What do you like best about DealHub.io?

My top three likes for Dealhub features are first and foremost prompt and diligent customer support, they're extremely agile and quick.

Then the united effort you experience from Dealhub to solve your business cases to bring intuitive, sometimes quite brilliant, solutions for the sales people that are the ones that use the Dealhub toolbox. Designing and implementing the process is possible through a very accessible, easy to use interface that relies on no- to low-coding solution which I appreciate. And additionally the integration to our CRM was very easy to setup for bi-directional relationships.

What do you dislike about DealHub.io?

Contract amendment / revisioning process has to be built. The time spent in a spreadsheet to manage the rules and logic for the product library, pricing and calculations can be signifcant if the sales process is complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DealHub.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primarily the CPQ aspects.

Dealhub had to solve for a business processes that doesn't tolerate delays, meaning a customer has be able to have a complex structured quote in hand with an extremely short notice.

The quote has to be able to handle thousand of uniqely configured line items, since we operate in the public sector and can sell subscriptions to dozens of customers.

And the price calculation had to very precise for multi-year deals and allow for discretionary discounts.

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.

The tracking and reminders are handy features. Seems to be easy from the signer's side as well, they can choose to upload their own signature, sign it by drawing or select from a varity of fonts as the "signature". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I want to be able to add more people to our projects on ACC. I cannot transmit a document hosted on ACC to someone that does not have an Autodesk seat. Sometimes we have to get the documents to those people. And requiring them to purchase a seat so they can receive our transmittal seems like a little too much to ask. I love how easy Proposify is to use. Once we set up our templates for our basic proposal structure, sending out proposals is incredibly quick and efficient. What do you dislike about Proposify?

I feel that using the editor can be frustrating at times - especially when it comes to text formatting and the tables. I find that the tables are usually kind of glitchy, which is a bit frustrating. Also, copying and pasting from a Word Document into Proposify typically does not work, as the formatting gets all messed us.

Our clients have also had issues receiving and/or opening the proposals from Proposify, which we typically solve by sending them a PDF. This isn't the end of the world, but it is an extra step that sometimes needs to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tracking and notification system, makes it easy to know if clients have opened the proposal. Along with the expiry system to mean that qoutes aren't left out in the wild for years after they were valid.

Cacheflow has helped us simplify our processes and created a centralised source of truth for our subscriptions. Previously, we had to rely on multiple systems and manual data checks, which took a lot of time and effort from our teams. Now, we have one location that we use daily across the business.

Our proposals were too complicated and overwhelming. Moving to Cacheflow has given us a clear and easy-to-understand order form for our customers and us. Integrating into Hubspot and Docusign means we have the right data where we need it.

Some functionality is in its infancy. It works, but it could be more customisable to our needs. For example, some of the terminology on the order forms is US-focused, and it can't be changed.

Super easy to configure. Even if you dont know where a setting is, you can typically find it within a few clicks since intuative links are placed where you would need them. There are lots of pre-built reports and it's easy to build your own. The sales and marketing function work seamlessly. Lots of available integrations that are easy to set up. They still dont have a way to show how much your pipeline has increased or decreased over time. For example, if I just wanted to see how many dollars were added in a single month, this tool cant do that. What do you like best about JobTread?

Continued development. The JT team are adding new features and quality of life improvements almost every week.

The Budget / Estimate feature and the development team's engagement with users. I use the budget tool daily to calculate and document the scope of work and budget for our customer's projects. I can select the line items to include in a proposal, showing/hiding the information I want the customer to see. The most helpful part is the nested groups and tasks. Within the budget, I can have lots of detailed line items organized in multiple layers of groups. Then show the customer only the top 1-2 level of groups. The Selections feature is also good, I can give the customer options they can choose from on the proposal. They can choose to add or remove optional bits of scope from the project. They extended formulas to the budget calculation to make that feature even more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobTread?

They have yet to integrate email, sms or call logs in the app. I have created a Zap, triggered by new SMS that adds it as a comment in that customer record. They are continuing to work on these types of integrations so I'm confident it will be available soon. In the meantime, Eric and their development team are very helpful working with users to add functionality.

Update: They have created a messaging center within the app that works with email to pull all the written vendor & client communication within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JobTread solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use the CRM to track projects by phase (17 stages) from new lead to finished/paid. Our estimating, bidding and customer approval are all handled through JT. We are starting to use JobTread for selections and allowances, then last week Jan 2025) they added functions for doing onscreen takeoff. What do you like best about BlueSnap Accounts Receivable Automation?

You could provide Intact with functionality that Intacct has not provided. ARMatic has offered us months for free use while reviewing the program and has finally delivered outstanding support for tens of thousands of dollars cheaper that the Intacct Software itself provides connectivity to allow NonIntacct employees to record bill payments. It offers a fully automated solution which is easy to use. Each month, cuts easily add up and cause cash flow issues and the only solution to that is to pay someone to track these issues and to address them.
