Tekmetric allows me to give my customers and my staff a clear picture of what each car needs to be excellent. Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. Stampli is a fantastic AP workflow software that is efficient and user-friendly. It has tremendously helped our team process, record, approve, modify, and export invoices to our accounting system. Before, invoices were often lost and, consequently, paid late. Stampli helps foster a positive working relationship with vendors, who could also easily check on the status of a payment within the Stampli platform. Additionally, the chat feature with a live customer care representative is extremely handy. I love that this product is easy to set up and use. I have a need to track time to the minute, and this makes it simple. I need to see my reports by time, and be able to separate projects within clients by time. This also allows for easy invoicing and ease of keeping track of those invoices. It has all the features required to generate invoices and Freelancers, Small Business owners, as well as other self-employed professionals, will find it very helpful. My small accounting practice was growing, and I needed a solution to manage new client onboarding, and general secure file sharing, communication, and billing. I wanted to build out my client portal myself, and I needed to do it fast. I also wanted my client's experience to be easy.

I had explored several other softwares I've heard about through my network, and they were SO time consuming for me to set up, mostly because they are so customizable, in addition to having countless zapier integrations and stuff I didn't care about. Then, I found Copilot in the Google search results.

From the beginning, the setup was so easy and intuitive, without compromising on the quality of the experience AND is still customizable where it matters. It's so user friendly, and my clients have loved it for this reason. I also really appreciate how sleek and modern it is. I was able to build out my client portal over a weekend. Its also really cool that you can create a test client and practice everything before sending to a real client.

Bill4Time makes it super easy to track your time, generate professional-looking invoices, send bills to clients with click-to-pay buttons on the invoices, generate and send client trust reports, and much more, all at an affordable rate. This allows small, two-person firms like mine the ability to present a professional-looking invoicing solution to our clients. The integrated payment options help us get paid more quickly. Bill4Time is also very responsive on those rare occasions when we've experienced a glitch or need customer support, which has been rare (maybe twice in the past 12 years). The platform allows you to customize and generate reports--so many, in fact, that I have not used them all. Bill4Time also seems very committed to continually improving and upgrading its features but without substantially raising the cost to users like me.
