What do you like best about iLobby?

Our facility was looking to replace the paper sign in process for our visitors and contractors so we decided to explore the option of utilizing iLobby. We like the digitilization of our visitor log book, each host is able to keep track of their visitors, and each visitor must review the site safety policies and sign off prior to entry. Overall, the technology behind this system provides everything that we have been looking for in terms of visitor and contractor sign in process and tracking of visitors. What do you dislike about iLobby?

The only downside so far to iLobby is not being able to find some resources that can be shared with hosts on the set-up of the system and tracking of visitors. The upside is that the customer support team has been great at answering questions within an hour of the requests and they have explained everything thoroughly as our facility learns to navigate through the system. What do you like best about Calendly?

As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. What do you dislike about Calendly?

Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. As the key keeper, I hold the key to unlock the front door daily and keep it unlocked if I'm sitting at the reception desk. I like that when it is unlocked - the light that shines on the card swiper is green. If it is locked - it is red... the employee trying to get in better have their Kastle Card to enter. it is easy to activate a new employee as well as to deactivate if one has left the company, It is instant-either way. When I am not here, the front door remains locked. I've made one of the cards a restroom card and leave it at the front desk - accessable - to be able to come and go since the restroom is outside in the hallway. I wish that it could have an inventory section to help with seeing what's being used per job (patient) and what needs to be restocked. I wish I could create some forms for patients to sign or something I can create to attach what was done with a patient (more detailed and easier to use other than adding an internal note). - Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! WaitWell is a great system for our customer and has all the extra perks we have been looking for. It has been a very easy implementation for our team members and our customers. The customer support with Dave Campbell is a great asset making the ease of use seamless. The intergration with our offices was very quick, easy and has made our processes more efficient as we use this system on daily making the frequency of use efficient and effective. I have to honestly say we havent encountoured any downside or anything that we dislike. If we ever have any questions about the system Dave Campbell is always there for questions or a quick call for assistance. Can't get any better than that. What do you like best about Leadmonk?

For me, ease of use is key - both for me and my customer. Leadmonk was simple to set up, and the control panel is intuitive to navigate. Because I travel to my clients, having the buffer feature allowing travel time between appointments makes a huge difference. What do you dislike about Leadmonk?

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. What problems is Leadmonk solving and how is that benefiting you?
