As a company that works with a mulititude of people and businesses, the meet is dependant on a Google Accout, which not everyone has. We typically have to use Jitsi in the place of Googe meet when meeting with certian people and companies. Also, some features require a third-party app that is inconvinet. I work for a company that collaborates with a wide range of people and businesses. We rely on Google Meet, but not everyone has a Google account. Google Workspace solves the problem of creating, sharing, and collaborating with management about scheduling, inventory of documentation, and ensuring all parties involved have the same information. Being able to share and collaborate with management and families allows me to keep all the same information in one place. There are some performance challenges that i have faces is Teams tends to run slower on less powerful devices. Managing and organizing files shared within channels or chats can also become increasingly difficult as the volume grows. Teams enhances collaboration, which improves teamwork. It provides streamlined meeting features, enabling us to schedule calls, record meetings for future reference, and express ourselves through emojis during meetings. Trying to do a call or add someone on Skype is hard because it's always updating constantly and I need customer service all the time. They do have many features but it keeps changing and Updating daily. So I keep losing my favorites and I use this all the time. There is always something wrong with a video call and the sound or call gets disconnected. I want something that refers to how straightforward it is to put a plan, system, or solution into action and I will give it points for ease of implementation. While using hubspot workflows we are not able to tag persons on the slack channels, which is a bummer for us & sometimes Ctrl+F does not respond very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Slack is a comprehensive communication platform, which is super easy to use. We are able to send instant alerts from Hubspot to Slack Channel or to a user directly which helps us attend urgert queries very promptly. Further, slack integration also allows us to manager our hubspot live chat from slack itself, when a customer uses live chat on website, it get sent to a designated hubspot channel & we are able to carry on with the chat from slack itself, which is super nice. The biggest downside to OpenPhone is sometimes there is a lag in the call between you and your customer. This has seem to be fixed with recent updates but was definitely something that was a little frustrating in the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nextiva is our solution to our continued issues (for an entire year) with our fiber optic phone provider. After four (2+ hours each) tech support sessions with our fiber optic phone provider and our clients would still get no ring/no connection/no way to leave a voicemail, we finally turned to Nextiva to solve our problems. However, it does feel a bit… plain. There’s no standout feature that really differentiates it from competitors like Zoom or Teams, especially now that everyone is jumping on the virtual meeting bandwagon. Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution. Outlook's search functionality is quite impressive but it sometimes be slow, especially when i was dealing with a large volume of emails from various automated emails which where accumulated in my inbox. It can be difficult to get in touch with and communicate with customer support. Often takes several tries to troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of our employees work from home, so GoTo is a great solution for easily managing many locations and different devices. GoTo also allows us to text from our main line, which has become much more convenient recently. Automated texting when we can't answer the phone is also nice. More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.

We needed a simple, affordable, tech newbie-friendly calling solution to reach our Australian clientbase without worrying about expiring credits, maintaining a plan AND a calling credit, or setting up complicated phone systems for our remote team members scattered across the continent. The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you.
