What do you like best about Instantly?

I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. You can also get detailed reports on open rates, link clicks, and reply rates for any specific time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

One thing that I feel could be added is a mid-plan for startups like me. The growth plan allows only 1000 leads at a time in your system. Initially, It was fine for me, but as I wanted to scale up some more, the next available option was the Hyper plan for 25,000 contacts or 87usd addon for 26,000 contacts. Both of them were way above my requirements. A mid-plan with 5000 contacts would help a business like mine. And one more thing was some options like A/B testing, Replying directly from Unibox are available only in the Hyper plan. Would have been nice if it came in the growth plan itself as anyway, the contact number is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Instantly to my entire outreach system for my startup. Currently I use Cold email outreach as my only source of lead gen. And Instantly's reliable platform help in sending, tracking, segmenting email in good quanitiy. The easy to use platform and seamless setup would benefit anyone who is looking to try cold emails. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The deals feature is increibly intuative. We were able to roll AC out to our sales team who had stopped using any CRM 10 years prior. It was an easy trasition thanks to a beautiful interface, endless resources with the education center, and responsive customer support. ActiveCampaign is well suited to scale, too. What do you like best about Simplified?

Simplified is robust. They have continued to add AI tools. They also make it easy to post to multiple accounts and have a healthy list of platforms a person can post to. I feel like they were one of the first social platforms to incorporate AI image generation and continue to attempt to innovate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplified?

They have constantly changed their UX, names of what things within the system are called, where things are kept, and how things work. I will log in one week, create directions for my team in how to use the platform and the following week everything is different. And, when they change something, inevitably something is broken. It feels like someone in the company loves tweaking the main design constantly- but it keeps breaking small stuff in the system. And, many of the UX updates don't improve the system, they just make things more confusing and difficult to find/use.

For example, they have things called workspaces and team spaces. But, we were paying for "seats" and "social accounts". I kept asking them to explain what a "seat" is vs. a "teamspace", and they couldn't really answer and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. I tried to explain that they constantly were changing what things were called and how things were billed- but they made it seem like I was the idiot.

In the end, I really feel like they changed the terms of our yearly agreement. I wanted a large number of accounts available with a certain number of social accounts available for each account (teamspace). That was our agreement. But, then they changed things and moved to this "seat" concept and somehow I suddenly had way less access that I signed up for.

Is this a robust system- yes. But, watch out- they may continue to change your terms, change what things are called, and constantly tweak the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

We recently switched to Hootsuite from another Social Media monitoring site that was a big fat lemon. Hootsuite has turned my lemon into lemonade, and thank goodness. They had the perfect plan for our business that is easy to use for both helping us track reviews and monitoring all things social media. Their support teams have been great, and integration was simple. I'm in Hootsuite daily to ensure that it's business as usual and that our customers are getting the support they need from us. What do you like best about Insider?

Our business operates in both online and offline mode. While delivering great in-store customer experience, providing the same experience online was a challenge. But after partnering with Insider, we were able to smoothly navigate this challenge. When we discussed our primary challenge with Insider’s growth team, they suggested we use their web suite’s onsite personalization capabilities to improve our website’s UX and create individualized experiences for our website visitors.To incorporate personalization, we used Insider’s smart banners on our website’s homepage to display discounts and offers on products along with the coupon code. This helped us attract customers to explore our products and purchase the one they’re most interested in. We also implemented product comparisons that resulted in enhanced engagement rates and improved customers’ likelihood to purchase one of the products out of compared ones and sometimes purchase more than 1 product. To further alert users about the limited period offers, we used Insider’s Web Push technology that created a sense of urgency and FOMO among our visitors and encouraged them to take action at the earliest. By implementing these strategic solutions, we saw substantial increase in cart size and AOV. In just a few months, our CR and business profitability grew massively. Oh, so many things. Starting with the best thing which is unlimited everything. It provides unlimited emails, unlimited landing pages, unlimited rules and workflows, unlimited contacts, and so many things. It has, CMS, Sales pages and website, Email marketing, Payment gateways integration which makes it all in one tool. And it works flawlessly. Very easy to operate. It took only a month to implement this tool for ourselves when we were moving from Clickfunnels. their support team is super helpful but sometimes they lack knwolede. What do you dislike about Systeme.io?

There are some... Starting with the inability to use one click order bump feature. This feature is so crucial for our business and others like us that we had to use another tool just to use one click order bump feature. We have shared it in their rodmap page as well but they haven't srtarted working on it yet. Second, Their image optimisation is crap. Even if you upload the highest quality image, their software will automatically optimise the image to bring its size down (for website performance) but they don't focus on the image quality. What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its solving the whole digital product business automation and selling system for us. Its email marketing, landing page building ability, and bringing everything together ability is just top notch. and its not pricy either. We have been using this tool for two years now and it has helped us scale our business like crazy. It works as a one platform for all tool and it works. What do you like best about Close?

Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.

Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.

Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!

Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.

What do you dislike about Close?

At first, the price tag seemed pretty high. But considering the calue, close delivers, im ok with that after all.

I Would have wished for maybe a call to set up everything, getting some tips and best pracises.

Social scheduling is super easy (besides Twitter), and I like that I can plug in images from my photo gallery on social and in emails.

Building an email is also pretty easy, and has gotten easier as technology advances.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

We get a lot of "bot clicks/ghost clicks" so our reporting is never truly accurate... which means we can't create accurate segmentation lists based on what people click on :( Plus, a lot of our members say my emails end up in their spam folders, which is not helpful when we want people to know about what events we are hosting.

The AI features could be helpful for some, but for us, it never generates good content we want to use.

What do you like best about Loomly?

I like how functional the calendar view is. It makes it easy to draft out concepts and change up the order by drag and drop before going into each post and writing out/uploading content. I also appreciate the ability to create custom tags for each post, so I know exactly what type of content I am posting each week at a quick glance without having to open up everything. The collaboration tools are also helpful - sending posts for approval and making comments. The ability to schedle posts in advance 30+ days is awesome.

One of the primary reasons for choosing Loomly was how budget friendly it is. Similar well-known platforms are double or triple the price for practically the same services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loomly?

I wish there was a way to schedule multiple story slides at one time. This forces me to create/upload my content in Loomly, send for approval, and "schedule" but still having to go into Meta Business Suite and post my stories from there (which usually puts them out of order). What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp?

For the price, the tools and automation are exactly what you need them to be, and social media scheduling is a nice additional feature. I am considering switching back from Constant Contact because the integration pushed data to HubSpot on whether contacts opened or clicked on marketing emails, while Constant Contact could not. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp?

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp solving and how is that benefiting you?

MailChimp can provide emails at scale, where many CRMs will overcharge you for a large audience potentially built up over years organically. The data that comes back to HubSpot is informative to our sales team and the rest of our staff helping them understand how marketing is working on the individual level. The most useful was filter to separate the clicks that happened on each event.

What do you like best about Birdeye?

I have a team of support that are availble to help me right away and have been helpful in having all my issues resolved as well as automating the review process for me. I get to check on my account everyday and see progress in real time, it has increased client retention and clients have been more open to reaching out directly when they do not like the services they recieved, it makes the process of resolving an issue easy without taking a negative hit to our review sites. We are filtering the clients who have a negative experience through the Direct Feedback feature, making sure that those potential one star reviews come straight to the source instead of to our public review sites. Limiting the amount of one star reviews going public and allowing for the team to address issues 1:1, and allowing for the 5 star reviews to take the spotlight!
