I think that, as with many things, it can be very frustrating for teachers to see some of the tiered components cost extra. While it's completely understandable that the company needs to make money to continue to improve, as educators, it's generally outside the teacher's control for what funds are spent and where based on school/district budgets, which then can either lead them to personally paying fees for subscriptions, or in some cases, being restricted from using them where they are not allowed to pay for items personally (as in my previous district). I would like some customization for exporting data. There's so much good information in the Edsby system, it would be nice to have more options for exporting or reports. Additional views or ways to export attendance data for example would be great. Coordination between the staff is a huge benefit. We have multiple different staff groups dedicated specific activities or areas. A great example is our "Supervision" group. Staff can quickly see who is on any giving recess, post if something has come up or they need someone to cover, while other staff can quickly volunteer. I do not have any dislikes, because they are continually updating and improving their platform to support the needs of schools and students. If I were to have a wish, it would be that if the data would integrate into our SIS or other dashboards that would allow us to provide even more information from the whole child. Helping support our tier 1 need for a pass system for our students to use during class periods. We have been able to move away from agendas and paper passes, to a digital pass system that gives our tier 1 team and administrators real time data of student movement through the building. There are five types of Institutions

(a) Institutions of National Eminence like IISc, IIT, IIM, IISER

(b) Universities Central, State, Deemed, Private

(c) Colleges

(d) R&D Institutions (CDAC, C-MET, CSIR Labs)

(d) Private Institutions (ISB, Hyderabad)

Each of these have their specific processes. These need to be incorporated to make the sofware meaningful. Faculty recruitment, Courses, and Funding need to be customised based on the type of Institution. The Accrediation needs need to be added. The features like NAD, AISHE Data and statutory requirements need to be incorporated. LMS needs to be integrated with Moodle that most of these institutions are using. Faculty Evaluation needs to be customised. The combination of AI for Examination module to proctor the examination and for evaluation may be an advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides a basic platform for Academic Administration but needs to include features to enable data to be exchanged with the AISHE Portal, NAD Portal, and for Proctored Examinations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that you have to pay to see read receipts. Sometimes it's helpful to know when a teacher or parent has read something to make sure they didn't miss a message. I also don't like how sometimes it doesn't notify me of a new message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have encountered very few challenges that could not be resolved with the appropriate supports. D2L has allowed us to ensure a consistent and positive onboarding experience to all new staff. It now serves as the one stop shop for learning at our organization and staff know it is where to go to find answers they are looking for. As Docebo is larger than many of the other solutions we considered and we are a smaller customer, we have little impact on their product roadmap. After our successful initial implementation, we are looking to make further improvements. For larger and more important projects, we would like to discuss and brainstorm with product *experts* at Docebo, ideally on a call or web meeting. That doesn't seem to be readily available with our support level. Their support is responsive and helpful, but for medium to larger projects, individual support tickets aren't so effective. We use Docebo to provide training for our customers, partners, and employees. Docebo is very easy to use for our learners and administrators, which allows us to scale its impact efficiently. This has allowed us to train more people with less time invested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app has improved a lot in recent times, but it still needs improvement, especially regarding speed. Many students who rely on the app to attend online classes also complain about the lack of consistency regarding the desktop experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As said earlier, I consider Blackboard as a work partner. It helps organize content, connect with students, and integrate face-to-face and digital activities. In addition, the constant addition of features minimizes the need for off-platform actions, which simplifies students' lives and helps them direct their attention to what really matters in class. They have recently been adding premium options, when signing on with them, it was not communicated to me that there would be added costs for new features. While I understand that it may be fair in some cases to charge extra, this was not part of the original agreement. For the price I am paying, and being an existing customer that is still awaiting features to be configured to work in our setting, I don't agree that we should pay extra for these "premium" features. Some of these are also not entirely new modules but add on features. We have yet to get our Reports to work in the Illumine App configurations as it is not fully customizable. Communication has been streamlined and improved. We are able to very easily send out information, photos, videos, documents etc. We are able to communicate on one platform whereas before we had to use multiple channels to communicate. We are able to house all our student information within the student profiles. Record keeping and admin functions have also been positively impacted with the use of Illumine. Some reports especially in the logistics and finance section could use a bit of tweaking. Since though the Finance department is very demanding on the way results are displayed and with the amount of info they can get from a single screen its a common dislike across many platforms besides Classter. There are discrepancies in the Admin UI of the internal and external platforms (ELC & CLC). As a customer of both, it is challenging to know inherently where to go for each/reporting capabilities vary. Though Workramp's documentation of this is clear and helpful. While the platform is intuitive overall, it took a bit of time to fully understand how group visibility, roles, and notifications work—especially when managing multiple audiences. But once I got the hang of it, it became second nature.

360Learning is helping us solve the challenge of delivering consistent, engaging, and scalable training to retail partners across different locations. Before, it was difficult to track learning progress or gather real-time feedback. It's a little tricky sometimes that classrom screen is online vs using google slides which I can still use offline.

The name randomizer needs a little tweaking with size, the box the name is in is too big compared to the name inside. It takes up too much room!

The text size feature is a bit of a mess as well. When it's open, it covers a lot and it's hard to select. It's also hard to click and type in your own text size number. I also find it difficult to select text at all and size it.

More stickers and background options would be great. Maybe some science themed ones?

It could also use a snap to position option to line up all the widgets. Maybe one that users could turn on and off if they want more free style layouts.

It does feel a little expensive for what it is, but if tweaks and changes by developers after user feedback are followed through with then it would definitely be worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
