What do you like best about Instantly?

Instantly has been a game changer in my life. Before I came to know about them, I didn't know anything about cold email or cold outreach. I didn't even know I could get overseas clients using cold email.

Once I discovered Instantly at the mid of 2023, I learned everything about cold outreach using their free resources.

Then I started testing campaigns with their Growth plan. Within the first month, I onboarded two US clients through my cold campaign using Instantly, and since then I've been using it effectively.

I really like their UI/UX. It's very simple, easy to understand, and has tons of features. The customer support is really amazing - you usually get your query solved within 10 to 15 minutes, no matter what time zone you're in.

One thing that stands out about Instantly compared to their competitors is that they listen to their users.

When a group of people requests new features, you can expect to see them in the next product update.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.

However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

A pay-per-lead upload model would be better suited to my needs. That said, it's great that if you explain your situation and request a coupon, they provide a 10% discount code on your billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Hubspot marketing hub is good while we are working on our dashboards and marketing mails what we can send from the hubspot directly we don't have to do anything plus we can set sequences as well to send automatically mails and also hubspot is too good till now and some good things I've learnt. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

We have been using Constant Contact for our Consumer Event business for many years. I have been personally using it with this company for almost four years. It is very easy to use and has many features that have come in very handy for us. The first thing I was able to do when we moved our business from Virginia to Florida was rebuild our contacts and not pay for emails that were not in our area. I am able to keep a good list of emails and consistently have a 40-50% open rate. I really like to be able to see if/when people open our emails. We have vendors who say they didn't get an email and I am able to look it up and let them know that not only did they get it, they opened it 5 times on these dates. It's easy to drag and drop pictures and create emails. It's easy to build email lists from our website or from s social media campaign. It has many great features. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I would say one thing that I wish Constant Contact could do is if you could make a change after a email has been sent. For example, if you find something is linked to the wrong URL or a misspelled word. You have to resend the whole email. You can't even fix it before and email is sent to non-openers. What do you like best about SOCi?

Being able to schedule and post content across multi-locations via social media platforms and being able to manage those locations too.

We're able to monitor and respond to customer reviews across Google and Facebook by creating am automate review reponse which helps us maintain consistency and efficiency do to a busy work enviroment.

The newest addition of AI-powered insights and automation - We dig! The recommendatons for responses and text wording has been an encouraging new feature that we've enjoyed since it's been added!

Upsides for us have been many but reducing the need for multiple tools by consolidating marketing efforts into one platform speaks volumes for our company.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I've been an AC user for about 8 years and couldn't run my company without it. The automation flows are incredible, intuitive and just work in the background to keep bringing people into my membership. I can easily integrate it with other platforms which is really helpful. I have multiple team members who all have learnt quickly how to use it and we use it daily. There aren't many features I've wanted and haven't been able to find that AC can do - eg. conditional content in emails. I tried clickfunnels which is great software, but I kept coming back to AC as it is a much better all-round package. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Customer support was much faster when I first joined - they used to have a great chat widget and respond within a few hours, now it can take days although I haven't tested it recently. It's also expensive. I'm still a mid 6-figure subscription business and the annual cost does hit hard on the cashflow. I also really wish they had an easy to configure, pretty unsubscribe page where people could just have toggle switches for what they want/don't want and I didn't have to build a whole logic automation to make it work. If you're on the hunt for a social media management software, look no further. Sprout is the best of the best. Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to manage multiple accounts across different platforms, and with their robust reporting capability, analyzing your strategy is easier than ever. The asset library is one of my favorite features, allowing me to store content to use on a 'rainy day' as well as hashtags for your Instagram first comment. The smart inbox organizes all your messages, allowing you to review and prioritize quickly. The smart inbox has gone a long way in helping me remove spam messages, and focus on actual customers. Sprout also makes it very easy to export reports & your content calendars to send to the rest of your team. What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite is a powerful tool for managing multiple social media accounts from one central platform. One of the standout features for me is the ability to quickly pull a wide range of data and select specific accounts for analysis. The platform offers robust comparison abilities, allowing you to analyze performance across different time frames. The scheduling feature is also a huge plus — I can plan posts and schedule them to be published at the optimal times, across multiple channels simultaneously, which saves a ton of time. Additionally, the reporting feature is fantastic. It provides in-depth insights into which types of content perform best, making it easy to measure engagement, monitor progress, and present data to the team. The range of metrics available for each account is impressive, and I appreciate that Hootsuite regularly publishes blogs to help users maximize the platform's potential. Overall, it simplifies the process of managing social media and gives you all the tools needed to improve performance.

