What do you like best about Calendly?

It a very simple to use piece of software. One of the easiest to set up and run for basic calendaring and booking. Integrates with your standard calendars and video conferencing like outlook/google/exchange/zoom/teams/webex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

We don't love that we cannot double book appointments. I know they have group appointments and team scheduling but we wanted round robin staff members to look at each of their appointments and decide whether they want to double book that spot so they'd have two appointments at the same time. Many companies do this as a way to deal with rising no-show rates. We send a confirmation text for each appointment and if the lead doesn't respond then we double book the spot. In order to do this, we had to move to a different solution because it just couldn't work in Calendly. As a result we now use both Calendly and Oncehub. We also wish it integrated with our CRM (keap), though we work around it using Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Clear-eyed responses during a time of change: Renaming a large volume of products as part of a rebrand and spin-off could lead to confusion among our large existing customer base. PiperX understands all the changes we've made and knows all of our rebranded content and website better than any one person could. This means customers and prospects get clear answers during a time of change and find information without having to search through websites and resource libraries.

2. Activating valuable deep content for personalized nurture is a huge gain compared to static content suggestions for an enterprise company with many solutions & products.

3. Visitor insight: reading through conversations gives access to valuable customer insights.

What do you like best about GReminders?

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. I have journals that I sell during my courses, and Square Point of Sale makes it easy to accept multiple forms of payment. I like that it works on phones and tablets because I carry both with me. It also allows me to set up multiple ways to pay, using both a tablet and a phone, meaning there's no limit to where I can go and use Square, making it simple for people to purchase from me even if they don't have cash. What do you like best about WaitWell?

I love the desktop push notification feature for new visits added to a line. As a supervisor of an advising office, it allows me to focus on other work while having a general sense of that day's volume depending on often I see push notifications. I also find the daily Dashboard useful and review the weekly email location summaries to have a sense of last week's traffic. I appreciate the color coding for different visit reason types, it helps staff pull visitors out of line for higher priority visit reasons. The backend set up is also much easier to use than our former line management system, QLess. It's very user friendly and easy to make day-of or advanced notice temporary closures. The customer service is great, they build new features that we request very quickly, handled the staff and admin trainings, and are quick to respond to questions or add info to the knowledge base. I wish there were multiple lines in the location view to sort out certain visit types handled by different offices using the same location. What problems is SuiteDash solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Bookedin?

Bookedin seamlessly helps me keep track of scheduling, while also providing my clients text and/or email reminders and confirmations of their appointments. All of my client cards are in one spot and easily accessible. This software has kept me from having to track down clients who "forgot" their appointments, it's been a game changer. What do you dislike about Bookedin?

Bookedin does allow you to track payments made through certain platforms. I'd love to see added options to manually mark appointments as paid if a tangible payment has been submitted by the client, or perhaps they've paid through a different platform not tracked by Bookedin. It would also be helpful to be able to create a summarized report of your appointments at the end of the month or year to help with accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Customer Experience Solutions?

The console is very well organized. I like the user interface's access to all functions on the left side; the technical team is amiable. They contacted me by email to schedule an exhibition that was 30 minutes very pleasant, the flow of customers is optimal, and the function to schedule appointments like, in it, you can manage business processes in an orderly manner which allows orderly. The solutions it offers for business appointments using our desktop computers and smartphones allow us to let clients know when we want to interview them, as well as its management for the calendar will enable us to organize each appointment to a specific date; task management and its work monitor is most sophisticated.
