With Instantly, I find the lack of clarity regarding email deliverability frustrating, as there is no straightforward way to see where or why an email might fail to reach its destination. Additionally, the API integrations can sometimes seem unstable or limited, which complicates the process of building dependable automations or connecting Instantly seamlessly with other tools in my workflow. Instantly solves the problem of scaling outbound outreach without adding manual effort. It makes it easy to run multiple campaigns at the same time, manage leads efficiently, and automate follow-ups. For me, the biggest benefit is visibility and control over outbound performance. The thing i slightly dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it doesn't provide filtering by domain name as expected. Suppose one of my colleague has his lead named as A@agency.com & I have found another lead with same domain (i.e. B@agency.com) then sometimes it creates 2 different leads and sometimes it doesn't allows to create to prevent overlap so this can be improved. HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving a huge problem that is to organise each and every person's individual leads at a single place and features such as reminders, auto follow ups & assign person a task is very much beneficial to us being a huge organization. After spending so much time forwarding, typing different groups of email addresses separated by commas to deliver information to various groups of our volunteers, and struggling to compose bright and fun emails in Outlook... Constant Contact has boosted the views on our Retired and Senior Volunteer Program emails/updates, and shows me direct statistics on who is viewing/reacting to our information. My primary reason for moving to Active Campaign was deliverability and open rates. According to recent statistics, my previous CRM averaged 47% deliverability while ActiveCampaign averaged in the high 90s. I have had to send out my email list in 8 batches, since it was on my computer, and my email program limited emails to 100 per batch. Problem solved! I am also excited that I can easily segment my list by location, since I often need to send emails to just the city that I will be performing in, and not bother everybody else with shows that they can't get to! I have to research further, but I have not been able to find out if or how it would be possible to preview a snapshots features BEFORE adding them to a sub-account and was advised the only way to remove them if they are not what I am looking for to assist a particular client is to delete them altogether which would be unfortunate if they would work for another client in the future. I have yet to use these features but this has already caused me a bit of nervousness because I have access to quite a few snapshots from an ai learning group I am a member of and would like to view them before deploying them into an account.
