“A seamless experience”
What do you like best about Google Meet?

-We always use it for meetings, quick chat during shifts. It is pretty easy to use, links are short and meetings are easily integrated into your calendar.

-It is quick to log in and just hop onto a meeting, no registrations needed.

-hand raising, emojis reactions, presentations(share screen) are really convenient for collaboration

-Links are easily accessible through e-mail confirmation too.

-I never encountered needing to contact their customer support team because I never experienced technical issues

-The background filters are pretty handy for business meetings, the other ones are pretty fun to use when you're just goofing around with friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Meet?

-the option to answer your attendance(whether you'll be attending the meeting or not) via email does not work, or if it does, the e-mail interface does not tell correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Meet solving and how is that benefiting you?

-being able to keep track of multiple meetings

-challenges of needing to meet up for work meetings, it can be done remotely instead. Plus, presentations can easily be done through the meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Google Workspace streamlines team collaboration and productivity tools all in one place.”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

What I really like about Google Workspace is how everything works together so smoothly. Whether it's Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Meet, it makes collaborating and staying organized a breeze. The integration across all the tools helps save time and makes it easy to access everything from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Sometimes Google Docs has minor glitches and doesn’t work properly, but it’s not too often. Also, they raised the price this year, which wasn’t very convenient. Another downside is that there’s no live support or chat to contact a support agent. Recently, I needed to reach out for support, but there was no direct support email or chat, and the community forums and guidelines didn’t help resolve my issue. It would be much more convenient if live support was available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace helps us centralize everything we need. We communicate through Gmail, create documents, sheets, and reports without needing to pay extra for Excel, PowerPoint, or Microsoft Word. Google Meet is also very convenient for video calls, and we benefit from numerous integrations and the ease of using SSO for seamless access across all platforms. It keeps everything streamlined and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about teams its " informal-chat" vibe. Not only often our most precious work tool, on customer calls, internal communications or discerning departmental information, but on a daily conversational basis. The best way to keep in touch with remote and other country employees. How else would you say namaste (hello in India), in real time to your share services group if not on teams! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I sometime run into issues when I'm sharing my screen during a presentation... it can be interne-derived. Also when sharing screen it should not let you share your teams, to be on the safe side. There may comments unintended for a public audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits : its the communication tool - I keep in touch with my team in ( Brasil, Argentina, Mexico and USA) through teams all day long .

“Secret Weapon for Seamless Collaboration”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its all-in-one setup that streamlines communication and scheduling, which is a huge plus for lead generation. Having meetings, chat, calendar, and collaboration tools in one place helps me stay organized and responsive, especially when managing follow-ups and booking calls. It saves time, reduces tool-switching, and keeps everything aligned for smoother outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all its features packed into one platform. The interface, while powerful, can be slightly cluttered, especially when juggling multiple chats, meetings, and calendar invites. A cleaner layout or more customizable dashboard would definitely improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of scattered communication and disjointed workflows by bringing meetings, chat, calendar, and collaboration tools into one unified platform. For me as a lead generation specialist, this means less time switching between apps and more time focusing on outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals. It keeps my schedule organized, improves team coordination, and ensures I never miss a touchpoint with prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Solid All-in-One Tool That Makes Remote Work Easier”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What really stands out about Webex Suite for me is how smooth everything feels when you're in the middle of a meeting. The video and audio quality have been consistently reliable — even when a few of us had weaker internet connections, it held up pretty well. I also appreciate little things like background noise removal and live captions. Those features have made a big difference during team meetings and client calls, especially when people are joining in from different environments.

The built-in messaging and file-sharing tools have helped reduce the need to constantly jump between different apps. I like being able to share a quick file or chat without leaving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

At first, it took a bit of effort to find my way around. The interface isn’t complicated, but some settings are buried a bit deeper than I’d prefer. Also, when using the mobile version during travel, I noticed a bit of lag in larger meetings — not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of if you rely heavily on your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since our team is split across multiple locations, Webex has been a central piece of our workflow. It’s helped us avoid miscommunication and keep things moving without long email threads. We use it for daily check-ins, brainstorming sessions, and even quick client presentations. Being able to do all that in one tool saves a lot of time and reduces the mental load of switching between platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TS
“Reliable and Easy Communication Tool”
What do you like best about Skype?

Skype is incredibly useful for both personal and professional communication. The best part about Skype is its user-friendly interface and the ability to make high-quality voice and video calls for free. It also allows screen sharing, which is great for virtual meetings, presentations, and remote tech support. The chat feature is smooth and integrates well across devices, which makes conversations easily accessible. Skype’s availability on different platforms (mobile, desktop, web) adds to its convenience. The integration with Microsoft Outlook is also a major plus for scheduling and calling directly from emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skype?

