What do you like best about Google Meet?

I love how Google Meet has been constantly updated to fulfill our needs, this is a tool that I've used for meetings in every remote work I've had, it's very simple to use specially if you're in a desktop although it's always installed on my phone in case I need to join a meeting during an outage or on the go.

Over the years, they've added new features to customize the meetings; I used to use it for just one-on-one huddles but now in our workplace it's used for group meetings; you can change your background and make use of filters which makes it fun to use!

Another great feature is the active noise cancelling, I've noticed that when in meetings you can bearly hear the other person's background noice, which is unique on Google Meet, I haven't seen this feature in other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I found least helpful about Microsoft Teams was that I can only get 60 minutes for a free version. Hopefully, this will make at least 3 to 4 hours in the future. But I understand that I may need to upgrade the plan so that I can have longer time during meetings and for now I can't afford but I thought Microsoft Teams are one of the great tools for meetings, chats in a reasonable price. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I love how easy it is to use! The integration with my calendar makes it so easy to schedule any meeting, and I use it at least twice a day, if not more.

Setting up the account took no time at all; it's been very easily implemented by our entire team.

What do you like best about Skype?

I have been using Skype for the last 5 years, it is a very good app for making chat or video calls, and it is also easy to use, all the colleagues in my list are using Skype so that we can talk easily. Over half of my company is now remote, so real time communications are key. We love the transparency of being able to see others' schedules, profiles, and send messages or video/audio communicate as needed. It's like you're back in the office! There's also a huge opportunity for culture, which is huge at a remote friendly company. Our ERG groups allow different groups of people to come together over similarities and interests. The integrations also make it super easy to blend between slack and windows when working, with in app alerts and automations and notifications from other apps within slack. What do you like best about OpenPhone?

I love that that you can really customize your phone settings. From the phone menu, ring duration, custome voicemails, and auto replies, you can create the exact system that you want your business to operate on when it comes to the phones. What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

I don't like that in order to invite another team member and add a secondary number they have to use the sample email domain to get invited. My wife and I run a small buisness and only need 1 email. I want to invite her and add a number so it can ring her AFTER it rings me for customer calls. But because we don't want to create another email we must share a single account. I use it everyday. Able to track bulk of emails easily by creating mailbox rules. Can be easily implemented with MS Office 365 and integrated with MS teams. Easy to implement Able to create meetings instantly. Helps us with creating tasks, perform auto spell checks on all emails, rich formatting with customized signature. It groups all email conversations allowing us to track it better. Can import/export calender easily. The video and audio quality are usually solid, even with spotty internet connections. Screen sharing is smooth, and the interface is pretty intuitive, so even the less tech-savvy people in the group can hop on without too much trouble. However, it does feel a bit… plain. What do you dislike about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution. What do you like best about NUACOM?

The admin screen - we are able to review calls and customise this to our own needs which will massivley help us with our reports. The wallboard feature is great addition to the service provided by NUACOM. Being able to see a live dashboard of agents and incoming calls is a great feature to have.

The SoftPhone has the option to be made unavaliable for inbound calls.

The feature on the softphone will really help us improve the way we handle calls.

What do you dislike about NUACOM?

The only thing which would be a good edition to the NUACOM phone system would be to have other options on the softphone.

Example, have an option for "Lunch" so on the dashboard, this is reflected.

Also, when avaliable, the user shows as green. But busy shows as offline (in its own way) when busy is selected. it could be shown as red to show that the application is open, but they are anavliable to take calls.

What do you dislike about Digital Samba?

Nothing, For me Digital Samba is one of the best software for digital conferencing which deliver crystal free audio. With easy to access via mobile application that makes it usable for each of my employee's. We can add upto 100 participants without any lagging. it's currently supporting German language also. What problems is Digital Samba solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the help of Digital Samba now i am able to add upto 100 participants in my training programs with high quality video conferencing. With cloud recording features we can share the training program with other employees and virtual backgrounds which adds a personal touch and maintain privacy that's why i totally recommend it to my colleagues for future.
