What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Easy to Deploy and implement and integrate into our systems from startup, and gives super detailed information. It saves us a lot of time because we are spread out over 65 locations and can remote in to help our employees! We've received raving feedback already from many who are excited for this type of internal support we did not have before.

I use this daily to complete taks and take care of our employees.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

It's missing a few features that would be nice, but their mobile app is probably needing the most help. However I can log into computers with it. What do you like best about MaintainX?

MaintainX makes it easy to manage a fleet of assets and link them to meters. Automation of Work Orders can be accomplished through time or meter triggers. Each work order can include procedures (think checklists) to confirm the work is done properly.

My favorite part of Maintain X is the customer support via monthly meetings, a video library of short training clips, and a quick response chat bot. I also have been impressed by the rapid upgrades to the system and their eagerness to listen to suggestions for improvement or issue.

It was easy to get MaintainX up in a trial and we are now working toward more fully using all of the capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaintainX?

Still having an issue with properly setting up a trigger for an Oil change. Ideally we would like to setup a trigger for 5k miles from last oil change or 6 months. So far, we have only been able to setup a 5,000 mile trigger, but that trigger immediately iterates to the next 5,000 miles for the next trigger. SO if the driver comes in 500 miles late, his next trigger will occur in 4500 miles. Hopefully the new automation engine coming next month will solve this and more. I would like more personal customization and the ability to set and save views. Take the ticketing page. It would be nice to set as many or as few columns as I would like to see and that be a saved view. My other dislike is the frequent upgrades. I understand that you are trying to improve your product but I wish there was more heads up on the changes. Limble is helping us solve several problems. What do you like best about UpKeep?

UPkeeps App Application works very well for the Techs in the field. The software is pretty easy to use once you start exploring. Workorder use and setup is very straight forward and can be created from different sections web application eleminating bouncing around in the software. Upkeeps Adoption Metrics in Analytics is nice and can be customized to fit your needs. Customer support can help you with reports if you don't see what you need. Checklist is a nice feature for the Technicians to follow and make sure nothing gets missed. Parts and Inventory is improving and can be setup with other software like Netsuite to capture Inventory costs. Customer service is excellent and very helpful with really good response times. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

A few of the dislikes. The PM process in exporting and importing to create large number of PM's can be improved. Updates need to be tested with customer support before being released to the custormers. Thought needs to be given to the types of industries using Upkeep. Upkeep is improving on that subject. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The lack of ability to run the agent troubleshooting tool remotely. This is an especially troublesome issue if your endpoint environment is geographically diverse. If I have access to a computer on my domain remotely via VPN but the UEMS Agent is not working, then I have to use another remote control service (Teamviewer, AnyDesk, etc) in order to run the agent troubleshooting tool. In my opinion, I should have the ability to run this tool remotely and export the results to CSV so that there is no need to utilize another 3rd Party solution to work on the existing UEMS issue. What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

FIIX is easy to use, legible tool to manage the projects and many tasks in companies. FIIX has many possibilities to make reports and analyse the data. Great software! What's more, FIIX has additional instructions to help every new user with app operation. Fiix aplication is a friendly tool for industries. Great advantage is fiix customer support. What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

FIIX software does not have many drawbacks. What I have found inconvenient is not changed automatically date of next schedules based on finished work order. Second minus is inability to put repair times in minutes (closing WO).

Freshservice has a default template when creating a new task or user story. Also we use the analytics chart for stories breakdown by user and burnt down charts are very effective. We use freshservice for tracking our project management. Stories creation and tasks for access requests are all created under the project board and tarcked based on the user including the story points. We integrated Freshservice with slack and outlook so whenever there is an update on the ticket all the watchers and assigned users will be notified directly thru slack and outlook. What do you like best about AWS Systems Manager?

Since, Macie covers s3, cloudwatch covers VPC logs, Cloudtrail with api calls within services. There were some limitations within them. Since our infrastructure may be secure, but in case of defense in depth, we should always consider regular patching of EC2, identify unwanted softwares. Who and when it happened. All these should be logged for correlating purpose. System Manager with help of agents and aggregators shows the posture of an OS or an EC2 or running core. The integration is also very simple with other services to make sure security and compliance is in stand. Coming to patch manager, using playbooks were pretty easy and risk free as it could be triggered based on rules. Thanks for such a service. What do you dislike about AWS Systems Manager?

Downside is, Overall , in view of compliance sometimes PII uploaded to s3 can be identified with Macie. But when its an image or pdf containing photo copies of such personal sensitive information its hard to identify. It might be stored on the ec2 or s3. But figuring out it is complex. We do have OCR techniques in some services, which can trigger ec2 playbooks. Yes , it can be achievable with right problem solving technique and using the required services. What do you like best about Nerdio Manager?

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) needs a third-party manager. Nerdio's offering brings cost savings via its proprietary scaling model. The savings extend to reduced administrative overhead in managing images, software deployments, problem resolution, and more. Since choosing Nerdio over a year ago, we only encountered one issue that required reaching out to support. While tier-one support could not resolve the issue the same day, we received a satisfactory response within 24 hours. At no time did the issue cause downtime for our tenant.

For those just starting out with AVD, consider a Nerdio trial. You can build your first image and deploy a workspace and host pool in less than a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nerdio Manager?

Nerdio Manager is expensive! The licensing cost should be recovered by the scaling model savings, but it does eat into the savings tremendously.

We regularly run into errors with the 'User cost attribution' report. Redeploying Nerdio resolves the issue, but repeatedly doing this is aggravating. Lastly, Nerdio "power off and set as image" will fail on the sysprep stage if there are errors--Nerdio does not check for these possible issues including having antivirus installed on the image VM.

