I like how convenient it is to build out templates that I use often for my documents. I love how everything stays organized within PandaDoc, and how easy it is to use. I also love that you can see the status of your eSign documents, such as when they were sent, when they were viewed, and when they were signed. It's simple to use for both the user and the customer, which makes it a breeze to do business with.
