What do you like best about HROne?

In HROne we can easily serch our collegue details in employee directory. Celebration whether it can be birthday, weeding anniversary or wor anniversary. We get all info on the Home page. Employees can easily give badges to anyone in the form of appreciation which is visible on Home page of HROne , this increase the employement engagement activities. What do you dislike about HROne?

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne. “HIGHLY Recommend, we LOVE BambooHR”
What do you like best about BambooHR?

I mean where to start, we love pretty much everything about BambooHR. Our company has always been very particular with and critical of any platform we use. However, we actually have so few criticisms. Their onboarding and training was so helpful, everything is well documented. The platform is super easy to use and as a small HR team of two, it makes our lives so much easier. Our favorite feature is the automated onboarding. It automatically creates tasks for anyone you want, and makes it so easy to ensure employees sign and submit all the required documentation. As a medium sized organization this is so incredibly helpful in ensuring that onboarding is fully completed quickly and effectively. We love being able to bulk import information, bulk update staff profiles, and create custom fields in their profiles. Those custom fields can also be pulled into custom reports (which is by far the easiest report creation module I have ever used). BambooHR also has an incredibly helpful customer service and sales team. I could legitimately go on for days raving about how much I love this platform. Any items we do find, we simply give them the feedback. Their team is constantly developing and rolling out new features or improvements. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future! What do you dislike about BambooHR?

There are very very few things I think could be improved in the platform. The main item is the performance management module is a little restrictive with how many questions you can ask. It's still super easy to use but for our company's use case it's the only thing that isn't optimal. The only other item I can think of is when employees retroactively request PTO it doesn't automatically get added into payroll. Then when you manually add it in it gets deducted from their leave bank for a second time. This one is really small item and a lot of HRIS platforms perform this way. What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small HR department, BambooHR automates so much of the time consuming work like sending documents for signature, filing, obtaining onboarding requirements, sending emails for ATS, tracking information, creating comprehensive and easy to read reports, and so on. It overall makes the tedious parts of HR easier and allows me to focus my time more on meeting company objectives, analyzing data, ensuring legal compliance, and dedicating more time and attention on our employees. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

Implementation was easy with our 130 employees. It was easy to connect them all and explain the features we are using.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

While the AI chat support is great, it would be beneficial to have a phone support option for more complex issues if they arise. This would be especially helpful for engineering project timekeeping. Although we've found a workaround, having this feature would enhance the platform's usability. The only thing I would say I don't like is that the software isn't big on creative visualization. There website is a little dull and it's not really sparky in attention. What do you like best about CEIPAL Workforce?

I've been a Healthcare Recruiter for 5 years and have used Ceipal for the last 3 years. The understanding of Ceipal is the best. We didn't need any additional training to navigate our work process. It took less than 2 days to get proficient in 75% of its uses. The reporting management may take some time to master but the rest of it is super EASY!

Apart from this, Ceipal is very easy when it comes to posting new jobs, mail merge, and even uploading bulk resumes.

What do you like best about Shopify POS?

We started out with Shopify POS on our iphones with a little card reader, which was great. We upgraded to the POS Go when it came out in fall 2023, and it's been a total game changer. The software is essentially the same on the phone or the POS Go. It's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. You can switch between different locations if you're doing a pop-up in another state, apply discounts, send receipts, and capture customer info. Customers can also sign up for your newsletter on the spot if they wish.

The best part is the barcode scanning system that has saved us countless hours of typing a product's name. I recommend it to any other pop-up/flea/art market seller who is also on Shopify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopify POS?

There are very few bugs. Sometimes the scanner light won't work or something will freeze. We have been using the POS Go unit for about 1.5 years and every problem we've had has been fixed with a simple restart. The software can be a bit slow to respond.

My biggest gripe is the lack of support for subscription items on Shopify POS. This was a promised "coming soon" feature in summer 2023, but was pushed back until all mention of it was removed. PLEASE, Shopify, get this very important feature up and running! People want our subscriptions and we'd like to sign them up on the spot, not wait for them to visit our website. What do you like best about Hubstaff?

Well, It is the best tool for monitoring the productivity of our employees and it also helps us to monitor the data breaches by the employee side. I know this because I'm an HR manager and it is a very good thing to monitor this kind of activity. It is easy to use it for our employees to track their time at work and their presence at their work station. It also has great customer support that offers help to overcome the issues we are facing. We use it frequently in our daily work life. We have downloaded it to our every employee to monitor their productivity. Integrating the Hubstaff in the system is easy. What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

What I dislike about Hubstaff, it is hard to say that but one thing I dislike about it is its supervisor tool. I grate about the hub staff but it should be developed more for the supervisor tool as we needed to download the CSV files on a large scale sometimes as I needed to check the PTO of the employees and there is no supervisor tool to download it Apart from that, it is a great tool to use it. These orders get seamlessly integrated into SAP for further analysis. Retail features of iVend Retail like Coupons, Gift Cards, Promotions and Special Price list help in improving customer experience.

Badel process and ZATCA integration are two most critical processes that are handled very well in iVend Retail.

What do you like best about greytHR?

I am using greytHR for more than an year now and I believe it as a one stop solution for HR management. It gives you a simplified view for all your HR related activiies. It eases payroll cycle and all payroll related activities such as getting IT Statement, doing IT Declaration, adding Proof of Investments and downloading payslips. It gives you an enhanced experience for leave management, attendence tracking and claiming expenses.

It gives you facility of SSO login via Google, Linkedin and Facebook which makes it easier to login and no need to remember another set of creds to remember for your Payroll portal.

Gives you a great user-friendly interface that even a non-technical person can easily use the tool very efficiently. This saves a lot of time for IT Admin, Finance and HR team so that they can focus on other activities giving a very transparent view of all your activities.

What do you like best about UKG Ready?

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

The thing I dislike the most about the app is some of the elements of the UI that I find a bit cumbersome to handle. One example of this is when trying to trade a shift with someone or attempting to manage company details in your profile. The problems that the app is solving is eliminating the need for reviewing a physical schedule of shifts that would otherwise be needed if my workplace didn't use UKG.
