What do you like best about Calendly?

As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. What do you dislike about Calendly?

Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. You do lose a bit of scheduling control when you use this tool, but the time saved is worth it to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. I benefit by saving time going back and forth sharing my availability and requesting candidates availability, requesting contact information, and also can avoid last minute reschduling requests if they pop up. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. Thryv from, the beginning has been super helpful! From when I first started to now, I have had so many things that Thryv has helped with. I love that I am able to have an account feature on my website and patients find it easy to use. It's easy scheduling and easy to manage. What do you dislike about Thryv?

I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). - Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. What do you dislike about Acuity Scheduling?

1) The Acuity website crashes if you try to export more than a handful of appointments. This is a long-standing known issue with no timeline for a resolution. This makes it almost impossible to get your data out of Acuity to use on another platform unless you pay for an API subsciption. It also makes it near-impossible to get your data out and move to one of their competitors.

2) If a client makes a booking with the same name as an existing client, Acuity will treat them as one client and merge their records. For a busy business, this situation is inevitable and will cause chaos when your older client receives emails relating to the new client. Acuity support regards this as "expected behaviour". What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

YCBM is a great scheduling tool when it works, but needs more 'basic' functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

1. I am extremely disappointed with YCBM support, as despite implementing the system for scheduling, the support team appears unfamiliar with managing time zones, struggled to book in GMT, provided incorrect guidance, and lacked a crucial function, leaving a simple issue—where my team couldn’t view round-robin appointments—unresolved for over a week, resulting in two missed appointments and financial loss, while the support representative wrongly implied the error was mine and advised changing a time zone setting that didn’t exist.

2. YCBM should allow for individual personalization of notifications rather than applying the same settings to all appointments.

3. There needs to be a function for diary owners to label appointments differently, such as "Second Appointment" or "Personal Appointment," to support accurate data analysis.

4. The export data function is overly detailed and complex, making it difficult to extract and use the information efficiently.

What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?

I use this tool in my previous organization for the email marketing and due to its affordable price I choose this. Brevo has done its job perfectly it manages all of our email campaign, helps in creating good landing pages. We can set up the workflows so that email can sent on there own and automation works amazing. Customization and templates designs are limited Which I feel could be improved in future. Some time when the data is more the tool get slow down Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first thing it is saving time by providing email automation I used to spent hours to sent mail to clients with this I can schedule whole month campaigns in 20 min and rest I can focus on. I was looking to find an all in one scheduling system that would both enable booking and reminders via email and text.

The booking and texting function seem to work really well but that is only when I have sent them to myself. There is actually no tracking within the program.
