The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.

However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

I would say one thing that I wish Constant Contact could do is if you could make a change after a email has been sent. For example, if you find something is linked to the wrong URL or a misspelled word. You have to resend the whole email. You can't even fix it before and email is sent to non-openers. They still dont have a way to show how much your pipeline has increased or decreased over time. For example, if I just wanted to see how many dollars were added in a single month, this tool cant do that. I won't say I "dislike" this, but the one thing that has taken me time to get used to is the shift in how things are viewed in Systeme.io. The first thing it is saving time by providing email automation I used to spent hours to sent mail to clients with this I can schedule whole month campaigns in 20 min and rest I can focus on. The only two downsides would be the cost and the calls from sales support. The cost is a little high if you are a smaller company or just one or two on a sales team. But there is still a lot that you can do without having to pay for credits.

The calls from sales support are a downfall because you click on a feature you don't have access to and someone calls to see if they can get you to add on to your plan. As a sales representative tasked to cold call and grow a book of business, getting accurate information on leads in a timely manner is crucial. I don't have a lot of time to just map out and research a bunch of companies. Apollo brings the information right to me and provides effective ways to reach those contacts all within the same program. The amount of time I save with this program is incredible! My frustration is with the UI. It feels very clonky and a lot of times for me groove is frequently saying an issue has occured with that little issue pop up when I'm about my normal business and then I have to stop using groove and do something else until the engineering team resolves it.

And parts of the UI seem counterintuitive and difficult.

Heres to name a few to start:

- SO many times I've started creating a flow and I accidentally x out of the screen and lose what I created. Wish the flow would save automactically as I'm building it out step by step.

- It's really easy to lose track of contacts who bounce on a flow and it gets complicated really quick between removed, bounced, exited, completed, etc. to keep things straight.

- I understand the purpose of global standards but would like to make a few exceptions to a few flows ex. we have a global standard to kick people out of a flow when they respond but when im sending out a monthly newsletter to my clients and prospects (regardless if they resond or not) i'm not able to do that very easily carrying the same audience across a multi-step flow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the complaint I have sumbitted to mailchimp compliance. Let see how they handle it. "I am contacting MailChimp regarding a serious issue with the onboarding process, where a Mailchimp employee, Kathleen, took control of my screen and submitted an SMS application without my permission. This behavior is illegal and unethical. I am questioning if Mailchimp employees are incentivized for SMS sign-ups or if this fraudulent activity goes higher up than that. I see the company was purchased recently by Intuit. There is complete lack of transparency on the website regarding token charges without providing the information to customer until after they signed up.

Considering a huge breach of trust I am concerned about other business information being used without authorization, such as unauthorized access to my social media accounts, potential data theft, being locked out of certain features so I can't protect myself, and more. I am demanding a complete termination of our business relationship and full refund within 1 day before filing with the Attorney General and the BBB. The very disliking part of this software is its hard to share lists emails reports etc between multiple business units visual editor in emails is glitch and has a lot of the technical issues. earlier we used to relay completely on the old email technique of sending campaign via google which involves in great manpower and hardware equipment which is now made simpler with this single software we have reduced hours of the manual work as in this software we can customize our mail campaign and that's all everything software will take care. During the pandemic, we wanted to provide worship services for people without computers or cell phones. We also wanted to provide for people with reading disabilities. I have been a Salesloft customer for 3 years, things started out well but they never updated features or technology in that entire period. Outbound email best practices are not possible with Salesloft and it will ensure poor email deliverability, limited campaign options, and a lack of integrations to new sales tech

Worst of all was my customer service experience. I noticed an annual auto renewal hit my credit card and informed their billing and customer service immediately that I did not plan to renew and that I would like a refund. They refused completely and wouldn’t compromise in any way. They referenced an email about billing that went to my spam, this info in inaccessible on their platform, and they felt completely entitled to keep all of my annual fee.

They are missing a couple of basic things that I hope we'll see in the future. One thing that slows down my workflow is the lack of an album or folder for my uploaded images that I can see and edit at anytime. Currently, images can only be accessed if I'm in the process of creating a newsletter. It would be helpful to be able to pre-upload my images and delete old, unneeded ones before starting the newsletter building process. While their real-time live chat support is fantastic, I find the email support to not be as helpful. Moosend is like any other email marketing company, but their options for building newsletters are more varied and be configured more easily so that the newsletters don't all look the same. I had gotten tired of my previous email marketing company only offering a few basic container options for image, text, and button configurations. Moosend solved that problem. The only thing that i disliked when i came to mailscale is when it comes to trying to downgrade to a different plan. I was on the agency plan and was planning on going to the enterprise plan very soon. I accidently clicked upgrade and didn't have the option to downgrade, but then shortly after i reached out to their support team and they was able to get it all sorted out! Customer support is not good. I had issues with email deliverability that kept reoccuring. Mailerlite would tell me the issue was resolved but then it would break again.
