What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I used to use my website domain provider's email service, which was clunky and I had to shift between my personal Gmail and work email to collaborate.

Google Workspace has allowed me to work and collaborate through a single account. I use the same services I used with my personal Gmail but buying Google Workspace has improved my productivity, plus no hassles of shifting between multiple accounts.

What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

From an ESL educator’s standpoint, the best feature of Zoom Workplace is how PORTABLE the platform is. I can use the features such as, sharing a screen, collaborating into groups, and using a whiteboard that is live for students which in turn, keeps them active. It means that if a teacher has many students in the class, the platform provides a reliable option for communication.

Occasionally, I use the Zoom application in the classroom and blend it with another tool called ScreenPal. For instance, I record lessons using ScreenPal and when we are in the midst of the zoom lesson, share the recorded video of grammar tutorials or pronunciation drills. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One issue that I do not enjoy as an ESL educator is that the Zoom Workplace relies on internet connection. Interference with technical equipment is also a problem that may affect lessons and the teacher’s ability to get through to students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoom Workplace helps me as an ESL teacher in addressing many issues as is described below. This makes it possible to engage with the students no matter the location of the latter. It also has a scheduling component and allows me to record lessons which students can use if they had to miss a specific class. This is particularly useful when working on projects with people in varying time zones and capability or learning levels. Skype sometimes looks outdated as compared to other platforms. The interface can be cluttered and occasional call drops and lagging disrupts conversations.The mobile app is quite heavy and has significant battery usage which affects its usability on the go. It must have the option to integrate other third party options as well which makes its more powerful.Laslty its integration with microsoft copilot is not looking proper they must work on it to utilize AI capabilities over the app as well. ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution. More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

I have 4 retail stores and the phones in 1 store quit working. I emailed GOTO to get "REPLACEMENT" NOT ADD ON phones. I called the cusotmer support team to get them installed. After 5+ hours the GOTO representative said everything was fixed. It was almost closing time for the store. I received a complaint from Corporate stating the phones were not working. Accutally it was ringing at one of my other stores. I then check all the stores and 3 of the 4 stores phone were routed to the wrong store. I called back the next day to customer service and after another 4 hours of my and my employees time at each store GOTO got it corrected. Then I received my CC bill where I pay my reoccuring payment each month and it went up nearly 100.00. I authorized no changes to my bill. There shoul d be no change to my bill for replacing exsiting phones. I was also told I would receive a credit for my and my employeess time lost for GOTO installing the phone wrong. I have now emailed and called multiple times and no one can or will help. GOTO representatives only say they have forwarded to Finance which you can not speak with. I have everything in email so I will be turning this over to an attorney. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like that TeleCMI provides the supports of both domestic and international needs. It offers especially with the availability of local numbers like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, USA, and UK. which we couldn’t access before with the other Vendors.

They also offers call monitoring, recording, and reporting features, making it easy for us to manage and review the call performance. The user-friendly interface and other features helps us to update our call flow immediately. Previously which we need to work for a half day to make it live. There are areas where improvements could be made, particularly in billing report and invoice generation.

What do you dislike about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you. What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?

It was easy to set up my webinar/meeting - even when it came down to setting up the auto response emails, reminder emails and linking websites or landing pages that correspond to the webinar/meeting. I also really appreciate how quickly the customer service responded to my questions and being very understandable, helpful, friendly and yet professional. Oh, and let’s not forget about the free trial and the pricing is very reasonable for those who are starting out doing webinars/meeting and the quality that is great for both big and small business - just awesome period! What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?

“Simple transition and great service”
What do you like best about NUACOM?

The admin screen - we are able to review calls and customise this to our own needs which will massivley help us with our reports. The wallboard feature is great addition to the service provided by NUACOM. Being able to see a live dashboard of agents and incoming calls is a great feature to have.

The SoftPhone has the option to be made unavaliable for inbound calls.

The feature on the softphone will really help us improve the way we handle calls.

The implementation of the phone system was quick and easy. Great level of support from Heather and the team was greatly appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NUACOM?

The only thing which would be a good edition to the NUACOM phone system would be to have other options on the softphone.

Example, have an option for "Lunch" so on the dashboard, this is reflected.

Also, when avaliable, the user shows as green. But busy shows as offline (in its own way) when busy is selected. it could be shown as red to show that the application is open, but they are anavliable to take calls.

What problems is NUACOM solving and how is that benefiting you?

NUACOM is benefiting us with the feature its provides. Being able to track calls and the queues they are from.
