I like that with NetSuite, the entire process from estimate to delivery is seamless, which is quite different from other products that don't offer this. There is a lot of customization available from workflows, forms, and scripts, making it suitable for the various requests from different roles in our company. This customization is crucial for us, especially when printing sales orders with specific information like measurements, since each cabinet we sell comes in different sizes. We have run into some things we have put in for improvement such as the ability to create invoices from sales orders, which is what our customers would like to see. Our customers only see invoices paid, but a sales order can be processed with several invoices, so they would like to know which invoices are created from which sales orders. What do you like best about Stampli?

I believe Stampli will help my company hold our accounting department accountable (haha) for making sure our vendors are paid on time and that invoices are being sent to the correct department. The AI side of things makes invoices very easy to use, and has seemingly helped our accounting department with matching PO's to who they're supposed to go to. We had a hour long training session, but everything is honestly so easy to use and implement that we all feel we didn't really need it. I haven't had to use customer support yet, strictly because of how simple it is. This has been a slow month for us, so I haven't used it a ton, but I will say that I haven't had any issues of invoices not getting paid since starting Stampli. What do you dislike about Stampli?

Trying to make sure that the tray is correct so that it doesn't go to another department by default. It can be a little bit of a waste of time, but I would still say Stampli is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stampli has helped us tremendously with timely payments to vendors, not being asked to code the same invoice multiple times, and getting invoices to the correct coders the first time. What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love how easy it is to use. My proposals always look like I spent the whole day on them. Easy drag and drop features, the ability to bring images in through Unsplash, etc. They are also very responsive on support. I do wish I didnt use my free design when I first started, before I got to know the platform, because I would have given them one of our more standard options, but they do have paid services available for that. I wish they would expand the design modules to work more like a website CMS, maybe the ability to use HTML//CSS to really amp up the design and layout. Also the integration with HubSpot is not the best, it does not do what I wanted it to do. I can’t create an invoice on the go. If a client or even a non-client walks into the office needing a quick out-of-scope job like a copy of a report or something similar I can’t just generate an invoice without first creating an agreement. What do you like best about fynk?

Head of Product (with experience at a neobank too) as my focus is shipping secure, compliant features quickly. Fynk has become crucial in dealing with the complexity of contracts across our product suite. We use it for everything from API partnership agreements with data suppliers to vendor contracts for cloud services and NDAs with future collaborators.

The best part of it is, how seamlessly fynk fits into our product development lifecycle. It has an awesome API so we can hook it up to our Jira and product management tools. For example, when we launch a new initiative that will depend on a third-part service, automatically a request could be created in fynk to generate the right agreement in order for legal team draft it. That close integration also means compliance isn’t an afterthought, but is baked into the process of developing the product from day one. I find the fact that it can very rapidly summarize new partner agreements allows me to evaluate shared integration scope and responsibility without getting bogged down in legalese. What do you dislike about fynk?

In a high growth fintech setting, the native product analytics reporting on the platform is insufficient. It does a great job tracking the status of contracts, but I wish there were more product-centric dashboards for things like volume and types of contracts by product lines or average time to negotiate partnership agreements (a key metric for our go-to-market speed). What problems is fynk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fynk is solving our problem of scale and governance. In a hyper-growth fintech, the volumes of contracts becomes enormous and managing them in ad-hoc tools is a big bottom-spreadsheet risk.

Speed: It speeds up the process of releasing our product. We take a key bottleneck off your hands, by automating the contract request and approval process. Legal can use pre-approved templates, and I can follow along on a contract's status in real-time with its corresponding Jira ticket.

Risk Management: It's a one source of truth that is audit-ready for all our obligations. This isn’t an option for a regulated entity, such as a bank. Be it a SOC 2 audit, or the next regulatory exam, we can immediately show that we have control over our third-party vendor and partner risk.

Key Insight: The AI extraction is building a single source of truth that I can leverage to analyze our partner landscape. I can see what words are common, where we have dependencies and I can make data driven decisions about our tech stack and partnership strategy.

MonetizeNow has improved our contracting process in several ways. It has sped up approvals, given reps the ability to send contracts for signature instead of relying on dealdesk, and automated much of our deal data in Hubspot, including line items, ARR, TCV, etc. MonetizeNow has also helped us automate renewals and finally capture renewal data in Hubspot, rather than tracking it manually in a Google Sheet.

However, the best part of working with MonetizeNow has been Perry and the customer success team. They are genuinely attentive and provide a best-in-class CS experience.

