We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. Additionally, for salaried employees, I'd love to see an option to track project time without needing to input breaks as a job code. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. Rippling is solving several key problems for us, primarily by streamlining and centralizing our HR processes. Android application and iOS application doesn't comes with all the functions which available in the website, which is downside for the user who use the keka in application.

We often need to reach out to HR for queries related to payslips, leave balances, or tax documents. Keka’s self-service portal allows employees to access this information directly and saving time for HR.

It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. We don't need to login into various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, DIce, etc.) instead just use the "Integrated search" method and find candidates on every job board with ease. What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it. The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG. As someone who isn’t the most tech-savvy on our team, I sometimes find myself needing to look up the technical jargon that comes up in discussions. That said, there's honestly little to dislike about Calabrio ONE itself. Anytime a question or minor issue does arise, Calabrio’s team is incredibly responsive, offering helpful ideas and solutions right away. Calabrio ONE has been instrumental in helping us address key quality and accountability challenges.
