For me, there are no downsides to using DialMyCalls. But one thing I would like to see is a way to keep track of those who RECEIVED an SMS message from me so that I can be ble to check them off of the list for a particular broadcast. I don't want a voter receiving the same message TWICE. Currently, I keep notes on paper as to what range of voters on my list received a particular broadcast, i.e., My Yankees vs Phillies Broadcast during the MLB Playoffs (Ward 46, 1-500 of 6,000; Ward 51, 1-400 of 3,000), etc. When I continue Ward 46, I go to voter 501 on my list and select 100 more voters for the next broadcast. Dial My Calls solved the problem that I had with CONVENIENCE. Now I can send SMS messages at the frequency that I wish and design the message so that it is always relevant to what is currently happening. We switched from Quickbooks to NetSuite and one of the cons is that some of the processes are much more complex and time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were having to use multiple platforms for our ecommerce business where now it's a one stop shop kind of process. The orders are created and completely handled in NS. We no longer have to manually enter in the order and receive the payments from our online customers. We have unique gathering rhythms at our church. We meet in a large group format every other week and meet in homes for small groups on the off weeks. Before Clearstream, people felt they were unsure which weekends we were meeting. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Consolidating and reporting multiple legal entities with numerous currencies was a headache, and expensive, in Netsuite. Campfire makes it easy and fun! Additionally, Campfire has a dashboard with KPIs that are relevant to my business that I can actually trust. This makes internal and external reporting much easier and less stressful. I got it when I started my business. I had to keep track of time, have a professional looking way to create invoices, and I wanted monthly reporting. This checked all the boxes for a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, our experience has been positive, but we’ve run into some occasional UX delays. We’re used to getting data instantly, so any delays can be a bit frustrating. This might be due to the heavy calculations happening in the backend, especially with our transaction volume. Still, it’s a minor issue compared to the great support we’ve had. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. Use the mobile application to understand the full potential of Kashoo. There's a new revamped version soon to be released that will include better dashboards and automated data entry, so look forward to this. Their online webinars are totally worth checking out. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address. Customer support can be difficult to work with, whether it’s their staff not knowing how some features work, providing incorrect responses, or giving canned answers for the wrong issue. I feel like they've improved over the past year, but it’s still a challenge. Bonsai provides a single platform for managing proposals, contracts, and time tracking, all the way through to invoicing. The only downfall I can think of is if you are unaware of how the system works you can't take full advantage of it. I don't know that this is a Blackline fault, more likely it is a failing of my company for not offering more effective training on the system when someone new starts.