Overall, while Hootsuite is incredibly helpful and efficient for managing social media and pulling key metrics, these areas for improvement do slightly hinder the user experience. What do you dislike about Hootsuite?

While Hootsuite offers many great features, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is with the reporting tool. It seems like the main reporting functionality has changed, and I’m no longer able to have my "default" screen include an overview of all my accounts. Now, I have to create individual reports for each account and go into them separately to pull the data, which is a bit more time-consuming. Additionally, the reports seemed stuck on data from 2022 for a while, which was frustrating. I also noticed that the reports can sometimes be inconsistent—if I pull two similar reports, the top posts may differ based on the metric (likes, comments, impressions), which makes it difficult to draw clear conclusions. I really wish there was more consistency between reports. Another downside is the lack of bulk post deletion — it’s a bit tedious to delete individual posts one by one, and it would be great if there was an option to delete multiple posts at once. Lastly, the time frames for comparing data can be limiting. For example, when comparing data from this year to last year, I was unable to go back to January 1st and had to settle for January 15th, which impacted the accuracy of my analysis. Hootsuite is solving the problem of the almost impossible task for a full-time marketing employee to manually pull and evaluate data of posts. Insider’s team suggested Architect, Smart Recommender, and Web Suite tools. We used the template library, which reduced the time to build the campaign drastically.

Smart Recommender benefitted us with its variety of recommendation algorithms to personalize products for each user on the checkout page.

I love Systeme.io's simplicity. I am coming from Kartra and Squarespace and having been in business for 14 years, I had a LOT of content. And I had way more products and pages than I needed. I was ready to shift into something that felt easy. Systeme.io offers me the peace of mind of being able to go in and create what I want, when I want without so many unnecessary steps to get in the way of building.

I have been using it on a daily basis for my work and I honestly like Vista Social because it is possible to manage all the accounts you’re handling from one place in a really intuitive and simple way; from scheduling posts, TikToks, and Reels to replying to a unified inbox, collaborating with your team and get advanced analytics/insights.

First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. To this date we were so far able to integrate it with every other software and even our offline touchpoints are now in close.

Brevo has done its job perfectly it manages all of our email campaign, helps in creating good landing pages. What problems is Brevo Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first thing it is saving time by providing email automation I used to spent hours to sent mail to clients with this I can schedule whole month campaigns in 20 min and rest I can focus on. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

As a Sales representative, Apollo is an easy way to obtain useful and accurate information about companies and clients that you are prospecting. The trial credits that are given are a great starter to get a feel for how the software works. All the tools and features are self explanatory really, but if you need help, there is plenty of training and support from a very knowledgable team. I love the fact that they do webinars and you an do trainings whenever. I use Apollo daily building a pipeline of clients. Apollo integrates easily with whatever CRM you are using making everything that much easier and quicker to dominate finding your next lead. I love using the Sequences to generate an email campaign. The functionality as amazing and easy!

As a pioneer for my company, I can't tell you how easy it will be to implement this with the rest of the sales team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The only two downsides would be the cost and the calls from sales support. The cost is a little high if you are a smaller company or just one or two on a sales team. But there is still a lot that you can do without having to pay for credits.

The calls from sales support are a downfall because you click on a feature you don't have access to and someone calls to see if they can get you to add on to your plan. I get it, they aren't pushy, just a slight inconvenience. Doesn't take away from the effectiveness of the program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a sales representative tasked to cold call and grow a book of business, getting accurate information on leads in a timely manner is crucial. I don't have a lot of time to just map out and research a bunch of companies. Apollo brings the information right to me and provides effective ways to reach those contacts all within the same program. The amount of time I save with this program is incredible! User friendly layout and dashboard, and you can respond to reviews, check your NPS score, and review your client referrals all in one website. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enables our business to hear first hand from clients what we are doing right, and what we are doing wrong. This gives us an opporutinity to fix issues, thank the client for their feedback, and post positive reviews on our website. Most new clients will read reviews to decide where to take their business, and quick replies from the business are a sign that we care what our customers think. Birdeye makes this easier to do with their timely communication. Also has AI generate responses which are relevant and will written and are very helpful when you can't always think of something to reply to a client review, and even helps with negative client reviews.
