The only thing I dislike is that after you've sent an eSign document, that you cannot add additional people to the document unless you resend the entire document. This makes it a bit inconvenient if a customer or client asks for additional people to be added onto the document, and you have to go back in and resend to everyone. I did find a work around for this though - if forwarding is on in the document, you can simply tell the customer to forward to whoever else they would like on the document.

I'm solving the problem of being disorganized, and using physical papers. I love the benefit of PandaDoc keeping my documents organized. They also integrate with Pipedrive, which is the CRM platform we use for all of our deals. So to be able to create a PandaDoc right within Pipedrive, and keeping my documents assigned to specific deals, it keeps everything nice and organized without any extra work. There are some elements of the Hubspot integration that are not perfect and still require a little QC oversight, but not enough that it stops us from using it (nor do I think it's a fault of GA; I think it's more on Hubspot). I have provided additional feedback regarding: UX to our GA CSM, and she has been helpful in either showing me how the software already does that/a solution workaround or has taken my feedback, and perhaps we'll see that in the future. To keep tabs on company money, send out invoices, and manage our bookkeeping, we utilize FreshBooks. Because of it, we have been able to automate time-consuming and error-prone tasks like repeating invoicing and tracking overdue payments. We are now better able to see the company's financial health and make strategic decisions thanks to the transparency of financial reporting. It facilitates a plethora of tasks, including expense control, budgeting, report review, invoice creation and sending, and payroll processing. I would sometimes like Relayto to have a clock or timer that I could check to know how much time I'm investing in making edits because I think I sometimes spend too much time on the platform trying to create the perfect interactive content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem that Relayto solves is the challenge of finding a way to create interactive content and make it look professional in a very short time. The best part is that a person doesn’t have to be an expert to achieve this. Personally, I used to spend a lot of time trying to animate my presentations, but I was rarely satisfied with the results, and it took me too long. And when I had to create more than one article, the time would double or triple. Relayto optimizes the content presentation process and makes it intuitive and user-friendly. It's honestly hard to complain about Qwilr. As a Qwilr customer and someone who tested many other proposal software options, I love Qwilr the most and highly recommend it to my friends. I really 10/10 overall recommend it.

One wish list feature might be to have automatic email follow-ups when the proposal isn't signed (built directly into Qwilr itself).

My clients had to deal with a bunch of separate processes: invoice, payment instructions, contract signing, etc. all separately. None of that includes the persuastion of a proposal. Qwilr makes the buying process much simpler and easlier for my clients. Qwilr is cutting down my own administrative time and making it easier for me. Qwilr lets me know if a propsect did not watch a demo video. This allows me to follow-up with the prospect and aim to get the demo video watched. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. The only downside is the limitations of design, it would be nice to have more control over what the final version looks like whether in the app or downloaded via PDF. While the design elements within the framework of the program are very customizable, you can't do much outside of the form construction. We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor. When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products.
