There is no other market tool that provides a system that manages a document's life cycle as completely as Laserfiche. When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. We are taking people out of the document management process. The primary benefit is that people can focus on more value-adding work instead of spending time tracking paper, filing paper, and storing paper. A downside for our firm is that slides do not feed into TeamSlide in the same order as we have them in the source decks if any updates have been made - the slide(s) most recently updated appear at the top. The workaround is simple, copy/pasting the whole deck back in, but it's still an extra step we have to take any time a slide in the source deck is edited. Filehold document management system does not have suitable mobile application which limits the accessibility and convenience of the software. With that in terms of security roles and permissions it is complex and can be confusing which could cause data risk to the company. In addition to that it does not have user friendly workflow designer which makes it harder to create and customize workflows based on business needs and requirements. The search functionality is not as reliable as I'd hoped.

The AI is not always great at extracting information (for example, pulling party names) but Summize is continously improving and seriously considers customer suggestions, that is far more than you'd get from most CLM providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our prior contract/document generation tool was very archaic and unreliable, Summize has single-handedly solved that problem. We also had issues with centralizing and management storage of our large volume of contracts and related documents, Summize has completely fixed that.

Klyck.io helps us with a lot of things. It has helped us with easy collaboration, organizing our content as per the need and personlize our sales content with the pre made templates available. The product is worse than our own we are replacing it with, it lacks scanning capabilities and has little to no web client functionality, it requires thick client installs with config file maintenance. The IIS resets force admins to be active after hours to be able to implement any changes when it should be easy for admins to push changes out. creating a user group should not require kicking users out of the system. users should be able to scan multiple document types without needing to change settings for the scanner inputting them. we cant even swap out licenses when we have 9999 workflows licenses for any workview when we only have 25. OnBase is creating more problems than they are solving, our admins have to create more 3rd party components to support systems that used to be integrated in our old ECM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont like that full features are not available for a Basic user when a company is up to 5 people and you need to upgrade to pay double for 100 headcount to get the added features as clock in, etc. I think they should give all features with a reasonable price based on size of staff.
