What do you like best about Flinks?

We use frequently (every day), the IBV and attributes to evaluate each demand of our customers.

It's easy, paperless and with the attributes, our team gets a quicker view!

With the API connections, you can really benefit and the Flinks team is amazing for making the implementation and integration with the DEVS! The customer support is effective, they respond quickly. We are also always advised with the dashboard (IBV) and notification when a bank is ''down''. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flinks?

The downsize is not related only to Flinks : when a bank gets an update on their system, it takes time to ''update'' on Flinks side and that makes problems to receive the IBV's as complete. We then have to wait for the update on Flinks side to be able to receive the IBV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flinks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Flinks, we used to ask the customer to send us their documents by email or fax.

What do you like best about Temenos Transact?

Since last 8 years i am using Temenos T24 (R13) version in my organization. Temenos Transact easy to use and friendly software. It provides various features including lending, loans, retail banking, trade, treasury and compliance. In T24 we can perform multitasking simultaneously. Further, we have integrated multiple fields for Accuity compliance check and OBDX for smooth operation with efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Temenos Transact?

Temenos Transact don't support large data reports, fund transfer history data is also not visible in it. It captures only 1 year data in core application and for data lake other softwares needs to be used. Sometimes, it takes longer than usual time to login in branch interface to perform the transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Temenos Transact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since, Temenos Transact is being use in majority banking financial institution. We have also integrated our some versions fields with other softwares i.e. Accuity compliance check and OBDX for data extraction from scanned data. Really cannot think of what's the best from the system. As an accountant, I have used Great Plains, SAP and oracle. And episys seems like it's the least user friendly one to navigate around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
