Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. We utillize this functionality during offhours to engage with website visitors and convert these conversations into meetings. The tool also allows us to route support requests quickly to the apprioriate internal resource or content on our site, creating a better customer experience. The analytics provided by Qualified are extremely valuable and allow us to create tailored campaigns based on intent and have better insights into our website visitors. There have been occasional reports of Boomerang not syncing properly with Gmail, or scheduled emails failing to send on time. You can craft emails when it's convenient for you, even if it’s late at night or on the weekend, and Boomerang will handle sending them at the most optimal time. One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. Aside from favorable interactions, our customer satisfaction depends on the speed and efficiency by which we are able to serve them. Waitwhile helps us communicate with our customer via text and alerts us to their presence in a timely fashion. Now that a serve/complete button has been implemented, I love that we no longer have to toggle between "Now Arrived" and "Now Serving" cues to click customers through. We haven't had a "homebase" (CRM) in which we could really get in touch with our clients and send blast emails that will notify our clients of specials and services we offer.

Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. - The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients. We no longer use SuiteDash. Sadly, it doesn't integrate with many tools that we use.

The company seems to believe that they can answer every needs, which prevents us from using other tools we need.

They also keep revamping plans and use confusing offers to promote new add-ons. The latest promotion for exchanging suitekeys gives a strange vibe about the future of the company.

I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point.

While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with other CRMs so we can properly tag clients on our lists.

We were using a custom solution for proposals which required a lot of cut and paste and it would be harder to track and modify. SuiteDash allows us to streamline the process with pre-built sections (pages) which can be included in the proposals. The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated. I was looking to find an all in one scheduling system that would both enable booking and reminders via email and text.

The booking and texting function seem to work really well but that is only when I have sent them to myself. There is actually no tracking within the program.

I guess the only thing I dislike is the fact that some details in the form for my customers to book is locked to being required to be filled up, which in some cases I don't really need. E.g. Mainly my clients whenever they want to schedule a meeting with me they would just text me about it and all I have to do is just give them a link and they have the freedom to choose which day/time they want.
