What do you like best about Apollo.io?

As a Sales representative, Apollo is an easy way to obtain useful and accurate information about companies and clients that you are prospecting. The trial credits that are given are a great starter to get a feel for how the software works. All the tools and features are self explanatory really, but if you need help, there is plenty of training and support from a very knowledgable team. I love the fact that they do webinars and you an do trainings whenever. I use Apollo daily building a pipeline of clients. Apollo integrates easily with whatever CRM you are using making everything that much easier and quicker to dominate finding your next lead. I love using the Sequences to generate an email campaign. The functionality as amazing and easy!

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The only two downsides would be the cost and the calls from sales support. The cost is a little high if you are a smaller company or just one or two on a sales team. But there is still a lot that you can do without having to pay for credits.

The calls from sales support are a downfall because you click on a feature you don't have access to and someone calls to see if they can get you to add on to your plan. What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a sales representative tasked to cold call and grow a book of business, getting accurate information on leads in a timely manner is crucial. I don't have a lot of time to just map out and research a bunch of companies. Apollo brings the information right to me and provides effective ways to reach those contacts all within the same program. The amount of time I save with this program is incredible! What do you like best about Instantly?

Instantly has been a game changer in my life. Before I came to know about them, I didn't know anything about cold email or cold outreach. I didn't even know I could get overseas clients using cold email.

Once I discovered Instantly at the mid of 2023, I learned everything about cold outreach using their free resources.

Then I started testing campaigns with their Growth plan. Within the first month, I onboarded two US clients through my cold campaign using Instantly, and since then I've been using it effectively.

I really like their UI/UX. It's very simple, easy to understand, and has tons of features. The customer support is really amazing - you usually get your query solved within 10 to 15 minutes, no matter what time zone you're in.

One thing that stands out about Instantly compared to their competitors is that they listen to their users.

When a group of people requests new features, you can expect to see them in the next product update.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

The pricing is a bit high. I started with the Growth plan, which included 5,000 emails and 1,000 lead uploads, and I'm currently using the Hyper Growth plan with 125,000 emails and 25,000 lead uploads.

However, my current requirements fall somewhere between these two packages.

A pay-per-lead upload model would be better suited to my needs. That said, it's great that if you explain your situation and request a coupon, they provide a 10% discount code on your billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Seamless.AI?

The ease of creating lists, finding data, Having a 1000 lead credits a day is huge, Especially if you look at other plans of other data software costing 10x as much as Seamless.ai and this gives an SDR 1000 leads a day! Now, for attesting to data accuracy - I hva edone a lot of cold calling using Seamless mobile data. Now out of a 1000 leads you'd usually find between 70-130 good valid mobiles to dial a day. And I'd say accuracy of owner match to phone nr is about 85% for the ones that of course, do ring and gets answered. I haven't fully tested the full extend of their email accuracy.In all honesty, there is NO perfect data out there in the world. So just live with it. At least Seamless.ai is like I said 10x cheaper than "so-called" fancy industry leaders who also get 3-4 out of 10 employees' data wrong. Unless you pay thousands upon thousands to a data company to have perfect ID match verification, you're gonna have to give these email validated systems a little bit of slack. What do you dislike about Seamless.AI?

One dislike I have is that you can't set the quality of the lead info accuracy BEFORE you scrape. So you have to spend your 1000 credits a day to scrape junk or good leads, and you can only filter AFTER you scraped. That is my one huge dislike and sadly enough to make me most likely not want to renew again. Big waste of time scraping inaccurate data leads.Second not good function is their search capabilities. You get very dumb inaccurate results trying to put anything under "Keyword" and their industries are limited, so you have to end up scraping company by company, depending on your industry. Sure some searches are super basic, like just finding CEO's in USA. But anything serious niche specific or more detailed, you're gonna be disappointed in the search capabilites lacking. Just unlock the said LinkedIn profile for a mobile number, I got two different numbers and I did a reverse lookup for authenticity and its 100% perfect. WooooooooooooooW....what a tool. Autobound easily helps generate hyper-personalised personal emails, which otherwise would take 20-odd minutes of research work. The fact that it pulls in news articles makes it a sure win, with email response rate increasing by over 80% in a single quarter of use. Setting up Autobound is very easy, couple of clicks and its good to go. Thanks to Autobound for harnessing the power of AI in the world of sales. It's my everyday software now. Autobound Makes it much easier for new SDRs to feel confident using very specific messaging based on tactics which (previously) only top SDRs knew how to do. What do you like best about LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

1. Advanced filters like industry, company size, seniority level, etc, makes it easier to find the exact type of leads I need.

2. InMail messaging feature helps in messaging prospect with whom we are not even connected.

3. Integration with CRM like Salesforce and ZoomInfo in my case was quite easy.

1. Maximum InMail messages we can use per month with LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription is 150 per month, which is quite low.

What problems is LinkedIn Sales Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all, by looking at the company insights and buyer intent, I am able to prioritize my target companies to work on first. ImMail definitely helps to contact leads without connecting.
