One thing I dislike is that when I import data from Sales Navigator, Apollo sometimes changes a person’s job title or company name. That makes the data less accurate, and I end up having to correct it manually.

Also, the LinkedIn extension doesn’t allow bulk uploads of a large number of leads at once. You can only save 25 people at a time, which feels slow when I’m trying to build a bigger list.

The biggest problem Apollo.io solved for me was a fragmented sales process that relied on too many different tools. A feature I really love is being able to save prospect lists from Sales Navigator directly into Apollo, which has made my prospecting much faster. Instead of bouncing between multiple platforms for data and emails, I can now handle everything in one place and keep my workflow simple and consistent. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I find ZoomInfo Sales very user-friendly and extremely easy to use. It’s dynamic and provides a lot of insight into potential prospects and decision-makers, even when full information isn’t available. The response rate for emails we’ve sent using ZoomInfo Sales contact information has been impressively good.

What I really like is that it helps us reach people we couldn’t have contacted directly through other tools or programs we’ve used in the past. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform feels intuitive, which minimizes the need for extensive training.

I don’t dislike anything about the tool. My main suggestion is to keep expanding the data coverage for Latin America. We also use it for searches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US, and in those regions I’ve found it to be very robust.

It would be great to improve the presence of, and access to, information for countries in Latin America. Also, some of the contact information isn’t updated—there are cases where contacts no longer work at their companies or don’t hold those positions anymore. That said, I understand this isn’t easy to keep current in a world where professional mobility moves so fast.

What do you like best about 6sense Revenue Marketing?

What I like about 6sense is how it brings together intent data, AI-driven insights, ABM orchestration, and advertising into one platform. The predictive analytics with profile fit and buying stage insights are really useful. They help us prioritize high-intent accounts based on actual signals, which has improved how we target in-market accounts, but also helped us build awareness with accounts that aren’t in market yet.

I work with the ABM, SI, and workflows side of 6sense on a daily basis. The UI is intuitive and it’s easy to move between segments, campaigns, and performance.

The integrations are also a big plus. We’re able to sync and push segments from 6sense into our CRM, MAP, outreach tools, and advertising channels, so we can activate the same audiences across both marketing and sales. The Microsoft Dynamics integration hasn’t always been as strong or as extensive as Salesforce, but it’s clearly improving and moving toward the same level of capability.

Support has also been great. The team is quick to respond - usually within 24 hours - and the answers are helpful. Our CSMs have been really supportive and proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Revenue Marketing?

One thing I’d like to see improved is how connected the ABM and Sales Intelligence (SI) sides are. They use the same underlying data, so a lot of the info overlaps, but in practice they don’t always feel fully integrated. For example, ABM segments can now be seen in SI, which is great, but not the other way around. I’d love it if sales could create lists in SI and push them into ABM so we could use them directly in campaigns. While I understand that the platform serves two different purposes, it would be really beneficial if we could look at the same data and segments/lists as both sales and marketing. A tighter connection here would also help with full sales and marketing alignment, making it easier for both teams to work from the same playbook.

There are also some feature gaps between the two. In SI, you can’t see advertising activity, while that info is available in ABM at the account level. Filtering in SI is also less intuitive: things like complex OR logic aren’t as easy to set up compared to ABM. These small differences make it feel a little disconnected when you’re trying to use both together.

Before 6sense, we struggled with limited insights into the buyer journey, disconnected datasets, and complexity that made scaling difficult. We had little visibility into account behavior, which led to misaligned outreach, inefficient prospecting, and generic campaigns.

Since implementing 6sense, GTM now operate from a shared, prioritized view of accounts, eliminating silos and guesswork. We can validate historical activity and personalize outreach, ensuring timely and relevant engagement. The platform makes building segments much more efficient, and predictive models automatically classify accounts, reducing the need for manual work. Real-time intent and account stage data help us prioritize outreach and streamline campaign management, while all the platform integrations enable highly personalized, persona- and vertical-based campaigns at scale.

Wiza is a great tool for finding information about leads or potential clients. It’s easy to use and administer, and having a browser extension is a big plus. I also like that you can find individual email addresses and create lists. The prospecting tool is extremely useful because it lets you prospect using your own criteria. I appreciate the educational videos and the fact that the team is always reaching out to you. I especially love the autopilot feature; compared to tools like Seamless, where you have to handle each contact manually (or only a few at a time), it’s great that Wiza lets you download what you need with just one click. Their support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and the people I spoke to were the least helpful. First, they unethically refused to reverse a payment that was deducted because my account wasn’t cancelled on their end. I did everything correctly and contacted them as soon as possible, with proof. The main drawback is the accuracy of employee data. It’s not uncommon to find prospects listed who have left their companies. This can lead to wasted time and effort when reaching out, so as other have already mentiones before improving the frequency of updates would significantly enhance the platform’s reliability- or act on flagged numbers. Additionally, some email addresses appear to be generated intuitively based on patterns rather than verified, which can result in bounced emails.
