I don't like the task portion of Hubspot. It is where I do the most of my work but I feel like it is very limited compared to the other parts fo hubspot. Hubspot is what allows me to very easily contact all my contacts within days who are all over the country. Instead of having to scower the web for phone numbers it allows me to have it all centralized within one platform for my ease. What do you like best about Close?

I have been using Close for about 10 months now in Sales. Like any software in the world, issues can arise, but what I can say is that the level of support has been excellent in such situations!

- The in-tool reporting is smooth & immediate,

- I always got fast answers by email and direct contact with the support team,

- Additionally, my company also has an account manager at Close, in case of bigger issues/escalations.

> At all times, we know we won't be left hanging which is very reassuring.

Laserfiche takes the guesswork out of managing your documents. It shines a light on the benefit of a centralized document management system versus a network drive or other cloud-based storage. I also like the automation aspect, that is available in Workflow, that automates file storage and records management in the repository, and the automation found in Forms that automates the processing of forms, and their movement from person to person in an organization. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

We moved to ActiveCampaign from two separate systems -- one a CRM and one an email marketing provider. Having the capabilities for both of these in one solution has been amazing for our school -- now we just need full integration with our school management solution and we will be set! I love how easy it is to use ActiveCampaign for creating and sending our marketing emails. As the Communications Director for the school, the customization and automation tools have added more power and versatility to that aspect of my job. What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

As a non-profit, our former CRM had donation tracking and reporting capabilities that are not as well developed in ActiveCampaign. The pipeline creation and automation of several fundraising tasks are great, but the reporting and tracking features are not as robust, and we find ourselves needing to create custom systems within ActiveCampaign. What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

The part I liked best is more than likely the user interface and ability to sift through automation options which is really the differentiator for Power Automate, in my opinion. It's so easy to just integrate with your machine and whatever applications/interfaces you may be using, and the implementation really just is as easy as having a Microsoft account and downloading the application - it's that powerful. I used the application everyday for about six months and had few problems the whole time; when the small problems did arise (Legacy software not cooperating or Bad code in web apps), Microsoft support answered my questions and provided the best feedback they could. With their help and just a bunch of troubleshooting, which goes fast with the way the UI is setup, I was able to work thru most of my problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Overall, I disliked Power Automate's ability to decipher any software; I really struggled to work with some legacy software. Although these software were generating questionable code, I wish there was a way for Power Automate to process what is happening even if the code is constantly changing. I think it could do this via AI if it can guess what I'm trying to capture. Also, the difference in desktop and web apps are confusing and unnecessary, but that is a small gripe. What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Automate allowed for repetitive tasks to be built into a process and eventually perfected to be used hundreds, if not thousands, of times. We were able to eliminate Excel tasks for multiple employees, erase a huge chunk of busy work of hundreds of social workers, and even automate outreach to clients. Using it basically like the agents that are up and coming, we were able to have an "employee" working for us that did flawless work on things that noone else wanted to do, or had the time to do! What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Over the years I have used so many different CRM's but never Implemented one myself from scratch for a company. I've looked at so many over the last 12 months and the others did not seem to work how we needed it to work. At the time we were using Trello, it was not working for us.

The Sales and Support Teams have been very helpfull throughout the whole experience. Harry was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and helpful. Has several video calls whilst he was helping me get to grips with Capsule. Once I started using Capsule and learning all the new parts to it, I was constantly asking support for help. Every time I received a resply the help has been outstanding. From email replies explaining how something is done to videos showing me how to do the task I'm stuck with.

Capsule is really easy to use, you just need to take the time to take it in. There are so many helpful links to help you do things yourself.

I'm still learning, but I'm enjoying what I have experienced so far, so much more to learn and do.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I have not come across many things yet that I don't like.

There are a couple of suggestion / feature requests I have mentioned and hopefully they get thought about just to make the customer journey a little easier.

One thing that has niggled me a little is the Files, when you link emails up to Capsule and you have a logo on the emails, its saving those as files. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like the interface and ease of use. It is very easy to customise pipelines to suit your flow and add tags to contacts to segment your data. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Campaigns tool - this add-on realises soooo much potential in your data and goves you powerful tools to run email marketing campaigns as often as you want. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The base level Essentials subscription doesn't have email sync - that is a real shame as right now, with my new business - I don't have need for the next level up (Advanced) as I am a one-man-band. If the Essentials level did have email sync - it would be ideal for micro-business operators! Also, the LeadBooster is an incredible add-on BUT it is very expensive for micro-businesses like mine. I think having the individual products in this bundle available as separate add-ons would be a massive improvement for small operators like myself. For example - the WebForms is a HUGELY powerful tool that would allow me to onboard prospects straight into Pipedrive but that is the only one of the five I could see me using. I run a small online business with the help of a remote, dispersed team, and LACRM has been a cornerstone of our operations for over 15 years. Unlike businesses with traditional "sales funnels," we rely heavily on long-term relationship-building. Our customers naturally come and go, as their need for our services is driven by external factors outside their control—and ours.

LACRM stands out because it’s not designed exclusively for "salesy" businesses. Instead, it accommodates our unique approach, staying out of our way while consistently delivering reliable performance. Features like robust export/import functionality and the ability to merge contacts and histories when needed have been invaluable.

What I particularly appreciate about LACRM is how their development priorities and values align with ours. Their system is customizable, but not excessively so, which keeps it intuitive and minimizes frustration. They focus on simplicity and functionality, a philosophy that keeps costs down for all of us while ensuring the tool remains effective. LACRM is proof that less can truly be more. What do you like best about Goals.com?

The customer support is second to none, Mackenzie "Mack" Fenn is incredibly quick with responses to any issues that may arise and always has a solution! Moving to this software from our previous interface was a bit daunting at first, but once we got into it we realized just how user friendly the system is and I couldn't imagine ever using something else at this point.
