The app is n t very functional; it sometimes freezes, and I have to reload it. The linetracking feature with the nodes dosnt automatically align straight and requires manual adjustment until the line is straight. I have to open Lucid in incognito mode because it doesn’t load properly in standard Google Chrome. Although it works in other browsers, I primarily use Chrome, so this adds inconvenience. Additionally, it’s frustrating to have to manually adjust the font size and color settings every time. There is no other market tool that provides a system that manages a document's life cycle as completely as Laserfiche. When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. We are taking people out of the document management process. The primary benefit is that people can focus on more value-adding work instead of spending time tracking paper, filing paper, and storing paper. There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are able to send instant alerts from Hubspot to Slack Channel or to a user directly which helps us attend urgert queries very promptly. Further, slack integration also allows us to manager our hubspot live chat from slack itself, when a customer uses live chat on website, it get sent to a designated hubspot channel & we are able to carry on with the chat from slack itself, which is super nice.
