I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. It was able to provide us a clear overview of our entire sales pipeline and sales cycle with different stages. Oh, so many things. Starting with the best thing which is unlimited everything. It provides unlimited emails, unlimited landing pages, unlimited rules and workflows, unlimited contacts, and so many things. It has, CMS, Sales pages and website, Email marketing, Payment gateways integration which makes it all in one tool. And it works flawlessly. Very easy to operate. It took only a month to implement this tool for ourselves when we were moving from Clickfunnels. their support team is super helpful but sometimes they lack knwolede. Social scheduling is super easy (besides Twitter), and I like that I can plug in images from my photo gallery on social and in emails.
Building an email is also pretty easy, and has gotten easier as technology advances.

Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.
Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.
Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!
Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.

For the price, the tools and automation are exactly what you need them to be, and social media scheduling is a nice additional feature. I am considering switching back from Constant Contact because the integration pushed data to HubSpot on whether contacts opened or clicked on marketing emails, while Constant Contact could not. Mailerlite is filled with pretty templates, and if you want to design it yourself the drag and drop designing is so easy to use! I use Mailerlite every week for mye clients.
After a campaign is sent I have full controll and overview of the response of the receivers.
It gives me information if I need to change anything in my next newletters.

Clari has helped us scale our quality process for auditing calls of our sales team. It provides useful easy-to-use summaries that explains the call beautifully. It is really easy to search a phrase said on a call from a list of thousands of calls. Another useful feature of Clari is the transcription process of the calls that take place in other languages (other than English). This transcription feature is particularly helpful to us in auditing calls of salespeople who dial in regions outside US which was not possible for us earlier. It has helped us scale our quality process and build a more robust feedback process in place that helps the salespeople with immediate training. Clari has helped us a lot in measuring our sales pipeline and taking actions to bring immediate improvements to the process. Gone are the days when we had to listen to an entire call just to find if the price was shared on a call or if the benefits were explained to the prospect properly. It helps us save hours of time.
