We don't love that we cannot double book appointments. I know they have group appointments and team scheduling but we wanted round robin staff members to look at each of their appointments and decide whether they want to double book that spot so they'd have two appointments at the same time. Many companies do this as a way to deal with rising no-show rates. We send a confirmation text for each appointment and if the lead doesn't respond then we double book the spot. In order to do this, we had to move to a different solution because it just couldn't work in Calendly. As a result we now use both Calendly and Oncehub. 1. Clear-eyed responses during a time of change: Renaming a large volume of products as part of a rebrand and spin-off could lead to confusion among our large existing customer base. PiperX understands all the changes we've made and knows all of our rebranded content and website better than any one person could. This means customers and prospects get clear answers during a time of change and find information without having to search through websites and resource libraries.

2. Activating valuable deep content for personalized nurture is a huge gain compared to static content suggestions for an enterprise company with many solutions & products.

3. Visitor insight: reading through conversations gives access to valuable customer insights.

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

Microsoft 365 depends heavily on an internet connection, so users may face difficulties when the network is slow or unavailable. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. The setup of Cal.com is overwhelming, which could be improved. The documentation for different integrations and event configurations needs better clarity, as it takes time to figure out how to use them effectively. As a death doula and facilitating events for the grieving, it was an easy enough to use interface to edit and refine and publish and it's to make adjustments after the form was published. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

I wish there were multiple lines in the location view to sort out certain visit types handled by different offices using the same location. Bookedin does allow you to track payments made through certain platforms. I'd love to see added options to manually mark appointments as paid if a tangible payment has been submitted by the client, or perhaps they've paid through a different platform not tracked by Bookedin. The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated.
