“Love using PandaDoc for my business needs!”
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with. My company uses it as the platform to send out our customer agreements, and being able to quickly use my templates to send quotes to customers makes my customer service above average. We use PandaDoc for quotes, proposals, agreements, and additional customer orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

EDIT: They have fixed this and it is now very easy to add someone to a document after it has been sent! No qualms any longer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PandaDoc:

I'm solving the problem of being disorganized, and using physical papers. I love the benefit of PandaDoc keeping my documents organized. They also integrate with Pipedrive, which is the CRM platform we use for all of our deals. So to be able to create a PandaDoc right within Pipedrive, and keeping my documents assigned to specific deals, it keeps everything nice and organized without any extra work. What do you like best about Proposify?

We like Proposify because it manages one particular part of our business really well, the proposal and contracts area.

Where we like it is that if you're going into Proposify it's making you focus on the potential and current clients and the body of work you will be undertaking for the client.

Once a template is made, which is fairly easy, the re-usability of the template saves us time and effort especially when we have another request come through our front door for the same or similar services.

We've been using Proposify for some years, and the times I've had to contact customer support, has been painless. The staff know their product well and provide exceptional support.

What do you like best about Procore?

I thought the walk through of all Procore has to offer as a user was incredibly useful. If you are willing to read and follow along with everything presented it will be incredibly helpful. Having access to all of the teachings on a lesson by lesson basis makes things easy and is well implemented. Access to a live chat is wonderful and the customer support is fast. The lessons were a bit too dense. Anyone who is checked out and has to do the lesson just to fulfill a requirement will have too easy a time skipping through everything. having questions that a bit trickier and more hold points forcing engagement might be useful. What do you dislike about Autodesk Construction Cloud?

The metadata capacities for ACC & Autodesk Build are at the same time lacking and too restrictive.

An example of the metadata being lacking is the lack of a Revision Number field for drawings stored in the sheets field. Revisions start at rev 0 for construction, but versions start at version 1, since they count from 1 up... so as you can see a revision number and a version number could never correctly be represented via purely metadata.

A second shortcoming that is related to being too restrictive would be the submittal workflow area always requiring a submittal to be associated with a specification. I've been informed that the work-around for a workflow that does not have an associated specification that you could chose a generic un-used specifciation, however it seems very applicable to allow for the disengagement of a submittal with the requirement to have specification assocation. Subskribe makes it way easier for me to manage my deals as an AE, specifically creating order forms manually is how we used to approach it and it led to a lot of errors as well as no formal review process, meaning communicating across multiple channels. So far, it's been a really positive experience with Subskribe, so I can't say that I've had any challenges. I want to see them continue to advance their functionality to be on par with other CPQ platforms, but I think they will get there and already have in many ways. We initially discovered GetAccept via the integration/app marketplace on Hubspot. After a trial run and discussion with GA staff, we decided to onboard the software because it allowed us to streamline the process of sending contracts. There are some elements of the Hubspot integration that are not perfect and still require a little QC oversight, but not enough that it stops us from using it (nor do I think it's a fault of GA; I think it's more on Hubspot). I have provided additional feedback regarding: UX to our GA CSM, and she has been helpful in either showing me how the software already does that/a solution workaround or has taken my feedback, and perhaps we'll see that in the future. Cacheflow has helped us simplify our processes and created a centralised source of truth for our subscriptions. Previously, we had to rely on multiple systems and manual data checks, which took a lot of time and effort from our teams. Now, we have one location that we use daily across the business.

Our proposals were too complicated and overwhelming. Moving to Cacheflow has given us a clear and easy-to-understand order form for our customers and us. Integrating into Hubspot and Docusign means we have the right data where we need it.

What do you like best about HCSS?

HCSS has always had a strong product offering for the construction industry, especially heavy civil. We have been using their Dispatcher software every day for 4 or 5 years now to manage and track a fleet of over 60 trucks and 300 pieces of equipment. Implementation of the program was very straightforward and simple, especially with their support team. Of all the software vendors we use, HCSS support has been among the best with prompt response and quick answers to our questions. What do you like best about RELAYTO?

I never considered myself an expert at creating content, but since I discovered Relayto, everything has changed. I used to get really frustrated trying to make my ideas look good and easy to understand. Relayto has made the process incredibly simple.

The platform allows me to create interactive presentations that look professional without having to be a design expert. Instead of spending hours struggling with complicated tools, I can now focus on what I want to say and let Relayto handle the rest. What do you dislike about RELAYTO?

I would sometimes like Relayto to have a clock or timer that I could check to know how much time I'm investing in making edits because I think I sometimes spend too much time on the platform trying to create the perfect interactive content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RELAYTO solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that Relayto solves is the challenge of finding a way to create interactive content and make it look professional in a very short time. The best part is that a person doesn’t have to be an expert to achieve this. Personally, I used to spend a lot of time trying to animate my presentations, but I was rarely satisfied with the results, and it took me too long. And when I had to create more than one article, the time would double or triple. Relayto optimizes the content presentation process and makes it intuitive and user-friendly.
