Salesforce Field Service is excellent for managing field teams and resources. I really appreciate how easily I can view technicians' schedules and assign tasks efficiently. The integration with the rest of Salesforce (like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) is very helpful, as it centralizes all customer and task information in one place, making it easier to manage and track work orders. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

Implementation was easy with our 130 employees. It was easy to connect them all and explain the features we are using.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I really have not found a downside with Connecteam yet. They are consantly updating and upgrading the platform, improving the different modules.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

What do you dislike about FieldPulse?

We are still quite new users with FieldPulse and nothing bad really sticks out at all, which is a great thing. We use tags as an internal review process to know when the next step of closing a job needs to happen and right now I can't find an easy view or notification to set up to trigger the next person in the step. What problems is FieldPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting answers to questions quickly is huge. Our old software customer service experience was very much lacking in this area. FieldPUlse offers a robust knowlege base whether that's from tutorials, self help and our access to our customer success manager. Even if it''s something FieldPulse currently does not do, at least we have that answer ASAP.

What do you like best about Jotform?

JotForm is super-easy to learn - the buttons are apparent and straightforward. You can upload your forms and customize them for the information you need. You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.

What do you like best about XOi?

Our technicians in the field need to have a fast easy way to navigate and input some of the data we need during onsite visits. XOi has both a mobile app for mobile use / technician input and a website that is easy to design your own workflows. We like the fact that our technicians don't need a computer degree to understand how to fill out the workflows and for our supervisors creating the workflows are easy, super intuitive and user friendly. First, creating a platform that is easy to use - our techinicans seem to like it and not dread doing the paperwork. We have been successful with this product with our Commercial Brach and now we have just started with our Residential Team. DataPlate capture is big. Tech can scan the dataplate containing model and serial and we can caputure that data in a database for marketing or equipment replacement purposes when the equipment becomes a certain age. What do you like best about Jobber?

I use Jobber to organize my scheduled cleaning services as well as send quotes, keep track of invoices, and collect customer payment/deposit. It's very user-friendly and it's exactly what I need for my small business. They have many options as far as pricing packages and the one I am signed up for is perfectly within my budget. It's also very user-friendly to the client so they can access their estimate, and also pay their invoices online securely. I use another CRM with a company called town Square interactive and it was not user-friendly whatsoever. So, I canceled service with them and switched back to Jobber. It's a very great CRM. What do you like best about Azuga Fleet?

The Azuga Fleet platform has been one of the best decisions our company has made to manage our fleet. We are currently using the GPS data loggers as well as the safety cams. The combination of these two products allows us to know the location of any vehicle in our fleet that is in motion or parked. The AI Safety dash cam has provided edudcational opportunities for our drivers to become better drivers and also provides video coverage in the event of an accident. When I have had to speak to anyone from the company from their sales team to the support team, the experience has been helpful and easy to navigate with solutions that work being provided on the first call. Currently there is an upgrade happening to the platform that has been somewhat difficult to navigate. I think that this has been a difficulty for us because of our timing to adopt the platform. What do you like best about Forms On Fire?

To someone who isnt super familiar with computers and tech, this program is super user friendly to both create and use on the app. I am easily able to look up how to insert different things onto the documents I create and it is very simple to edit. This program offered so many features which made it stick out from others. This was the only program that was this easy to customize and had all the features we were looking for. We offer a unique and broad amount of services so finding something universal was very important. When I have trouble I can message a customer service rep and they are quick to answer my question and find a solution. Sometimes, they even do the action for me and teach me how to do it on other documents. Our paperwork/app is constantly live as we are a 24/7 restoration company so being able to reach out and get a response so quick is super helpful to resolve any issues and keep our divisions running efficiently. Our techs use this app even during their emergencies in the middle of the night and the property receives the email and is aware of whats going on and the fact that this program will email paperwork and photos keeps our customers informed at all times. Our technicians were able to ease into the app seamlessly. They were able to complete paperwork efficiently and they would make me aware of changes that needed to be made and I could go onto the browser and change it immediately for them to submit paperwork. We are a small company that was still using physical sheets of paperwork out in the field and it was a very smooth transition switching over to this. Within weeks, we were able to covert all of our divisions over to the app. It helped us resolve our main customer complaints about paperwork and photo. The only complaint I have about Forms on Fire would be the amount of time it takes for the app to load and submit paperwork. Sometimes, the technicians out in the field have to reload their app or press "force sync" in order for me to receive it. There has been times where they have to delete the app and redownload it in order to complete paperwork. But once they do that, it works great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forms On Fire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having a disconnect with communication with our customers. They werent receiving paperwork all the time or it was lost. A lot of the time, customers needed photos for insurance or paperwork emailed to them. Now we can hold our techs accountable and we can make sure that everytime paperwork is completed, photos are required, and customers are guaranteed to receive a copy. It also helped us keep better track of our "paper" trail. There were times our technicians lost the physical copy of their paperwork. It also saved time in our office since we would have to scan and convert each piece of paperwork to be able to put it in our scheduling program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
