What do you like best about Google Meet?

Google Meet is a great meeting solution. It has better background effects than most other meeting spaces, and its interactive tools, such as polls and Q&A, help promote participation. What do you dislike about Google Meet?

As a company that works with a mulititude of people and businesses, the meet is dependant on a Google Accout, which not everyone has. We typically have to use Jitsi in the place of Googe meet when meeting with certian people and companies. Also, some features require a third-party app that is inconvinet. I work for a company that collaborates with a wide range of people and businesses. We rely on Google Meet, but not everyone has a Google account. When meeting with certain people or companies, we often have to use Jitsi instead. In addition, some features require a third-party app, which is inconvenient. What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is helpful in many ways. It helps to keep work and access to other programs that integrate with work in one place. In additon, integrating other Google programs, such as Google Docs, Drive, Email, and Chat, helps to get work completed and share with appropriate contacts. I have found this website to be easy to use and navigate, even though I have not used it before. There are some performance challenges that i have faces is Teams tends to run slower on less powerful devices. Managing and organizing files shared within channels or chats can also become increasingly difficult as the volume grows. What do you like best about Skype?

Yes, Skype is Easy to Use. If I want to integrate anything that will just make it slow. If I want to get credits it's a lot but 1800 numbers for my bank in Canada make it easy to call. What do you dislike about Skype?

Trying to do a call or add someone on Skype is hard because it's always updating constantly and I need customer service all the time. They do have many features but it keeps changing and Updating daily. So I keep losing my favorites and I use this all the time. There is always something wrong with a video call and the sound or call gets disconnected. I want something that refers to how straightforward it is to put a plan, system, or solution into action and I will give it points for ease of implementation. What do you like best about Slack?

The user inteface for slack is quite easy to use. It allows us to organize discussions by topics, projects etc allowing us real time work communication. We have slack integrated with Hubspot, so based on the setup trigger we are able to use send slack messages to open channel or a person directly which helps us to attend priority alerts. Slack is a comprehensive communication platform, which is super easy to use. We are able to send instant alerts from Hubspot to Slack Channel or to a user directly which helps us attend urgert queries very promptly. Further, slack integration also allows us to manager our hubspot live chat from slack itself, when a customer uses live chat on website, it get sent to a designated hubspot channel & we are able to carry on with the chat from slack itself, which is super nice. What do you like best about OpenPhone?

Using OpenPhone has been great for my business. Haven't the app on my phone that seperates out my personal phone from my business has been extremely helpful. The AI features for transcribing calls and voicemails makes it easier for me to respond to inquiries with the business. The ease in which I was able to set up business hours to limit calls outside of work hours to my phone also allows for a work life balance that just using a cell phone would do. I also feel like the auto text response to missed calls has helped me gain more business because those people are getting a prompt response and know that I have received their call. I have been blown away by the easy access to live people for support in the setting up of our business account. Everyone we have worked with so far has been so patient and very thorough (not on autopilot). They have been fine with me asking many, many questions and have always patiently explained things (sometimes more than once). The video and audio quality are usually solid, even with spotty internet connections. Screen sharing is smooth, and the interface is pretty intuitive, so even the less tech-savvy people in the group can hop on without too much trouble. However, it does feel a bit… plain. There’s no standout feature that really differentiates it from competitors like Zoom or Teams, especially now that everyone is jumping on the virtual meeting bandwagon. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution. Outlook's search functionality is quite impressive but it sometimes be slow, especially when i was dealing with a large volume of emails from various automated emails which where accumulated in my inbox. Most of our employees work from home, so GoTo is a great solution for easily managing many locations and different devices. GoTo also allows us to text from our main line, which has become much more convenient recently. Automated texting when we can't answer the phone is also nice. What do you like best about Superhuman?

Superhuman allows me to get through my email 2 to 3 times faster.

Setting the reminders is easy and critical for making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

I like the concept of doing everything using the keyboard. It is amazing how much the mouse slows the process down.

It only took me an hour or so to get used to what to click, and if you forget, everything is easily available to remind you what needs to be clicked.

The snippets are really helpful for sending the same message over and over again including automatically addressing the person you are sending to and adding a CC automatically too.

More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.

What do you dislike about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you. We like that TeleCMI provides the supports of both domestic and international needs. It offers especially with the availability of local numbers like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, USA, and UK. which we couldn’t access before with the other Vendors.

They also offers call monitoring, recording, and reporting features, making it easy for us to manage and review the call performance. The user-friendly interface and other features helps us to update our call flow immediately. Previously which we need to work for a half day to make it live. There are areas where improvements could be made, particularly in billing report and invoice generation.

What do you like best about Zoho Meeting?

It was easy to set up my webinar/meeting - even when it came down to setting up the auto response emails, reminder emails and linking websites or landing pages that correspond to the webinar/meeting. I also really appreciate how quickly the customer service responded to my questions and being very understandable, helpful, friendly and yet professional. Oh, and let’s not forget about the free trial and the pricing is very reasonable for those who are starting out doing webinars/meeting and the quality that is great for both big and small business - just awesome period! What do you dislike about Zoho Meeting?
