PEO or benefits provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is improving our business culture by making employee feedback a more core part of our business. It makes it easy to give someone negative feedback and engraves it into our culture - negative feedback is the real gold dust of feedback and we learn the most from it. There are some limitations that I’d love to see improved. One drawback is that data categories and fields created by users (rather than Hibob) cannot be inserted into eSign templates, which can be restrictive. Another particularly frustrating limitation is the lack of a substitute feature when an employee submits a time-off request. The biggest benefit is improved efficiency, transparency, and a more organized approach to HR management. Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. The agent was never patronizing or short on patience, and I hope that my profuse 'thank you!!' did a bit to communicate my deep appreciation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. While Forma is incredibly convenient, the reimbursement processing times can occassionally be slower than I’d like. Additionally, I wish the vendor selection in the Forma Store was even broader to include more options in certain wellness categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't have any specific dislikes, but there are a few enhancements we would love to see:

1. Consolidation of Benefits: It would be fantastic if Kota could increase the range of benefits offered. It would be great if we could offer some additional benefits without having to find a different provider, such as cash plan medical, cycle to work, staff discounts, etc.

2. Global Office Management: We have offices in several countries, including Canada, the US, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, and the UAE. It would be great if we could manage these international offices through Kota as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've integrated the Kota platform with our HR system, making enrolment a breeze. Now, we can easily see who is and isn't enrolled in one place.

Monthly invoicing helps manage our cash flow, and we can download member lists and invoices directly from the portal.

While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it.
