The best part about NetSuite is the ease of use for new users across our organization. Being able to add new users and have them up and running within a few days is a huge time save for our business. The fact that there are constantly new updates and features to the software always make me feel like we are on the cutting edge of each new type of technology. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

That it is a dynamic system and that I can access it no matter where I am at, as I use it 5-7 days/week.

When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. What do you dislike about Shopmonkey?

My main dislike currently with Shopmonkey is the syncing with Quickbooks. After the update to 2.0 my inventory did not transfer over correctly so it is throwing my numbers off. This also makes it hard because if an item does not show up in Shopmonkey I have to go to Quickbooks to find the item and the price of it. I am the only one who can do this so it makes my job much harder. I also wish that the paid invoices and invoices themselves automatically transferred to Quickbooks instead of going to Accounting Link and then to Quickbooks. After using several shop management systems, we were lucky enough to meet the Tekmetric team at a conference. Their staff was knowledgeable and understood our shops neeeds. We made the switch to Tekmetric and couldnt be happier. When we joined, it was early on in Tekmetric's development. It was already leaps above their competitors, but was lacking a few features. The transfer process was easy, they took care of all it. This is important since we use it all day, they made our down time very minimal. One of our favorite things is their feature request board, where suggestions can be made, voted on by Tekmetic user community, and they make it happen. The solution is highly flexible in terms of product configuration. Things such as proration, adjustable billing cycles, detailed discounts, and bundling of services are easy to design and maintain. What do you dislike about Tridens Monetization?

What problems is Tridens Monetization solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. What do you like best about Clientary?

I've been using Clientary for a while now, and I gotta say, it's been a game-changer for my small business. The thing I love most is how easy it is to use. I'm not exactly a tech whiz, but I picked it up pretty quickly. It didn't take long to set everything up, and before I knew it, I was managing projects, tracking time, and sending invoices like a pro.

One thing that really stands out is how many features they've packed into this thing. It's like a Swiss Army knife for business management. I use it almost every day for different tasks - from keeping tabs on leads to creating proposals. It's pretty cool to have all these tools in one place instead of juggling a bunch of different apps.

The customer support has been solid too. I've only had to reach out a couple of times, but they were quick to help me out. That's always a relief when you're trying to figure things out.

I will say, I haven't really tried to connect Clientary with other software. To be honest, I haven't needed to. It does so much on its own that I haven't felt the need to add anything else to the mix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clientary?

First off, the task management isn't all that great. If you're used to fancy project management tools, you might be a bit disappointed. You can't add custom fields to tasks or upload files directly to them, which can be a pain when you're trying to keep everything organized.

Another thing that drives me nuts is how slow it can be sometimes. There are days when I'm sitting there twiddling my thumbs for 4 or 5 minutes just waiting for the dashboard to load. Talk about a coffee break I didn't ask for!

Oh, and if you're always on the go, you might miss having a mobile app. It's kind of a bummer not being able to quickly check things on your phone when you're out and about.

One small thing that gets on my nerves is having to enter my email twice to log in. I mean, come on, it's 2024! Why do I need to type it twice?

And if you're working on a laptop without a mouse, get ready for some frustration. For some reason, you have to right-click and open things in a new tab a lot, which is a real pain when you're just using a trackpad.

Don't get me wrong, Clientary's not bad. It's just got a few quirks that can be annoying, especially if you're used to other software that does certain things better. But hey, no software's perfect, right? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
