I’ve had some issues with this tool that make it less convenient for my needs. Although it offers some great features, like creating and editing documents, I find that the platform can be slow and glitchy at times. It’s also a bit complicated to navigate, especially when it comes to converting files or managing multiple documents. The user interface could definitely be more intuitive. Pandadoc is solving the problem of having to manually remind clients about signatures. It also helps you see when they view a signature so you know if they saw it or not, which is very helpful as I don't need to hound people all day. I can just set the auto-reminders, and it's great. Simple copy, paste is a little tricky. If you copy text while editing and paste that item on another page, the text lands far right off of the page. I wish it would paste where you place your cursor. Foxit Editor allows our company to edit PDF report that are exported from our system. The reports will have a variety of formatting issues that have to be fixed before sending to the client. We have to delete, move and shift headers and subtotals around on the document to look professional. Editing is simple and easy in Foxit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downsides of Xodo Sign are that if you need to edit or update a contract, it needs to be completely cancelled and resent. This sometimes confuses my clients who try to keep using the originial contract sign link. The contract update, no matter how small, also counts as a fully new contract in their system. You cannot edit an uploaded contract document. I also preferred the name Eversign over Xodo Sign, I feel like it went from a cool name to a strange name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one issue that we are facing in the current workflow is indicate docusign if the party has sent the signed documents in an email, it just keeps sending remainders to the parties. This limitation has been a blocker for us and had to implement additional code on our end to stop those emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using docusign in our business based on the workflow we created has helped us in triggering the signature process and capturing the signed documents to the targetted record in salesforce. We have docusign integrated with salesforce, outlook and dropbox where the signed documents are automatically stored in the shared dropbox folder for future legal verifications. Previously we used to manually send the documents for signature in an email and due to this manual process there were many instances where we missed track of signed copies from the parties. While SignWell offers an impressive user experience, there are a few drawbacks. Occasionally, users may encounter glitches during the signing process, which can disrupt workflow and require troubleshooting. Furthermore, the free account has notable limitations, such as restrictions on the number of documents that can be sent or signed within a specified period. Another notable limitation is the platform's reliance solely on email for document delivery, as it lacks the option to send documents directly to phone numbers, which can be inconvenient for recipients who prefer mobile-based interactions. A problem I have with Foxit eSign is that when processing larger files the processing is sometimes a bit lagged and slowed down the signing process. Also, the user interface can be more up to date and easier to use, it takes a little bit of time for new team members to understand how it works. These issues cause a little delay when it comes to time sensitive documents or training new users. And this takes more time to produce complex reports which can be tiring auditing or reviewing. With Foxit eSign, we have been able to completely remove the manual printing, signing and scanning process of the approval process. By using real time document tracking and legally binding electronic signatures through Foxit eSign, we cut costs and save time. We have also simplified the repetitive tasks that could have been created in reusable templates, making it easier to work with contracts and approvals. I have used this program for over a year. The older version worked well, but ever since the update that was installed a couple of months ago, there are so many glitches that are still unresolved.

1) When you drag any box (date signed, full name, textbox, etc.) over to put it on a line where you or your client should fill in any information, the text automatically appears in an oversized textbox, with the text floating in the top left corner, never actually on the line. When you hover the box over the line, it appears to fit directly where you want it, but when you place it, the text floats up to the top left, off of the line, so you have to adjust its position every time after first placing it.

2) I always type my name as the signature. In the edit box it shows up fine, but a tiny bit of the first letter is always cut off when I place my signature on the actual page.

3) The initials are always WAY too large to be put on a line the size of an average document. I resize them every time.

4) The copy/paste function is messed up. For example, I use contracts that have a line for clients to initial at the bottom of each page. I resize the initials on the first page then hit Ctrl-C. As I scroll down to the other pages in my document, my screen has to be in a very specific place on the page in order for the CTRL-P function to work. For example, if I am showing the top part of a page but the bottom right corner, where I want the initials box to be copied, is not in view for lack of scrolling down all the way, it will not paste. If I scroll down to where I can just barely see the bottom right corner, it works. However, if I scroll too far past the bottom right corner, barely onto the other page, the entire document goes blank. When this happens, I have to CTRL-Z to go back, at which point the paste command no longer works, and neither does the copy command when I try to go back up to copy the original intials box. The annoying fix in this case is to undo the attempted paste, create a new initials box since it no longer allows me to copy the first one, resize it because as I mentioned it is always disproportionately large for the page, hoping that it is close enough in size to the first box I created, and go down from there to paste it on each of the following pages. There should be an easy duplicate on each page option, or at the least, these glitches should be fixed.

5) I wish there were a way to view any document I pull up in a certain preset format. For example, because of the huge size of the signature box, I usually opt for "Fit to Width" at the top right. This is just another step I need to take with every document that could be easily fixed with preferred settings options.

6) I would like to see a quick option to add lines for signature for those contracts that I receive that do not already have signature lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This used to be the perfect solution for what I needed but with the glitches, it is getting more annoying to keep fixing everything I have to put on the page. I have one other friend to whom I had recommended Dropbox Sign, but after the update she became equally frustrated and moved on to a different program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Given that we have successfully integrated the GetAccept solution into our processes, it is difficult to find negative points. If the solution allowed sending multiple quotes per proposal, it would have saved us a lot of development, but no solution on the market integrates this point as we expect. The only thing I've noticed BoldSign doesn't offer that would be helpful to have, is the ability to create more than one signer per form. We have parents and children sign some forms, so the parent has to figure out how to change the signature name. When I was signed first and then wanted to download it was downloaded but I got the activity historied on the bottom page of the signed documents. I was given help with other tools to remove the last page.

I needed to sign some documents by the first party was about 300 KM away from the location. If DigiSigner is not available then I need to download first then print and sign then scan. which is very time-consuming and costly. I got then DigiSigner and got my solution within 5 mins. I would like to be able to put in a text box and type something into it before I send it. It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form.

There are some limitations to take into account, currently, the platform does not offer the option to rotate blank documents in order to add a date or signatures, which can complicate the process, because sometimes documents appear upside down, requiring them to be edited later, something that not only consumes time, but also interferes with the workflow. The platform's syncrhonization feature has some drawbacks, for example, when you access your account through the browser version, you may have to wait a few minutes for a file you have previously uploaded in the application to be actually uploaded, this small delay can be frustrating if you are trying to be efficient and fast, but despite these drawbacks, it is important to recognize this platform has great potential and it's easy to implement. Since we started using this software in our company, we have noticed that we are reaching our goals a little faster, since we spend less time traveling for meetings with clients, also by simplifying the process, it is easier to focus on other areas that previously might have been neglected, resulting in having gained some new clients, which although this could be due to various reasons, I believe that DottedSign has contributed to this, due to our agility that this platform has given us. On the other hand, having all newly signed contracts digitized and accessible in the cloud gives us great peace of mind, because the application has proven to be very useful, as its configuration is secure, and it ensures that everything is encrypyted, giving greater confidence when keeping important documents in the cloud.
