When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. As a user of Tekmetric since May of 2021, I can say that their team has done a great job with continuous improvement and uptime. If you want / need a Shop Management System (SMS) for your repair shop you aren't likely to find a better solution than this. In addition to using it in my own shop for years now I have also worked with other shop owners around the country who have used this (and other) SMS and haven't seen anything better. Their pricing model is superior to legacy computer based systems that want to charge you for every seat you use. I can log in on my phone and see the shop performance at any time. It is pretty intuitive for your advisors, who usually hate teh idea of switching systems. But try to take this one away and you will likely have a fight on your hands!

Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. I love that my invoices can be set up to auto-renew and come to my inbox to approve before they are sent out. I heavily use this app at the beginning of the month to make sure I get paid. They are great about working with us to resolve any of our concerns. The processes are easy so we are able to get funds into our account as they are made. They are easy to work with if there is a claim. They file paperwork and handle everything up to processing the documents to the banks. I love that this product is easy to set up and use. I have a need to track time to the minute, and this makes it simple. I need to see my reports by time, and be able to separate projects within clients by time. This also allows for easy invoicing and ease of keeping track of those invoices. I really enjoy the setup speed of Copilot, you can build a comprehensive client portal very quickly without needing any form of development background.

You can get a product out very quickly that clients will love and see value in, then continue to build upon it as you will find that clients give you ideas "it would be good if you could add X for us"

Bill4Time makes it super easy to track your time, generate professional-looking invoices, send bills to clients with click-to-pay buttons on the invoices, generate and send client trust reports, and much more, all at an affordable rate. This allows small, two-person firms like mine the ability to present a professional-looking invoicing solution to our clients. The integrated payment options help us get paid more quickly. Bill4Time is also very responsive on those rare occasions when we've experienced a glitch or need customer support, which has been rare (maybe twice in the past 12 years). The platform allows you to customize and generate reports--so many, in fact, that I have not used them all. Bill4Time also seems very committed to continually improving and upgrading its features but without substantially raising the cost to users like me.
