1. Being a banking domain, some employees enagaged in field duty for them we had a great difficulty to manage their attendance, now that issue is resolved with the help of mobile application.

2. Investment declarations are now carried out smoothly this year, previously this was a major headache task.

3. It has reduced manual intervention regarding profile updation, time office management and salary processing, all employee need to raise an helpdesk ticket.

I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. Rippling is solving the complexiities that sometimes come with the onboarding experience for new hires. It also remedies maintenence/efficiency issues by streamlining software updates to employee devices and having all HR features in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it. I can't think of anything I dislike about Calabrio. At one point, the cost for advanced analytics was prohibitive but Calabrio ONE (cloud) makes the price point much more palatable for stakeholders - the number of features Calabrio delivers and constantly improves is staggering when compared to other products in the voice recording and analytics arena. Trying to be helpful, I always think of ways to improve things. The only downside I can recently think of with Uattend is the ability to assist people when they have log-in issues. Solves the need to have to monitor employee breaks to add that into their time for the week. Helps with ensuring when people are working so that we can track issues with attendance.
