It saves us having resend documents or forms to customers over and over again, and also makes it quicker and easier for people to access documents as/when needed without needing new links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

I would highly recommend using PandaDoc as your platform for eSign documents, agreements, contracts, etc. It's a good, reliable platform, and is easy to use from all ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm solving the problem of being disorganized, and using physical papers. I love the benefit of PandaDoc keeping my documents organized. They also integrate with Pipedrive, which is the CRM platform we use for all of our deals. So to be able to create a PandaDoc right within Pipedrive, and keeping my documents assigned to specific deals, it keeps everything nice and organized without any extra work. We have a significant number of drafters and designers, and Foxit was a no-go for their compatibility challenges. We dumped 80+ Acrobat 10-15 and 100 Foxit licenses to go to PDF Xchange Pro, the top of the line license, for 250 seats. I couldn't see an obvious help menu or chat box while using it. TBH this didn't really matter as I found the interface easy to use, and it took minimum trial and error to upload my first contract doc.

It makes signing contracts a breeze. Both my clients and I have found it easy to get important contracts signed quickly and without fuss - allowing us to focus on actual work rather than tedious admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one issue that we are facing in the current workflow is indicate docusign if the party has sent the signed documents in an email, it just keeps sending remainders to the parties. Using docusign in our business based on the workflow we created has helped us in triggering the signature process and capturing the signed documents to the targetted record in salesforce. We have docusign integrated with salesforce, outlook and dropbox where the signed documents are automatically stored in the shared dropbox folder for future legal verifications. Previously we used to manually send the documents for signature in an email and due to this manual process there were many instances where we missed track of signed copies from the parties. While SignWell offers an impressive user experience, there are a few drawbacks. Occasionally, users may encounter glitches during the signing process, which can disrupt workflow and require troubleshooting. Furthermore, the free account has notable limitations, such as restrictions on the number of documents that can be sent or signed within a specified period. Another notable limitation is the platform's reliance solely on email for document delivery, as it lacks the option to send documents directly to phone numbers, which can be inconvenient for recipients who prefer mobile-based interactions. I have used this program for over a year. The older version worked well, but ever since the update that was installed a couple of months ago, there are so many glitches that are still unresolved.

1) When you drag any box (date signed, full name, textbox, etc.) over to put it on a line where you or your client should fill in any information, the text automatically appears in an oversized textbox, with the text floating in the top left corner, never actually on the line. When you hover the box over the line, it appears to fit directly where you want it, but when you place it, the text floats up to the top left, off of the line, so you have to adjust its position every time after first placing it.

2) I always type my name as the signature. In the edit box it shows up fine, but a tiny bit of the first letter is always cut off when I place my signature on the actual page.

3) The initials are always WAY too large to be put on a line the size of an average document. I resize them every time.

4) The copy/paste function is messed up. For example, I use contracts that have a line for clients to initial at the bottom of each page. I resize the initials on the first page then hit Ctrl-C. As I scroll down to the other pages in my document, my screen has to be in a very specific place on the page in order for the CTRL-P function to work. For example, if I am showing the top part of a page but the bottom right corner, where I want the initials box to be copied, is not in view for lack of scrolling down all the way, it will not paste. If I scroll down to where I can just barely see the bottom right corner, it works. However, if I scroll too far past the bottom right corner, barely onto the other page, the entire document goes blank. When this happens, I have to CTRL-Z to go back, at which point the paste command no longer works, and neither does the copy command when I try to go back up to copy the original intials box. The annoying fix in this case is to undo the attempted paste, create a new initials box since it no longer allows me to copy the first one, resize it because as I mentioned it is always disproportionately large for the page, hoping that it is close enough in size to the first box I created, and go down from there to paste it on each of the following pages. There should be an easy duplicate on each page option, or at the least, these glitches should be fixed.

5) I wish there were a way to view any document I pull up in a certain preset format. For example, because of the huge size of the signature box, I usually opt for "Fit to Width" at the top right. This is just another step I need to take with every document that could be easily fixed with preferred settings options.

6) I would like to see a quick option to add lines for signature for those contracts that I receive that do not already have signature lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This used to be the perfect solution for what I needed but with the glitches, it is getting more annoying to keep fixing everything I have to put on the page. I have one other friend to whom I had recommended Dropbox Sign, but after the update she became equally frustrated and moved on to a different program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's an annoying thing that happens when I'm adding text fields to a fillable form. When I try to resize an existing text field, instead of allowing me to select the existing text field to resize it, the cursor gets all jumpy and sticky and keeps adding OTHER text fields on top of the current one. There are some elements of the Hubspot integration that are not perfect and still require a little QC oversight, but not enough that it stops us from using it (nor do I think it's a fault of GA; I think it's more on Hubspot). I have provided additional feedback regarding: UX to our GA CSM, and she has been helpful in either showing me how the software already does that/a solution workaround or has taken my feedback, and perhaps we'll see that in the future. When I was signed first and then wanted to download it was downloaded but I got the activity historied on the bottom page of the signed documents. I was given help with other tools to remove the last page.

I needed to sign some documents by the first party was about 300 KM away from the location. If DigiSigner is not available then I need to download first then print and sign then scan. which is very time-consuming and costly. I got then DigiSigner and got my solution within 5 mins. While SignEasy works seamlessly for most tasks, I feel that the pricing could be more flexible, especially for smaller teams or infrequent users. Additionally, more advanced features like bulk sending or deeper customizations could enhance the overall experience. However, these are minor compared to its overall efficiency. I use SignEasy primarily for signing legal agreements, contracts, and internal documents. It’s also handy for sending out documents that need signatures from multiple parties, especially for quick turnarounds on urgent matters. The only thing I've noticed BoldSign doesn't offer that would be helpful to have, is the ability to create more than one signer per form. We have parents and children sign some forms, so the parent has to figure out how to change the signature name. It can be done, but the feedback I'm getting is that the form is very easy to fill out, but they didn't know how to change the signature name at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to have 4 documents all of our members had to print out, fill out, sign, and return in person. We have been able to put 3 of those on BoldSign, making things so much easier for everyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some may consider that the pricing structure of SignNow is higher than competitors, especially for those with tight budgets, but we have found the time saving aspect of it well worth it in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SignNow is changing how contracts are signed by making it more efficient with less paperwork for all parties. Also since the files are saved in the account after being signed, it makes it easy to go back to the files to review them instead of paperwork piling up in the office and potentially getting lost. It helps increase productivity and organization in the workplace and it benifits us as a leasing corp as we can send out leases, addendum, and draft contracts with ease.
