Instantly is solving problems that I sometimes didn't know I had. They provide helpful resources for you to narrow down what the deliverability problem is so that you know how to change things on your end for better open rates. The social media module is a great idea, but it's not developed enough, so it can't yet replace a real social media scheduler tool. The concept of "marketing contacts" also makes it much harder to manage than before. It should at least come with pre-made workflows that are easy to customize for who should be a marketing contact or not. The email templates also have limited features. As a non-profit, our former CRM had donation tracking and reporting capabilities that are not as well developed in ActiveCampaign. The pipeline creation and automation of several fundraising tasks are great, but the reporting and tracking features are not as robust, and we find ourselves needing to create custom systems within ActiveCampaign. The bounce rates on our website were low. We could see that the users were interested in our blogs but weren't purchasing much. Our business happens offline, but because we couldn't identify or target individual users, our campaigns were largely unsuccessful. It was also very difficult for us to A/B test the scenarios on the web. By leveraging Insider's Web Suite and the Architect tool, we were able to collect the leads that matter and contact them offline. The conversion rate also improved by 33%, which led to a corresponding increase in our ROI for the year. I won't say I "dislike" this, but the one thing that has taken me time to get used to is the shift in how things are viewed in Systeme.io. I able to track the clicks, intent of a customer via email sequences which i run using Apollo.io, I use it everyday at work to remove industry wise data to pitch the clients in the particular domain, designation wise data which i can download in the form of excel is very helpful and it has been a software via which sales and marketing has gotten easier for me in my organization and my other teammates. The interface doesn't have great designs and they need to figure out a way to allow people to copy and paste without bringing in background code, etc. I found myself wasting a lot of time making sure the fonts and colors were actually how they appeared in Constant Contact verses the screen. If you're looking to dive deeper into marketing automation and you're willing to spend more money, I would recommend using Marketo or HubSpot. The biggest problem I solved with Constant Contact was saving time on emails and creating one, cohesive brand for clients (once I fixed the design within Constant Contact). This is the complaint I have sumbitted to mailchimp compliance. Let see how they handle it. "I am contacting MailChimp regarding a serious issue with the onboarding process, where a Mailchimp employee, Kathleen, took control of my screen and submitted an SMS application without my permission. This behavior is illegal and unethical. I am questioning if Mailchimp employees are incentivized for SMS sign-ups or if this fraudulent activity goes higher up than that. I see the company was purchased recently by Intuit. There is complete lack of transparency on the website regarding token charges without providing the information to customer until after they signed up.

Considering a huge breach of trust I am concerned about other business information being used without authorization, such as unauthorized access to my social media accounts, potential data theft, being locked out of certain features so I can't protect myself, and more. I am demanding a complete termination of our business relationship and full refund within 1 day before filing with the Attorney General and the BBB. There's nothing I particularly disliked about Braze, however there were areas where I can see room for future updates. User experience could be improved in terms of organisation of canvases. We heavily used tags but it wasn't always easy to find where things were kept.
