We have found TeamUp to be convoluted in some areas, such as changing an appointment time. It would be nice to drag and drop instead of multiple clicks to make a small change.

Some of the UI is not as friendly as we have experienced in other platforms.

Coaches do not recieve notifications about rescheduled classes.

It is still possible for the house to book coaches who have blocked themselves as it is not easy to see on the calendar that they are not available.

The app is a nice feature, but somewhat clunky and slow, and not really suitable for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to structure memberships that are applicable to certain lessons or activities make it a lot easier for us to manage who has paid for what and see how many sessions they have left. With our previous system, we had to do a lot of that accountability manually. Their reporting doesn't give the exact information I'm looking for with my KPI's, but to be fair I have an extensive excel document I use for that. Plus I am able to use their reports to workaround and get the KPI I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I would recommend improving:

Definitely, the website builder system, which every business customizes for itself. It’s very difficult to figure out. There are no examples, only basic templates that feel quite rigid. I’ve been trying to set a video as a background for two months and still can’t do it.

The interface is quite confusing for beginners—it took me three weeks to get used to it, and at times, I even cried out of frustration because I didn’t understand how things worked.

There is no option for multilingual support, which would be helpful.

If a client was already in the system under another business, I can’t edit their profile the way I need to—it always causes errors.

Right now, the mobile app won’t open on my phone, so I have to log in from my computer, which is inconvenient since I run a mobile business.

I would love to see more real-life examples, like a guided tour showing how businesses use the platform:

How they set up their website

How they organize clients within their business

How they send campaigns that attract additional customers

There’s a lack of a warm, community-like atmosphere within the platform.

But despite these drawbacks, I truly love Vagaro and want to see it improve, which is why I’m sharing this feedback.

I described this in detail in the previous message, but for me, the most convenient feature is that clients receive reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the lesson. This saves me an hour of time every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've made a few suggestions for features that I think could be helpful and they're reviewing them currently. I think features around more detailed client/student profiles would be helpful for instruction/modification of any exercises in a group class as well as from a marketing perspective. There are several key features that Gymflow does not currently have (ie: ability to adjust charges on checkout, door access being allowed for class attendees, membership addons). I believe all of these changes are on the roadmap but as of now, the lack of these features have caused a few pain points for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gymflow has helped us solve the tedium of paperwork and storage issue of keeping all of those records. It has also allowed us to control door access via the app which opened up the option of 24 hour access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support is incredible, but not always an instant 'live' chat which means problems aren't always resolved on the spot. However, they always get back to you with a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation is a huge part of why Clubworx has made our member managment so much easier. We've set up workflows for new trials, onboarding, birthdays. It not only helps to inform and educate new members, it is great for retention and member engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) The Acuity website crashes if you try to export more than a handful of appointments. This is a long-standing known issue with no timeline for a resolution. This makes it almost impossible to get your data out of Acuity to use on another platform unless you pay for an API subsciption. It also makes it near-impossible to get your data out and move to one of their competitors.

2) If a client makes a booking with the same name as an existing client, Acuity will treat them as one client and merge their records. For a busy business, this situation is inevitable and will cause chaos when your older client receives emails relating to the new client. Acuity support regards this as "expected behaviour". For our particular needs we are having to adjust Omnify to fit a student orchestra organization, so changing the terminlogy has been useful, but it isn't consistent throughout the program. We needed more customer outreach. Engage Pro helps us communicate and engage with our members, with automated emails and texts. Our website is professional and effective with a lot of calls to action. Reporting (kpi's) are detailed and easy to read. Simplicity for our desk staff to sign up new members. We have been able to run online classes through Zenplanner making even our youngest students keen to be apart of the classes.

There isn't a way to combine our rec class tuition from our company class tuition, given they have different pricing and discount structures. We have had it for many years, but we set it up incorrectly as we weren't even sure what we needed at the time. We can work with our setup so it's not really an issue. Just make sure to be thorough in your set up and it will be an amazing product to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JR has makes registration easy, solves taking payments, makes customer communication easy, and has robust financial reporting. As the off-site owner, I can get as much or as little detail as possible whenever I want or need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most impactful negative has been the experience of a 70% increase in pricing with no added value or ample notice to find a replacement solution and cancel. The software has many glitches such as not converting leads to members and support offers no resolution and regular app updates, while ideal for security, often produce member issues reducing the positivity of the customer experience. Kenko has completely changed the game for me! Running a Pilates studio comes with so many moving parts—scheduling, client bookings, payments, keeping track of memberships—you name it. Before Kenko, it felt like I was constantly putting out fires, but now? Everything just flows!

The best part? My clients love it. They can easily book classes, manage their memberships, and get reminders, which means fewer no-shows and way less back-and-forth. It makes their experience smoother and more enjoyable, and that makes me happy!

But honestly, what I appreciate the most is how much time it saves me. Instead of drowning in admin work, I can focus on what I actually love, teaching, connecting with my clients, and growing my business. Plus, the reports and insights help me make smarter decisions without the guesswork.
