What do you dislike about Practice Better?

When adding currated lifestyle recommendations, it would be easier to be able to view "all" as opposed to having to remember which section that I put the lifestyle recommendation under. Alternatively, it would be great if I could create my own tab -- as opposed to the ones that are only available there.

The generated PDF file could be more compressed as in --- the information flows better if some sections are not necessary. I don't like the idea that after a protocol has been published, you cannot go and quickly edit it before having to publish it again. Or maybe I'm missing something. Practice Better has SO much to offer, there is not enough time to navigate the platform in 14 days to figure out whether it will be suitable. More integrations please! What do you like best about SPRY?

The most helpful thing about SPRY is how quick and easy it is to use. It did not take much time to get used to after coming from another EMR system. I love the "verify eligibility" feature that lets me inform patients how much their co-pay is going to be. I am a daily user of SPRY and see several patients a day, and it has made documentation such a smaller portion of my treatment session with my patient, and I can focus more on the patient in front of me. Kipu EMR could improve on offering trainings for new users! I was trained by staff members at both organizations I worked at; however, for a general introduction, I wish Kipu EMR had a standard training session that was offered (note: IF such a training already exists, the organizations I worked at did not alert me of them; therefore, I had to rely on on-site personnel to convey the options, some more detailed than others, that the agency utilized). What problems is Kipu EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kipu has made it easy for me to see clients' history "at-a-glance" which is helpful when I arrive on site and take notice of newly-admitted clients. There are hiccups that happen, but Pabau is quick to try and resolve them. We are working on a few items with Prescriptions here, as things in the UK are done differently here in the US. Additionally, I'm not a fan of having to pay for SMS Credits to send confirmation texts to our patients. This should be integrated. Our patient expereince is superior now with integrating Pabau into our practice. We not have the ability to incorporate digital patient forms with the portal that are easy to use and easy to update. What do you like best about MEDENT?

I work primarily in medent and I find the system to be very user friendly compaired to other systems I've previously used. It is customizable and intuative for each department and user preference. Medent is continually updating,improving, and building areas within it's system. Practice suggestions for improvements are taken seriously and implimented with the consideration of regulations and requirements from multiple states. We've had some amazing colaberation between our IT security and Medent to resolve issues when transitioning from a server connection to a cloud connection, firewalls blocking nessessary programs, and many other hiccups that arise. What do you dislike about MEDENT?

It would be nice to have a practice ticketing system and a known problems and issues page when troubleshooting for a large orginization. Interface builds take some time to build and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The wealth of information that we are able to gather using the platform is very helpful. And the attendance features with trusted contacts allows us to have a safe way to track our campers and easy to use for check-in and check-out purposes. 2 areas for improvement: I would like the Trusted Contact to be included in the general profile questions, rather than separate. We get some parents that get confused and think their profile is complete, but are still missing the Trusted contacts which are necessary for check-in/out. I would also like an easier way to use the attendance feature BEFORE the first day of camp in order to better train our staff. Patients have difficulty completing any form of registering from the link that they receive via text. Also, duplicate accts are sometimes getting created when pts attempt to do the on-line registration. We have had the majority of on-line registrating shut off. Wish appt reminder calls, texts came from a local number. On insurances, I would like to have the ability to add eff dates and term dates to them so that you knew what was eff on a particular date of service. When we have an issue with the system, response time from help desk is slow. Nursing staff has issues with prescriptions going thru successfully. Physicians need to ability to add/change note, not just a spot at bottom of note that states addendum. When running eligibility on insurances, wish effective date of policy was included. There are forms that we still need to get from pts such as HIPAA , medicare secondary questionnaire because pt's don't have the ability to sign or complete online. Simple practice undergoes many system uploads. At times these can interfere with how I am used to using it. That being said, the upgrades are good. And I am pleased with the final product. “Epic Integration with Reputation Automates My Workflow”
What do you like best about Epic?

As a medical clinic, we use Epic daily to manage our patients protected health information and facilitate communication between our clinical teams. In regard to the integration with Reputation, it is a time saver for me! In the past, I had to manually download a file from Epic and then upload it into my reputation management software. I was not able to be consistent with gaining survey information and online reviews as this process didn't take place daily. Now the whole process is automated with the integration between Reputation and Epic so I don't need to check on this or even think about it happening. I can see the results in my dashboard every day. What do you dislike about Epic?

In regard to the integration between Reputation and Epic there is nothing that I dislike. Clean, simple and easy. In regard to Epic in general, often the upgrades change our clinic work flow which is frustrating for staff. One example of how Epic is benefiting our group is Epic work queues. They make our the process of obtaining and tracking information for priorauthorizations simple.