One of the downsides of Skype is that it can sometimes experience connectivity or lag issues, especially in group calls. The app can also be a bit heavy on system resources, which may slow down older devices. Updates are frequent but don't always bring noticeable improvements, and occasionally cause interface changes that can be confusing. There are times when notifications don't sync properly across devices, and the mobile app can be slow to load or refresh messages. Compared to newer platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, Skype can feel slightly outdated in terms of its interface and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Skype solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skype helps solve the problem of long-distance communication, especially in a professional setting. It allows me to connect with colleagues, clients, and team members from different locations in real-time, reducing the need for physical meetings and travel. This not only saves time and cost but also boosts productivity and flexibility. The ability to screen share during video calls is a big plus for presenting ideas, conducting training, or resolving technical issues remotely. It has been a reliable tool for managing meetings and staying in touch during remote work or travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Great communication tool app”
What do you like best about Slack?

This application is great! It’s simple to use and makes communication smooth and efficient. Sending messages is fast and reliable, and it’s perfect for keeping colleagues in the loop with the latest company updates and news. It really helps everyone stay connected and informed. Highly recommended for teams that need to stay organized and up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slack?

While Slack is a great communication tool, there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes, it can feel a bit overwhelming with too many channels and notifications, making it easy to miss important messages. Also, the search function, while useful, isn’t always the most intuitive or accurate. Lastly, the app can be a bit heavy on system resources, especially when running in the background all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Slack solves the problem of scattered communication by bringing all team conversations into one organized platform. Instead of relying on long email threads or switching between multiple apps, I can quickly message colleagues, share files, and stay updated on projects in real time. It keeps everyone aligned, boosts collaboration, and saves a lot of time by making communication more efficient and centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“One of the Best Phone Apps on the Market Today”
What do you like best about OpenPhone?

One of the first things I noticed about OpenPhone was it's easy to use and intuitive dashboard. The trainings are excellent and help guide you through the process step by step.

For me, OpenPhone was going to be replacing a live Answering Service with a much more dynamic system for both my inbound and outbound calls and texts to prospects, clients and reps.

The cost was also something that was going to be easy on the wallet as well.

The ease of implementation has been super easy and will take very little time to train my sales reps to use.

Although my use case will be for a low volume it will make my ability to quickly answer a client's questions or a prospects inquiry nearly immediate.

Speed to lead and customer service are important in any business, and being able to easily accomplish this level of customer support for my clients will definitely be a huge plus in my consulting business.

OpenPhone will be used by my business literally every day on a small scale, but will allow me to scale as my business grows very quickly.

So far, OpenPhone has been an amazing tool to use and I'm looking forward to seeing how well it will integrate with my current workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

There's always a learning curve whenever you're using a new tool for your business. Most of the time this learning curve can be substantial especially if you're not familiar with the platform.

Truthfully, I cannot find much about OpenPhone that I dislike. I don't often write reviews unless I feel it will help others make decisions that will be helpful for their business or personal lives.

My biggest complaint about OpenPhone is "where have you been?" Because having an easy way to speak to and communicate with prospect and clients is crucial for success.

This platform is going to level the playing field for smaller companies to be better able to compete with those companies who can afford to have this level of seamless communication from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OpenPhone solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem I was concerned about is having a professional communication system for my prospect and clients as well as members of my sales team. With OpenPhone this problem will be solved before getting started. Relying on an Answering Service just wasn't going to cut it with my business, as most of my prospects or clients are busy professionals or C level Executives who do not have time to wait. OpenPhone will enable me to be able to provide all my prospects, clients and team members immediate answers to their questions with near zero friction for the caller. The ability to scale my business will be greatly enhanced with everything OpenPhone provides out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Super Happy Customer”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

We recently switched to Nextiva from another VOIP company who was awful. The customer support from sales through implementation and testing has been great. Using both the chat and call feature when help is needed is very convenient - not only do they spend the time to trouble shoot the issue, but they also explain what they are doing and anything that needs to be done on our end. The ability for multiple users to see text messages or receive phone calls simultaneously makes it faster and easier to connect with patients. Call clarity through the app and the website has been perfect - even in places where cell service is not ideal. It was super easy to use and train other employees who are remote. The setup that Nextiva does ahead of time makes the implementation process super simple. Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

“Our video calls and my wait tolerance were saved thanks to GoTo Meeting”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

My team and I learned the hard way that virtual meetings were a complete disaster a few years ago during the pandemic. Some of the tools we tested were cut again and again, others were so intricate that it seemed like a computer science degree was needed to handle them and others did not achieve the results we expected. Well, that was until a colleague mentioned GoTo Meeting. I was surprised by the stability of the connection when we first used it. There were no interruptions, delays or frustrating slow motion. Everything was clear: the audio, video and screen sharing feature. Whenever I had to do a presentation or demonstration, screen sharing quickly became one of my favorite features. As incredible as it may seem, all I had to do was show my screen to simplify a really complicated concept. The most important thing is that everything went perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

