There is very little I dislike about monday Work Management, which is rare for me when it comes to software platforms. Usually, I can find something that could be improved or that doesn't quite make sense, but honestly, this program seems to fulfill all of our requirements. Finding songs to match up to each chapter, telling me if ive overwritten or underwritten, it also lets me know where I mightve been too vauge or what them as a "reader" is wondering. Its hard for me to review my own work because I know too much about it, so I can never properly "refresh" my mind to get a clean view, but this Assistant does that for me! The only consistent pain point is that some of the more advanced features sit behind a learning curve that slows down adoption for team members who aren't as tech-comfortable. When scaling cross-department projects, I occasionally have to simplify workflows just to keep everyone aligned. What I dislike about Jira is that it can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when there are too many tickets or custom fields. Jira is solving the problem of managing complex and high-risk cases in a structured way. In my role at Revolut as a KYC FIU Subject Matter Expert, I use Jira to track and manage complex investigations that involve multiple stakeholders. I believe the AI implementation in Power Automate is very helpful. If a user encounters an error, it would be even more beneficial if the system could suggest appropriate AI tools or automatically recommend the required components. I am project co ordinator and before using backlog it was very hard to manage tasks and track progress of each team member and give updates to my senior. I take update on messages or calls and still there was lot of confusion. Sometimes we missed deadlines and sometimes small tasks was forgot. Bht when we started using backlog problems started solving automatically because everything is simple I just create tasks assign team set deadlines and just keep checking the dashboard that tasks are done or not and now I dont have to give updates regularly to my senior because they can also check everything on projects that what is completed or what is still pending.
