What do you like best about Rippling?

I use Rippling for everything related to my job. It's convenient to have all access in a single place, which includes managing my paychecks, completing my trainings, requesting PTO, and tracking my overtime. The amazing thing is that it also keeps my computer safe, allowing me to work without switching apps. It was very easy to change my banking information, and the process was seamless. The 2-factor authentication gives me an extra layer of security and makes me trust it completely. I also like the mobile app, as it allows me to access Rippling from my phone, so I don't have to rely on my computer. The initial setup was very straightforward, with super clear instructions, making everything smooth. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also manage a small homeopathy clinic. What I like most about Connecteam is that it keeps both patient-related work and team coordination in one place. I can clearly see which tasks are open and which are completed, so nothing gets missed. I use it to track diet planning work, review pending cases, and manage follow-ups. At the same time, I can assign work to staff members and see who is handling what. This makes managing a small team much less stressful during busy clinic hours.

I also like that scheduling, time tracking, and communication are available inside the same system. It helps me manage staff timing, check availability, and keep updates in one place instead of calling or messaging everyone separately.

It was easy to start using and did not require complicated setup. I use it regularly, and it fits well into my daily clinic workflow without making things complicated.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

When I open a task to update it, it takes a moment longer to load before I can type anything. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes notifications come in groups instead of one by one. What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my daily clinic work, there are many small things happening together like patient follow-ups, diet plan work, and staff coordination. It is easy for small tasks to get delayed when the day gets busy. Sometimes I had to check different places just to see what was pending.

With Connecteam, I can see all tasks in one place and know what still needs attention. I can also see which staff member is handling which work. This reduces confusion and saves time during busy hours. It has made daily work more clear and manageable for me. I don’t have to depend only on memory or scattered messages anymore. What do you like best about BambooHR?

I find that BambooHR really helps us connect with people in the organization, being a good portal to connect with my managers and peers. The leave management system is the best feature for me because it's so easy to apply for a leave. I appreciate not having to manually go to managers, which saves time, as I can apply online and have a good management portal to see all my current leaves, upcoming holidays, and everything else. The best part of HROne is that it’s less costly and still provides all the features that other tools charge more for. This tool helps keep my organisation’s HR processes smooth. For example, when the India T20 World Cup was happening, they created a scorecard where you could play and get some rewards. This kind of activity makes employees feel more comfortable and motivated. What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

Square for Retail has great features for inventory tracking, including a receiving feature and cost of goods reports. Transactions are generally quick and easy on the point of sale register or handheld terminal, and Square provides nonprofits like ours with a discounted credit card processing rate. Switching from Clover POS to Square POS has allowed us to save on processing fees and helps us keep better track of our inventory. It also allows us to use online payment links without needing a full online store. Another feature we like is the Customer Directory, which automatically captures customer data, as well as allows us to group customers so we can give unique discounts to different membership levels. The directory is also helpful for reporting visitor demographics and visitor return rates (we can see who returns weekly, monthly, or has visited only once). What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?

The major downside of Square is it's lack of adequate customer support. I often have to wait hours on the phone, only to be told there is a glitch or issue that nobody knows how to fix yet, After several days, the issue may resolve itself, but I am never followed up with, and never informed of what caused the issue or how it was fixed.

While Square advertises it has integrations with many other software products, we have found that most of those integrations are actually not customizable enough for our needs. For example, only a few of the fields are able to be sent through third party integration apps like Zapier. We have also tried the Quickbooks integration (it only sent a general sales figure over, not different figures for nontaxable and taxable sales), and the WooCommerce integration (cannot use products with multiple variable features online - like a tee shirt with a size variation AND a color variation), so we have not been able to use any integrations. What do you like best about Keka?

Overall, Keka is a really good product.

We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

Here’s what I like about Keka:

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.

2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.

3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.

4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.

5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.

6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.

7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.

8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.

9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.

10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.

11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Overall, I do like Keka—it’s a really good HRMS.

Based on my requirements, there are a few things I don’t like:

1. Surveys: When we create surveys, the only option is to send them to the whole organization. It would be great to have the option to send surveys to specific people as well. I especially felt this need when trying to collect feedback through surveys for new joiners.

Update: this feature is added now, yeay!

2. Recruitment: There are two issues I face with Keka Hire. First, there isn’t an option to send trigger emails that are customized for each stage of the hiring process. Second, the email conversation we have with a candidate isn’t visible in Keka—we have to check Gmail to see the thread. This is a huge area for improvement.

3. Integrations: In our case, there are still a lot of missing product integrations—Slack, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the peace of mind that comes with using RedeApp at my organization. We can be sure that all messages (especially those pertaining to the youth in our care) are secure and HIPAA-compliant. As the organization's Communications Manager, I primarily use RedeApp to send organization-wide messages from my desktop computer. What do you like best about Agiliron?

We've been a Agiliron customer since about 2015. At the time, we had a brick and mortar store, What attracted us to Agiliron initially while we used it for website and Amazon selling, it had the potential to also support a brick and mortar store (which we never used, since we shut down the brick and mortar store in 2018). We are a B to B business, and Agiliron attracted us in that the back end was well suited to a business that creates quotes and invoices and often billed customers offline.

We were a modest mom-and-pop customer of Agiliron. We appreciated that they allowed us to stay at a modest product and pricing tier that became obsolete, yet allowed us access to the tools to present ourselves as a B to B business as they advanced the platform over the decade.

The on-boarding was very pleasant and well supported. The paradigm of all tables can be uploaded and downloaded as excel files worked well for us.

Support for the large part is always excellent. Particularly any issue that impacted commerce was always dealt with quickly. And generally, they were good sports about issues that cropped up as they evolved the platform around us. Since we were effectively a legacy customer, there were at times their were mild growing pains as the system evolved around us and left us behind. Some were fixed, some were not. Overall we felt we were getting great value and didn't sweat the small stuff.

For the first several years we used the Amazon integration and a credit card processing service, as well as general quoting and invoicing. The Amazon and credit card processing integrations worked great. We stopped selling on Amazon after several because the products we had available were too low margin to sell profitably.

We knew our Agiliron sell website had good visibility, as we had several products from our distributor catalogs that were not anywhere else on the net. For those calls, we sometimes took the sale. Most of the time, we instructed the account how to buy in their own region.

We shut down our business at the end of 2025 and thank the Team at Agiliron for hosting and supporting over the years. Agiliron worked great for us. Jim and Carol at PGH Batteries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The online-only support was an acquired taste. But we got used to it. At least the support team is actual humans, so that is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While we did modest Internet business, we mostly sold regionally and used Agiliron more as an online catalog that we could easily generate quotes and invoices from and sometimes order entry by customers. We appreciated we could set web sales to not complete a sale until we effectively approved them (by way for a pass phrase). Agiliron was always our main quoting and invoicing tool.