It seems a bit outdated compared to other platforms, as the user interface lacks modernity and intuition. Sometimes you may think you’re using a tool from the last decade. Another detail is the quality of the video is decent, but not excellent; for me, it is no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

After a while, we started using GoTo Meeting for all our regular meetings. Internal meetings, off-site meetings and presentations to clients are among the many uses we give it. Thanks to the reliability of the platform, we were able to avoid those embarrassing cases where cuts or technical problems occurred. Since we could now meet when it was convenient for all of us without having to worry about any technical problems, our workflow improved a lot. We found that other solutions offered more attractive features for larger meetings or virtual events. We continue to prefer this tool for our daily needs. It was a brilliant decision that saved our team from certain doom on multiple occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. “Feature Rich to Support Diverse Business Communications Needs”
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

There are many things to like about this service, such as:

1. Ability to use existing employee's phones, tablets and computers to leverage this service.

2. Apps for iOS, Android and Windows environments.

3. User customization for ringing unique phone lines and tweaking the interface based on personal preferences.

4. Near-real time textual dictation and display of live voice calls.

5. AI-generated summary of voice calls for quick references.

6. Admin's ability to view call metrics of the various phone lines assigned to team members.

7. Lots of flexibility to support voice, texting and even fax communications for the business with customers, along with a single integrated platform for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

While there are many great features for this service, it does require quite a bit of a learning curve for the Admin to take in to become fully proficient with everything. It also takes some time to work with and train the users to ensure they have a full grasp on the capabilities and know how to use it for maximizing utility of it within the business unit. One of the key user preferences to receive notifications appears to be hidden deep in the app's UI -- that made it difficult to diagnose an issue that one of our users was having. “The onboarding experience was brutally awful.”
What do you like best about net2phone?

So far, less than a full week into using net2phone, the only advantage that I can see is the price. I cut our costs significantly, but there is nothing better from a product standpoint between this service and the one we were using before. Hopefully our perspective changes over time, but I am not hopeful given the truly awful onboarding experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

We just started using net2phone less than a week ago and the list of dislikes so far is very long. The biggest beef was with the onboarding process. We completed net2phone's setup spreadsheets and scheduled our port over date weeks in advance. On the day of the port over, we were told to expect about 15-20 minutes of down time but that was it. Only on the date of the port over were we told we had to figure out how to reboot and reset all of our Polycom phones. Which meant either hunting for passwords because the Polycom default password didn't work or going through a fifteen minute override process for each phone. Long story short, we spent the entire day working through equipment issues that could have been dealt with on a weekend or off hours to avoid impacting our work day. Not a peep of apology from net2phone when I expressed frustration over that. And then, on the product side, the mobile app is twice as glitchy as the app for our prior provider - somthing I told them was a big issue for us and our remote employees. To me, the worst part has been that all involved at n2p have completely ignored my complaints - acting as if everything were just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

As of right now, n2p isn't really solving any problems that we had previously. If anything, the service is worse. The most critical piece in our selection of n2p was the claims that their mobile app and portal were state of the art and 99.9% efficient. If we said 50% efficient, we'd be stretching it. “Absolutely Love 3CX as a Reseller! A Game-Changer.”
What do you like best about 3CX?

3CX stands out for its intuitive design and comprehensive feature set. The web client and mobile apps are incredibly user-friendly, empowering our clients to stay connected seamlessly from anywhere. Features like the visual call flow designer and straightforward user management make both initial setup and ongoing administration remarkably simple for businesses of all sizes, leading to high client satisfaction and fewer support requests for us. What do you dislike about 3CX?

Okay, in general terms, one area for improvement in 3CX, particularly relevant for resellers managing multiple clients or larger organizations, lies in enhancing the flexibility and granularity of the multi-tenant system. While it offers a solid foundation, further development could focus on providing more advanced customization options and resource management at the individual tenant level.

Specifically, a key area for improvement could be finding more streamlined solutions for scenarios where multiple departments or tenants within the same physical location need to utilize the same SIP trunk or VoIP provider using the same public IP address. Current configurations for such scenarios can sometimes be complex or require workarounds. Simplifying this would significantly benefit resellers managing diverse client needs and improve deployment efficiency in various network environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Cool and Functional Digital Workspace with a lot of Personality”
What do you like best about SoWork?

SoWork is super easy to drop right into and start using right away. The video-game-inspired design makes it extra easy if you're a gamer. It's easy to express yourself with all of the customization options and interacting with co-workers is a breeze and is super intuitive. I love how you can keep your camera on but not be seen until someone approaches you. Meetings are more fun because you can see everyone's avatars together, and I love that there is a more classic gallery-style view if seeing everything else is distracting. What do you dislike about SoWork?

Just tiny things, a few bugs here and there and I wish you could rearrange the order of people in the gallery-type mode when you are in a meeting with several people, but I am confident that any small qualms will be ironed out in time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
