What do you like best about Calendly?

I have been using Calendly for over a year and it is really very user friendly. The best part is that it has some automatic features like sending automated emails to all the appointment bookings, sending an email for requesting additional information and also sending reminders. What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. It would be terrific to include a barcode/QR code scanning feature in Waitwhile. We deal with six-digit strings of numbers that are cumbersome to type in to our devices from Waitwhile. Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. For me, ease of use is key - both for me and my customer. Leadmonk was simple to set up, and the control panel is intuitive to navigate. Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling?

Acuity scheduling has been an essential tool for the execution if my role. It is well curated into a simplified UI which made it soo easy for us to configure, implement, use and manage it all these time. It delivers a wide range of features and flexibility who h enable us to schedule different types of appointments from client meetups, group calls and many other. Acuity Scheduling customization capabilities are topnotch allowing us to reschedule, cancel and add appointments and make the necessary changes on our calendars. Our clients just have to download the app and they can send appointment links directly from acuity via email and those without my email usually send via the website because we have the scheduler embedded on our website. Acuity Scheduling comprehensivity is on another level. With features like attaching backup documents and forms on schedules, sending followup and reminder emails which makes coordination of schedules successful. I haven't experienced any other tool that integrates with so many softwares like Acuity Scheduling. It syncs with Google Calendar , CRM and PayPal so that we can seamlessly accept payments on Acuity Scheduling. What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?

Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. What problems is Acuity Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients. Off work having well laid out appointment schedules is one way to strike my work life balance. What do you like best about SuiteDash?

SuiteDash was surprisingly simple to setup and quite flexible. It is nice to have options for dealing with access levels by user, company or circles. It is also nice to have simple steps for clients to set the portal as an app on their mobile device.

The portal looks professional and the white-label features are easy to follow. The integration with Stripe is quick and it's great to have multiple options for currencies as Stripe allows us to accept payments in different currencies. It is even possible to set the position of the currency symbol on the left or right. This allowed me to set a currency profile with the dollar sign on the right for French Canadian clients. What do you dislike about SuiteDash?

We no longer use SuiteDash. Sadly, it doesn't integrate with many tools that we use.

The company seems to believe that they can answer every needs, which prevents us from using other tools we need.

They also keep revamping plans and use confusing offers to promote new add-ons. The latest promotion for exchanging suitekeys gives a strange vibe about the future of the company.

I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point.

While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with other CRMs so we can properly tag clients on our lists.

I've found great training videos on YouTube. I would suggest adding links from various sections to help sections and videos for quicker access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated. I was looking to find an all in one scheduling system that would both enable booking and reminders via email and text.

The booking and texting function seem to work really well but that is only when I have sent them to myself. There is actually no tracking within the program.

What do you like best about AnyRoad?

I was able to integrate AnyRoad with payment gateways and my websites easily and simply. What I didn't understand, the technical support team solved for me quickly. They were very helpful because we needed to get everything ready before the event. So their quick response was the least I expected from the AnyRoad team and so it was. What do you dislike about AnyRoad?

“One of the Best Free Scheduling Tool with Minimalistic UI”
What do you like best about Cal.com?

I really like that its completely free, and the design is really nice to look at. The flexibility and intuitiveness of the product also allows me to have a likeable degree of control over my events and schedule, and the fact that I can trigger webhooks with the system allows me to incorporate it with other applications. Whenever I'm facing issues, the customer support will always get back to me within the day itself, and the issues I face is usually resolved as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal.com?

I guess the only thing I dislike is the fact that some details in the form for my customers to book is locked to being required to be filled up, which in some cases I don't really need. E.g. Name, Email, and I think contact details are required as well, I know most cases we do need these details, but it would be nice if I can have the option to remove them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cal.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly my clients whenever they want to schedule a meeting with me they would just text me about it and all I have to do is just give them a link and they have the freedom to choose which day/time they want.