- Makes managing Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) easier than using native Microsoft tools.

- Scaling models within Nerdio are superior (in our humble opinion) than native Microsoft scaling models.

- Faster resolution when there are host or image issues.

We use Click Maint to help manage work orders, repairs and scheduled maintenance for our office building. The software helps us stay on top of work and keep organized. It helps us to stay on top of scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment warranties, contractors and repairs and costs. A great feature is that we get notifications when maintenance is required. The mobile app is very easy to use especially on the go. There are nothing but good things to say about Click Maint: easy to use, easy to set up, and affordable. I must say, BackBox, in my opinion, the best feature is how it deals with the scheduling of the backup and restore features simplifying our network efficiency. The scheduling capabilities and detailed logging are useful to keep us informed on all the work done, and increase transparence for the disaster recovery. I’ve noticed one disadvantage that is implemented in BackBox, concerning reporting – it is not very flexible and not very detailed as well. This has made it difficult for us to produce fine grained data for our analysis, hampering our capacities to monitor trends and detect issues within the network backlog. With BackBox, the bane of manual and inconsistent network backups is effectively solved by automating the whole process. This has taken out the risk of human error and makes sure that we don't lose our network configs either now or in the future. Having automated the process has freed up a lot of time as a benefit that allows us to devote more time to more strategic projects and has also increased our readiness in terms of compliance with consistent back up scheduling. What do you like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud?

I have been using S/4HANA Cloud for a while in my current organisation. So, I can say that it is very easy to use and the number of features it provides exceeds in comparison with the on-premise.

There are very less things I could dislike about S/4HANA Cloud. I would say the Customer Support can be a little better in terms of responses.

What do you like best about Xurrent?

Xurrent excels best at defining how organisations truely deliver services to their customers. Their unique take on this brings us down from our abstracted ivory towers and brings us back to ground. Allowing for the creation of service catalogues and service delivery that matches what occurs in real life. Ultimately this leads to greater effficienies within resolver teams and a net positive for end users consuming a service that is in familar language.

The ability for Xurrent to scale up with an organisation and drive maturity is second to none. Using its unique tenant based feature, multiple accounts can be spun up for varying departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Risk, Security / Cyber etc. Services delivered between these departments are trivial to implement which for other tools on the market right now would be challenging to otherwise impossible.

Another unique feature about Xurrent is fully integrated SIAM and this comes out in the way they handle their customer support. Tickets or issues being raised about Xurrent can be created within the tool itself (no longer the days of having to go to a seperate supplier support portal) enabling a use case where an organisation's end user may raise a question about xurrent which goes to their internal support team, who then may escalate this up to their implementation partner who then may escalate it up to Xurrent themselves, all the while the note history is visible between every organisation fostering open collaboration.

Lastly Xurrent, and the people who run it are fantastic. They have a fantastic product, and their ongoing stewardship of that product is excellent. I would wholeheartdly recommend Xurrent to any business looking to maturity their IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management positions and want a fresh take on an otherwise stagnant market. What do you dislike about Xurrent?

The only major drawback with Xurrent currently is their UI is slightly dated feeling.

That being said there is a whole new UI release coming shortly on their development roadmap so I can see this issue going away soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xurrent solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an implementor and partner, we use Xurrent ourselves internally. It has a suprising range of features not just within Service Management but also Project & Portfolio Management, Agile Development / Kanban's, Invoice Contract Management and others. All of these features helps us run not only the development of our internal tools but also the customer support for our customers and the modeling and management of new implementation projects via plans directly loaded within Xurrent itself.

For our customers, Xurrent has been able to drive rapid maturity and we are seeing greater levels of colloboration between IT and non-IT teams leading to many of our customers embracing and adoption true Enterprise Service Management with a single unified service portal. What do you like best about Nicus?

The tool is very straightforward to administer. I have 13 regular users in our IT Finance team plus a variety of users in other areas of IT and the Business. The normal administrative functions are easy to use and allow me to see most of the views I need out of the box. Customizing reports and tables is a drag and drop interface. What do you dislike about Nicus?

There are a few views I would like to have as an administrator that are not part of the regular report package. This makes it harder to see what reports are available to particular users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nicus solving and how is that benefiting you?

WE have transferred all the day to day work of the IT Finance team to Nicus. This has gotten them off of multiple spreadsheets and allowed better reporting. One team member told me that now the tools used are not the bottleneck but getting the reports from the cost center owners. We do all financial reporting out of Nicus now and the IT directors are used to seeing the financial reports in Nicus. What do you like best about Genuity?

I like the feature crossover from help desk ticking, inventory, and contracts. And the potential to integrate with accounting applications like quickbooks.

I direct IT operations for a nonprofit with less than 50 employees. We work remotely and have no brick-and-mortar offices or software servers. We use Genuity for laptop inventory, Help desk tickets, and to stay up to date on SaaS contracts and renewal dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Genuity?

It can't push software to laptops. However, I do understand that it is primarily an accounting tool, that I am using to support a small IT operation and a hint of budgeting.

The price jumped by approx. 400% increase without warning was a shocker. Originally $29 per month, it jumped to $125 per month. Since all our work was already in the system I opted for the annual price of $99 per month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Genuity solving and how is that benefiting you?

When does each SaaS subscription renew? Genutity sends alerts 60 days before renewal and offers reporting to tell me how much or my beget remains based on renewal dates.

It provides a tool to document technology requests. We use this information to identify devices with chronic issues or staff who may need additional technology training.
