I use Sage on a daily basis and I need it to be quick and accurate. this was one of my key issues I was complaining baout my old system. Implementation took a bit and customizations, but it was well worth the wait. Customer service was a key help to all things timeline related. Currently using DialMyCalls for business purposes. We've been through catastrophic floods from Helene, snow storms, and much more this year. We needed an option to reach our employees during emergencies, weather, and to keep folks up to date with HR tasks such as open enrollment. So far, I'm very pleased at the service they offer. Implementation was a waste of both time and money for us, and their customer service left much to be desired—especially when you're paying so much for customer service and implementation that turn out to be a waste of money. We ended up having to hire a third party to outsource the implementation process. Additionally, I wish features like Smart Counting were more affordable. These tools should be accessible to customers who pay on time and rely on specific suites for their operations, specially if their customer service lack so much. We have unique gathering rhythms at our church. We meet in a large group format every other week and meet in homes for small groups on the off weeks. Before Clearstream, people felt they were unsure which weekends we were meeting. Overall, we do have significant complaints about Acumatica. I would say we would like to see more low-code/no-code workflow capabilities across the platform. We are leveraging Acumatica to be our primary accounting system as well as a basis for our operational client billing and management sytem in the Home Care industry. We are using the Field Service components along side of the project accounting aspects plus we are significantly extending the product with the Acumatica development platform. Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. Overall, our experience has been positive, but we’ve run into some occasional UX delays. We’re used to getting data instantly, so any delays can be a bit frustrating. This might be due to the heavy calculations happening in the backend, especially with our transaction volume. Still, it’s a minor issue compared to the great support we’ve had. The mobile app doesn't yet support businesses which have multiple currency transactions. This is something they're aware of and are working on. I've been using this for 9 years, new features are far between. I wish there were more external integrations, as well as a visual editor to produce custom styled invoices. Try it, you'll love it. Even if you're not well versed in accounting, the layout makes for easy management of your business accounting. For more complicated entries, I've simply relied on a quick call to an accounting firm and took care of the entry. So even more complex entries are well handled. One of the biggest headaches with our old system was that a single customer could have only one ship-to address.
