I only have two true complaints..

1. Users are limited as to how many 'bulk-send' messages can be sent & there is no way to increase the amount besides paying per email.

2. Sometimes some of my recipients of documents claim they haven't received the email & when going into edit or add contact information for the person, it is difficult to navigate and resend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PandaDoc has greatly reduced the time my administrative staff have had to schedule to do New Hire Paperwork with job applicants. Adobe Acrobat can be slow and clunky, particularly on older machines. Useful features such as editing or converting PDFs are restricted behind a paywall, and the nag to upgrade can get tiresome. Adobe Acrobat fixes the issue of viewing, sharing, and working with PDF files consistently across platforms and devices. It helps one easily read, comment, complete forms, and digitally sign documents, saving time and the need to print. I doubt anyone at Docusign has ever had to use it on a daily basis. Everything from logging on to the App are painful and hard. It's not something you're going to look forward to.

So many things you can't do on the App, or if you can it's so unfathomable I've not been able to fathom it.

Foxit eSign is reliable enough, but things get less smooth when signing on mobile devices compared to a desktop. It is a little clunky for signing and it is difficult to place signatures. This used to be frustrating occasionally when you just have a quick approval to get on the go. An added issue is that email notifications sometimes don’t go out on time. Sometimes, recipients may be slow to get the notification and then it will slow down urgent signings. The experience would be much better if these issues were improved. We no longer handle any physical paperwork to complete and have saved ourselves a lot of time by using Foxit eSign. Previously, it took time for documents to be printed, signed and scanned. Today, everything is processed digitally, that means that contract approvals are quite faster. It has also helped align teams as all the agreements are stored in a place that’s accessible. We're starting to look at identity verification as a requirement in our industry. BoldSign has a beta feature that we may implement, but there are some limitations that might prevent us from using it.
