What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

DialMyCalls has been very easy to use, and the feature that prevents duplicate calls from being placed has been extremely helpful. Our export lists often include the same person multiple times, and DialMyCalls ensures that only one call (in a call queue) will be made to each phone number. It has also been very valuable to see the results of each call placed, whether it was answered, transferred to a live representative, not connected, or went to voicemail. The feature to connect to a live representative (after listening to the automated message) has helped us keep the personal interaction for those who would like to speak with someone. The automated portion of the call can either be recorded by an individual, or you can type text and have an automated voice read the message. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

There are quite a few steps to get to the "Send" screen. This is not much of a Con because it is a result of the system's great, customizable options and detailed views for great reporting, but it would help our team improve our effeciency with sending calls to many different groups if there were fewer pages or steps involved. What problems is DialMyCalls solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, our team was manually calling individuals to inform them that their partnership gifts did not go through. This was very time-consuming, and most of the calls went to voicemail. After implementing DialMyCalls for automating these calls, partners are notified more quickly, they receive a detailed voicemail or they can connect with our team immediately to update their giving. What do you like best about AlertMedia?

AlertMedia is an easy to use, streamlined, out of band communication tool that can send messages at a click of the button. The threat intelligence mixed with measuring the responses and readability of the messages you send out are extremely useful and practical. We already have two instances where we recieved verified actionable information through AlertMedia prior to the news media's picking up the story. AlertMedia is solving a communication gap for us at Hensel Phelps. What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

My organization was looking for an out-of-band, emergency contact system. Most products that I looked at had fee structures that included monthly fees. This is a product that we hope we never have to use. The most helpful feature of Text-Em-All is that you can purchase credits that never expire. If we have an emergency in 6 months or 6 years, we will be ready to go and be able to text all our employees. As part of the pre-registration process in iLobby, we upload a CSV file with a list of invitees to the event page for the corresponding event. However, the pre-registration email sent to visitors can sometimes be confusing for those who are unfamiliar with the process. What do you like best about Hiplink?

Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. We are an office of about 200 employees that communicate with about another 1,000 affiliates of our organization. We were using Pagegate and it was not near the quality of Hiplink. It did take several weeks of back and forth emails for me to fully understand how I wanted to customize and set up hiplink for our organization. Hiplink was helpful every step of the way, it just took some time for me to figure it out and work with our IT staff to implement it. Once it was set up it was very easy to use. What do you like best about Regroup Mass Notification?

The system is fantastic but the best thing may be the Customer Service. There have been several times where I have reached out (in a panic) to my customer support representative who has each time met my urgency and provided clear instruction. Of course, each time I figure out that had I just went into the system and did a minimal amount of clicking around I could have handled it without assistance - but it is nice to feel an extra layer of confidence when messaging my entire company. While our experience with D4H Incident Management Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. That said, it's worth noting that most of the suggestions or changes we've proposed have already been acknowledged by the D4H team and are either in their development workflow or slated for future updates. Their responsiveness to feedback is truly commendable.

For the few features we need immediately, we’ve managed to find effective workarounds, but it would be ideal to have these built into the system natively. The team has been proactive in providing solutions and ensuring that our needs are met while we await the updates.

The app has enabled us to replace a full time Operator by ensuring that we get alerted when any of our batch processes fails.

It is incredibly reliable and seamlessly integrated into our solution.

Setting up the alerts are straightforward with the ability to escalate alerts that is not acknowledged within the selected timeframe to ensure critical alerts are resolved within SLA.

DeskAlerts allows our company to notify users with a desktop "toaster pop" message for outages, upgrade notices, and other important events. This software is used daily for our Network Operations team and keeps our customer service reps up to date on outages to support our customers. What problems is Omnigo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The abilty to pull data from incident reports and calls for service has been extremely helpful to identify trends that that can impact staff and site safety. In addition, the ease and ability to run multiple types of reports is extremely helpful. The reports are easy for clinical and non-clinical leaders to understand.
