MaintainX makes it easy to manage a fleet of assets and link them to meters. Automation of Work Orders can be accomplished through time or meter triggers. Each work order can include procedures (think checklists) to confirm the work is done properly.
My favorite part of Maintain X is the customer support via monthly meetings, a video library of short training clips, and a quick response chat bot. I also have been impressed by the rapid upgrades to the system and their eagerness to listen to suggestions for improvement or issue.

Upkeeps Adoption Metrics in Analytics is nice and can be customized to fit your needs. Customer support can help you with reports if you don't see what you need. Checklist is a nice feature for the Technicians to follow and make sure nothing gets missed. Since our infrastructure may be secure, but in case of defense in depth, we should always consider regular patching of EC2, identify unwanted softwares. Who and when it happened. All these should be logged for correlating purpose. System Manager with help of agents and aggregators shows the posture of an OS or an EC2 or running core. The integration is also very simple with other services to make sure security and compliance is in stand. I must say, BackBox, in my opinion, the best feature is how it deals with the scheduling of the backup and restore features simplifying our network efficiency. The ability for Xurrent to scale up with an organisation and drive maturity is second to none. Using its unique tenant based feature, multiple accounts can be spun up for varying departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Risk, Security / Cyber etc. Services delivered between these departments are trivial to implement which for other tools on the market right now would be challenging to otherwise impossible.
Another unique feature about Xurrent is fully integrated SIAM and this comes out in the way they handle their customer support. Tickets or issues being raised about Xurrent can be created within the tool itself (no longer the days of having to go to a seperate supplier support portal) enabling a use case where an organisation's end user may raise a question about xurrent which goes to their internal support team, who then may escalate this up to their implementation partner who then may escalate it up to Xurrent themselves, all the while the note history is visible between every organisation fostering open collaboration.
Lastly Xurrent, and the people who run it are fantastic. They have a fantastic product, and their ongoing stewardship of that product is excellent.
