We need to create videos, with or without on-screen AI personas; and we need to do so quickly. This includes video edits and updates, which can be numerous. Having Synthesia accomplishes all of this at a very good price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have constantly changed their UX, names of what things within the system are called, where things are kept, and how things work. I will log in one week, create directions for my team in how to use the platform and the following week everything is different. And, when they change something, inevitably something is broken. It feels like someone in the company loves tweaking the main design constantly- but it keeps breaking small stuff in the system. And, many of the UX updates don't improve the system, they just make things more confusing and difficult to find/use.

For example, they have things called workspaces and team spaces. But, we were paying for "seats" and "social accounts". I kept asking them to explain what a "seat" is vs. a "teamspace", and they couldn't really answer and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. I tried to explain that they constantly were changing what things were called and how things were billed- but they made it seem like I was the idiot.

In the end, I really feel like they changed the terms of our yearly agreement. I wanted a large number of accounts available with a certain number of social accounts available for each account (teamspace). That was our agreement. But, then they changed things and moved to this "seat" concept and somehow I suddenly had way less access that I signed up for.

Is this a robust system- yes. But, watch out- they may continue to change your terms, change what things are called, and constantly tweak the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google Workspace addresses severa key challenge in communication and collaboration, below are few:

Part of our use was to allow people to respond to the txt message if they were unable to return to work due to safety or they evacuated out of state. This was a great backup since communcations are not always working after these big storms. I did not find a way to do any organization or reporting on the replys. We have unique gathering rhythms at our church. We meet in a large group format every other week and meet in homes for small groups on the off weeks. Before Clearstream, people felt they were unsure which weekends we were meeting. The problem that Relayto solves is the challenge of finding a way to create interactive content and make it look professional in a very short time. The best part is that a person doesn’t have to be an expert to achieve this. Personally, I used to spend a lot of time trying to animate my presentations, but I was rarely satisfied with the results, and it took me too long. And when I had to create more than one article, the time would double or triple. Relayto optimizes the content presentation process and makes it intuitive and user-friendly. We have contracted with Colossyan to access their API to create a bespoke AI video avatar solution, producing short-form video at scale. Colossyan are helping us to develop a solution that does not exist to help us engage our learners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of the simplicity, there is little ability to configure the system outside of the box. We had to modify how we did things a little but in the end it worked. We found out that we could connect this to our donor system and to our financial system only to find out later that we had to spend an additional $2,000 to have the proper rights in our financial system to make the connection work. While the price for DonorHub is minimal, one has to be aware upfront of the potential of additional costs to connect it to the financial system.
