I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. Seamless is SO EASY to use. With just a couple of bits of data, you can quickly build prospect lists. My team was able to build a list of 2500 prospects in a matter of 30 minutes.
Great use cases:
1. Industry and title specific campaigns. If you want to stay in a single industry, with that bit of data + up to 5 decision making titles, you can have a phenomenal list in minutes.
2. National accounts campaigns. With a company name and a few titles, you can find contacts at multiple locatons of a company.
3. Email prospecting campaigns. We used Seamless a TON for cold email prospecting/marketing campaigns. This was a KILLEER lead generator for us.

As an SDR, Authoubound has made my life so much easier on a day to day basis. I find it extremely helpful when I am looking to personalize emails for prospects in mass quantities.
