What do you like best about Instantly?

I have been using Instantly -on Growth plan for the past 3 months. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. You can also get detailed reports on open rates, link clicks, and reply rates for any specific time period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

One thing that I feel could be added is a mid-plan for startups like me. The growth plan allows only 1000 leads at a time in your system. Initially, It was fine for me, but as I wanted to scale up some more, the next available option was the Hyper plan for 25,000 contacts or 87usd addon for 26,000 contacts. Both of them were way above my requirements. A mid-plan with 5000 contacts would help a business like mine. And one more thing was some options like A/B testing, Replying directly from Unibox are available only in the Hyper plan. I use Instantly to my entire outreach system for my startup. Currently I use Cold email outreach as my only source of lead gen. And Instantly's reliable platform help in sending, tracking, segmenting email in good quanitiy. The easy to use platform and seamless setup would benefit anyone who is looking to try cold emails. What do you like best about Seamless.AI?

Seamless is SO EASY to use. With just a couple of bits of data, you can quickly build prospect lists. My team was able to build a list of 2500 prospects in a matter of 30 minutes.

Great use cases:

1. Industry and title specific campaigns. If you want to stay in a single industry, with that bit of data + up to 5 decision making titles, you can have a phenomenal list in minutes.

2. National accounts campaigns. With a company name and a few titles, you can find contacts at multiple locatons of a company.

3. Email prospecting campaigns. We used Seamless a TON for cold email prospecting/marketing campaigns. This was a KILLEER lead generator for us.

The value that you get from Seamless is impossible to beat. I've not found ANYTHING that compares in this price range, and I've used numerous sources of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seamless.AI?

The biggest downside to Seamless:

It allows you to export contacts/leads to your Salesflow in ZoomInfo Engage in a friendly way. It has a lot of filters to better find the best leads you can reach out. So far, so good. I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. I've been using this amazing tool for 4 months and everything has been great. What do you like best about ListKit?

Liskit's platform is simple easy and clutter-free. There are only a couple of buttons on the dashboard and navigating it makes it easy. Creating your first list and filtering the list is also very intuitive and simple. Overall their UI/UX is something other companies should take note of. I love that they only charge you for leads that have been triple-verified and give you back credits that have not. They also have an abundance of daily/live calls in Skool and Slack so you can get questions answered at any time! What do you like best about Collective[i]?

There is no better sales application on the market that allows teams to collaborate seamlessly to win deals and accelerate the time to close. With Collective[i] team meetings or 1 on1s were not about what has been done since last week, but solely focused on strategy for winnable deals and getting out of deals where success wasn't likely. As an individual contributor, I got back almost a whole day of selling time as Collective[i] eliminated countless update calls or meetings with superiors. Faster response times and approvals from internal teams was a pleasant surprise with using Collective[i]. As an experienced sales leader, I will never lead a team without it. Daily forecasts throughout the quarter and deal risk alerts allow you to manage the pipeline without waiting for a person to alert you of the issue. The newer feature of being able to invite people to collaborate on deals outside the organization is amazing. A friend of mine had just finished a successful POC with a company I just began an engagement with. I was able to invite him into my deal to collaborate on strategy for a successful POC on my end. We got Keyplay so we can understand who our best target accounts are and could be for outbound prospecting. Our initial engagement was an eye-opener and we learned so much about our ICP and how they could help with running a real ABM strategy based on our current customers and prospects in our pipeline.

Keyplay had all the signals we were looking for and more and allowed us to build a comprehensive scoring model around our target accounts so we could spend less time spraying and praying and more time for our teams to achieve outbound success.

When I first saw the magical icons they flash when they are retrieving data, I thought," Yeah, right. Here we go again." But the damn thing is magical. I am so impressed wih how it helps me get the email addresses and phone numbes of people I need to reach.

In the past, when I tried to reach some upper eschelon corporate leaders and subject matter experts, the gatekeeprs returned my emails almost every time.

But Wiza helps me breakthrough and actually reach the peopleI need to contact. It isn't perfect, for sure, but to me it is the shortest distance between me and the people I need to reach.

What do you dislike about Wiza?

To me, a small user, the monthly fee is too high because I'm not looking for a gazillion sales leads, i just needto reach 20-25 people a month.

“It does not get easier!”
What do you like best about Autobound?

As an SDR, Authoubound has made my life so much easier on a day to day basis. I find it extremely helpful when I am looking to personalize emails for prospects in mass quantities. It cuts down my time by countless hours weekly. I used to spend hours combing through LinkedIn profiles, keeping up on recent events, and taking notes to come up with messaging that resonated with each person. Autobound allows me to essentially streamline these otherwise manual tasks and take back time for other work. It has increased my efficiency greatly. Being able to use the notes I already have an utilize key insights that Autobound pulls for me, sets my messaging above and beyond the standard practice.

Being able to customize each email or LinkedIn message or voicemail script tailored to each different persona has allowed for a much higher conversion rate with my outreach. I am not able to use wording in my messages that focus on specific relevant news and pain points to create more engagement with companies and prospects. There has been an actual quantifiable improvement in engagement rates since implementing Autobound, as prospects respond positively to the personalized touch without me having to spend excessive time crafting each personalized message.

What do you like best about UpLead?

What do you dislike about UpLead?

Sometimes I thinks some of my saved search parameters don't get saved, requiring me to reconfigure searches from scratch.

Also -- if I want to download a validated list of contacts, it would be great if I could set the quantity of validated contacts, and get exactly that. As it is, I configure a list, and tell the system I want a particular number of contacts -- and then say I want ones with validated email addresses. I get some subset of the original number -- no telling how many I'm going to get. Would be better if I could say I want "x" number of contacts with validated emails, and get exactly that.
