It gives us a super easy way to create templates for our staff, so that they are adhereing to content and pricing guidlines easier than a static word/pdf. I feel that using the editor can be frustrating at times - especially when it comes to text formatting and the tables. I find that the tables are usually kind of glitchy, which is a bit frustrating. Also, copying and pasting from a Word Document into Proposify typically does not work, as the formatting gets all messed us.

Our clients have also had issues receiving and/or opening the proposals from Proposify, which we typically solve by sending them a PDF. This isn't the end of the world, but it is an extra step that sometimes needs to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The down sides that we encounter lie within in the advanced inventory management. There is a need within our organization to exlude specific locations or customers settings from reorder point auto-calculate functions. Dealhub had to solve for a business processes that doesn't tolerate delays, meaning a customer has be able to have a complex structured quote in hand with an extremely short notice.

The quote has to be able to handle thousand of uniqely configured line items, since we operate in the public sector and can sell subscriptions to dozens of customers.

And the price calculation had to very precise for multi-year deals and allow for discretionary discounts.

The bigest benefit is that it automatically makes new invoice numbers. I don't have to worry about forgetting and accidentily sending out two invoices with the same number. Given that we have successfully integrated the GetAccept solution into our processes, it is difficult to find negative points. If the solution allowed sending multiple quotes per proposal, it would have saved us a lot of development, but no solution on the market integrates this point as we expect. We have a practice of regularly sending multiple quotes in a single proposal. The GetAccept signature protocol as well as the APIs have allowed us to adhere to our process while integrating electronic signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A couple of hiccups we experienced using Stampli arose when we made edits to a vendor or customer name in our QuickBooks system because Stampli treated the edited vendor and customer name as new vendors and customers.Therefore, the history of transactions in Stampli were only showing under the old version of the name. Stampli is currently unable to make the change on the backend to move the transactions in batches from the old version to the new. The only option is to manually open every invoice and make the change there; however, our company has hundreds of transactions for each and cannot go this route due to time and cost restraints.

The second issue we have is when we have hundreds of invoices received from vendors in the later part of a period and it takes our staff extra time to get the invoice through the entire review process, which the invoice ends up missing the cut off period for export in QuickBooks. The problem is we close our books in QuickBooks then we need to change the date of many vendor invoices in Stampli to the first of the following, open month. Again, we have hundreds of invoices in this case and would like to see a batch option in the future to make for a quick and easy change to all invoice dates at once.

The export to PDF function, doesnt leave our style of templates particaully pretty, but that's mostly as we have a lot of videos and images, which don't print well! Most people use it online, so is a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zenskar solved our three major billing headaches.

First, it automated our PLG billing completely - no more downloading usage report, manually creating invoices. Second, it simplified our revenue recognition process, making our finance team much more efficient. Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. Zoho Books helped us move away from Xero, which as helped us integrate with a solid suite of apps to help us deliver products directly to our customers. Books is easy to grasp, highly secure and reliable. We have never had an issue accessing it, even outside of normal business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. Our clients are both commercial and non-commercial, and Monetization offers good distinction between the two in terms of reporting and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few features I've suggested to support, who have been very receptive to the feedback:

- Integration limitations: (a) Doesn't yet integrate with Xero, my accounting software. (b) All integrations with popular apps (Notion, etc) are only for client facing purposes, not internally facing.

- Project Management: Tasks app has a ton of potential for internally-facing project management, but for right now, gets the job done fine since I'm a solo-firm owner. I'd love to see more features here for categorizing tasks and bulk actions!

- Forms: Would be fantastic to see more options here for different questions prompted based on responses to one-answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website.
