What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Monday.com provides visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and progress, ensuring everyone stays aligned. I can easily check on progress on a project without having to wait for an update from the Project Manager. I can quickly view our accounts payable, pull up invoices and problem solve with our customers, again without having to wait for input from acccounting. What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

Good overall tool especially for technology teams due to strength of LucidCharts diagramming capability, and the ability for it to link to other products such as Jira, etc. LucidSpark does imitate the workings of Miro, which means it's easy enough to pick it up. What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

While LucidCharts is fit for purpose and due to its "rigidity" required for technology teams, LucidSpark does not have the easy feel and flexibility of Miro for collaborative whiteboarding. Also more importantly, LucidSpark doesn't do a good job importing Miro boards with parts of board missing, lines crooked, artefacts not properly imported. Laserfiche takes the guesswork out of managing your documents. It shines a light on the benefit of a centralized document management system versus a network drive or other cloud-based storage. I also like the automation aspect, that is available in Workflow, that automates file storage and records management in the repository, and the automation found in Forms that automates the processing of forms, and their movement from person to person in an organization. There is no other market tool that provides a system that manages a document's life cycle as completely as Laserfiche. When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

The part I liked best is more than likely the user interface and ability to sift through automation options which is really the differentiator for Power Automate, in my opinion. It's so easy to just integrate with your machine and whatever applications/interfaces you may be using, and the implementation really just is as easy as having a Microsoft account and downloading the application - it's that powerful. I used the application everyday for about six months and had few problems the whole time; when the small problems did arise (Legacy software not cooperating or Bad code in web apps), Microsoft support answered my questions and provided the best feedback they could. With their help and just a bunch of troubleshooting, which goes fast with the way the UI is setup, I was able to work thru most of my problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Overall, I disliked Power Automate's ability to decipher any software; I really struggled to work with some legacy software. Although these software were generating questionable code, I wish there was a way for Power Automate to process what is happening even if the code is constantly changing. I think it could do this via AI if it can guess what I'm trying to capture. Also, the difference in desktop and web apps are confusing and unnecessary, but that is a small gripe. What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Automate allowed for repetitive tasks to be built into a process and eventually perfected to be used hundreds, if not thousands, of times. We were able to eliminate Excel tasks for multiple employees, erase a huge chunk of busy work of hundreds of social workers, and even automate outreach to clients. Using it basically like the agents that are up and coming, we were able to have an "employee" working for us that did flawless work on things that noone else wanted to do, or had the time to do! What do you like best about Rocketlane?

It's new and doesn't have any of the technical debt you see in other solutions. I love that they provide a Customer Portal - a place that our customer can go to at any time and immediately see the status of their project, tasks status (filterable by type and by owner), announcements, attachments, and form capability for our customers to submit feedback directly into the project as a task (and the ability the track that feedback). The Customer Portal is fantastic. It also means we save a lot with licenses and don't have to struggle with access or permissions and trying to teach our customers how to navigate the application itself. Customers have one plact where they can see everything they need to see and they can share or invite others. It's ultimately what made us select Rocketlane. And Rocketlane's implementation was relatively easy and they use their own application to manage it (they "drink their own champaigne") That helped us understand how to use the product and leverage ideas they used in our own implementation. What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

I think because their solution is relatively new, it makes it cutting edge, but it also means that somethings need still to be added or modified. That said, when we bring up enhancements or ideas they seem very quick to get them in their backlog and alert us when the functionality is available. I would like to see more AI options that summarize the Project and Project status and sentiment from the feedback forms. Also need better adoption metrics for the Customer Portal. There are plenty of metrics for the internal use of the tool (us), but I am not seeing a lot of reporting capability for the our customers (the Customer Portal side) - yet. What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rocketlane solves customer accessibility to view the Project and Project status whenever they want. The Customer Portal provides our Customers with a single place to find eveything they need to know about their project as well as give them the access/ability to update their assigned tasks. And bevause this is done from a Customer Portal, they can access and view this on their own without the need to reach out to our Project Management team or to having to wait until the next scheduled project meeting.

4. The Jira and Confluence integration allows to keep track of all the project updates including ticket status, natively from Slack.

“I Use Airtable For Literally Everything”
What do you like best about Airtable?

Airtable is a very versatile software program I use for everything in my personal and professional life. I'm a librarian, and while Airtable is often used by people looking for a CRM, HR onboarding/offboarding, or inventory-tracking platform, I use it for planning courses, keeping track of my finances, my leave request documentation, my professional portfolio of resources I have created, research, a database of my high-value items for my home insurance, to name a few uses. It is better than using an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet because it is so much easier to link databases and tables, and you can also easily upload files. The automation feature is also much easier and more secure than using scripts. The value compared to Excel and Sheets is incredible. You can also create different views with different permission levels, such as making lists, a gallery view, kanban style, and many more. They also have excellent tutorials to learn some of the more advanced features, both written and video. Their customer service is on point as well. I didn't expect to get helped as fast by sending an email, but they responded immediately, and it was an excellent experience. I really can't live without Airtable. What do you dislike about Airtable?

Some sync features are annoying because they are only available through a more expensive subscription. If you are a company, paying extra for the feature probably isn't a big deal, but I am the only one using it, so it is a little out of my budget. Some formatting features, like using colors, are limited, meaning there are only a few colors to choose from. There is also a little bit of a learning curve when using Airtable, but if you can use Excel or Google Sheets, you'll have an easy time learning some of the more robust features of Airtable. It helps me create database-type content for the classes I teach and within the same table I can create views that are just for students and then for me that sees all of the fields. This saves me so much time which is a commodity in my line of work. “How Bordio simplified our workflow: a simple solution for our growing team's needs”
What do you like best about Bordio?

A huge advantage for us is the convenience and minimalism of the interface. Our team consists of many young people who are used to simplicity, and when we tried to implement other solutions (we tried OrangeScrum, Odoo, Trello, Jira), they were almost always met with resistance because they were complex and inconvenient. Another big plus is the excellent mobile applications, which do not glitch, unlike many other systems, and they are very useful for quick work, especially during meetings. What do you dislike about Bordio?

There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Of course, this is the result of comprehensive work, but Bordio is one of the main innovations for us and likely has had a significant impact on this result. Project.co solves the problem of scattered projects, miscommunication, and reporting by providing separated projects by "group" or "company", separating discussion channels inside of those projects to keep things organized, provides an embed feature to attach as many tools as you'd like to each project to show your client everything you have going for that project. What do you like best about Hive?

I like that it has what it takes to put instructions for the whole team. There are no buttons or options that are confusing or that they do not deal with like other management platforms like this one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hive?

Sometimes it falls and does not allow anything to be done, perhaps it is the servers, and when that happens, it is chaos!! It seems to me that the improvements could be totally in the stability of the platform since all the tools and functions are helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Hive:

In general, it is an excellent tool. It perfectly fulfills its function and has tools and options that are very easy to use and understand. The only problem that I have experienced is that sometimes it falls, it does not load the information, and consequently, it makes it difficult to move forward and have visibility about the daily activities of each user and the entire team.
