I would appreciate having access to more reports. We've noticed an issue where some texts are not delivered to recipients, and often there isn't a clear explanation for why this happens. I would like to be able to trim the video once generated and remove the dead time at the end, after the audio finishes. I would like to be able to remove the pauses that occur in the transitions between different parts of the video. I would like to be able to do dubbing directly from my video generated in Synthesia, without having to download and re-upload it. Before using Subsplash we were using several different programs/companies to address the needs they now supply. Some of them were leaders/cutting edge, but they didn't "play nice" with other programs we had in place (i.e., our Giving App didn't want to send donation data to our Personnel App, and our Service Planning App didn't always contain the right information from our Membership Database app...