We get a lot of RFPs through web portals that need to be answered in Excel, making collaboration and content editing a major challenge. We use Responsive to collaborate as a team across internal and external team members - saving so much time! We bring the Excel template in and know how many questions we have to answer, can quickly assess who needs to do what, and spend more time responding to the strategic pieces.

The platform allows us to manage our extensive content library and collaborate as an extended business development team across sales, marketing, and SMEs. While we have not yet taken advantage of their extensive AI capabilities, we've already thoroughly explored them and look forward to taking advantage of them in the future. What do you like best about Paystand?

Paystand was our first step into the digital payments space. We handled ACH business transactions before, but that process was incredibly arduous and time consuming. We find the most value in the Paystand Autopay feature in NetSuite. Enrolling a customer is very simple, and collecting their payments is even easier. We went from manually charging about 80 customers using our legacy ACH, which took us 2 full a days per week, to running over 275 customers on autopay effortlessly. What I like most about it is that is very configurable. We could not use a rigid solution that only ran transactions a single time every week or month. However, paystand lets us decide when to turn on Autopay per customer and even turn it on/off for certain invoices, which makes the transition for customers very seamless. It has tremendously reduced the amount of time and effort we spend on ACH transactions, and the value only increases the more customers we add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

The biggest drawback we've had using Paystand is the amount of time it takes to notify us about a bounced ACH for insufficient funds or bad account number. For example, if a customer makes a payment on a Tuesday, we won't know if that payment truly clears until the following Tuesday. We will still get credited 1-2 days after the initial payment, but if it bounces, that payment is reversed. Then we're left to go back and try to recollect a week later. Our company experiences a high volume of bounced transactions, so being notified about them after 7 days is pain compared to the standard 2-3 days when depositing a check. I love how professional and standardized our proposals and request forms are with GetAccept. We appear ahead of the curve to customers and even to other departments internally because of how robust our implementation of it has been. I also love the Salesforce integration. It's an absolute game changer and our forms that used to be cumbersome pdfs sent via email now essentially fill themselves out based on case info and can be easily sent. Even beyond just the forms themselves, we have configured salesforce to automatically fill certain case fields and change case statuses based on the sending and receipt of GetAccept forms. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

We have encountered a few issues with the SF integration regarding outgoing forms getting stuck in the draft status. There is an effective workaround, but it's caused us to spend a lot of time troubleshooting and we have had one or two problems when we didn't notice this occurred. Nothing too crazy though. What do you like best about Checkbook?

What do you dislike about Checkbook?

This company is fraudulent and a scam, and they do not answer the phone. I received two checks through email from America PAC for the Elon Musk petition referral program. Checkbook.io sent the checks.

I deposited the checks via mobile deposit and my bank flagged the checks and shut my account down saying the checks were fraudulent. When I tried to dispute this matter and explained that they are not fraud, Wells Fargo told me they require verification from Checkbook.io to prove the checks were legitimate. I sent over 30 detailed emails as well as attempted to call them. When you call them, it says “no support agents are available. Leave your number and email and someone will get back to you” and nobody ever calls you. I've called over 100 times.

All I needed them to do was call from a verified phone number and tell my bank the checks were legitimate. They couldn’t even do that.

What financial business does not operate using the phone? It makes no sense.

When I finally do get an email back, it isn’t helpful at all, and my support inquiry is closed and marked completed.

My bank is closing my account on 2/4/25 if I can’t get the checks verified by then. My funds are being held by bank, and I will have to have my long awaited checks recalled and then re-issued if I can’t get this done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Assembly?

I really appreciate how easy Assembly is to use and how intuitive the navigation feels. The UI is modern, clean, and well-designed, which makes daily work much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assembly?

One challenge we have is that the message section doesn’t sync properly when using separate internal users. The messages appear as unread even when they’ve already been opened by someone else. Because of this, we currently have to share one internal user account.

Another limitation is that we can’t click directly on a user’s name within a message channel to go to their profile. Instead, we have to copy the name, switch to the CRM, paste it, and manually open the profile — which adds unnecessary steps.

It would also be helpful if the total message count showed the number of channels (users) instead of total messages, and if the counter didn’t stop at 99+ but displayed the actual number.

In addition, several automations don’t seem to work reliably and often fail without showing a clear error. For example, automations involving tag updates frequently fail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The calendar is buggy and it doesn't offer me the option of seeing all the calendars of the whole office at the same time. I coordinate the schedule and I need to see everyone's availability. We keep practice info at our fingertips and use it to track time. I also like the task tracking and the ability to set up task flows that trigger the next step on completion of the previous.
