They do change their minds a lot as a platform. Seat pricing for one seems to be always shifting and requires juggling of users. There are also a few semi-basic features which are not yet on the platform (unknown reason) — such as inability to nest CMS's (which is huge for blogs, video repositories, events to be shown on websites). And in general, unless if you are an enterprise customer, support is not great. You are forced to use community-sourced forums which are often poorly maintained or don't resolve issues. The main issue with website builders is that they are very inaccessible for most people. You need to be a developer, the technical framework of a website is confusing and illogical for marketers who need to use it every day. Performance can be lagging slightly especially when working with very large boards or a high number of collaborators simultaneously.

I had to stretch to find something I didn't like. One thing to look at, is that I like to use Dark Mode flags in my browsers - now granted this is an experimental feature not currently fully supported - and in some edge cases Lucid is hard to use with these flags, certain transparencies or visibilities don't display fully properly, and the behavior isn't quite the same between browsers either. Most recently I used it for project planning flowcharts, but I used it for documentation on auth methods too. Whenever I need a fast diagram or a solid flowchart, I turn to Lucid. Not a lot to complain about, honestly. If anything, once a base is fully built out—with tables, automations, linked records, etc.—it can be hard to restructure it if your needs evolve. Airtable helps us manage a high volume of marketing campaigns, content, events, and cross-functional requests in one centralized place. Adobe Dreamweaver can be difficult for beginners due to its complicate features and numerous options. I've been using Dreamweaver for a long time and have had a positive experience overall. It's ideal for detailed web development, with powerful coding and design tools and a flexible workspace with both code and design views. My best skills in Duda involve developing widgets, so I think there should be a way to unpublish a widget. Having a list inside a list is not possible as of now, which is one of the things that sets me back for new widget development.

Sometimes, Duda's blog is limited to its design layouts. Also, editing one sometimes loads super slow. I had this one site that I am editing blogs, and it took 10 seconds to respond. Not sure why, and I haven't contacted support yet about this.

I don't like the renaming of the Editor 2.0 they renamed rows as section, its kinda confusing the users as they have already know the rows and columns combination name for so long.

While I love having new features, their Duda flex isn't very clear or easy to use and is sometimes buggy; for example, I click on a device and start working on it, then I hit the preview button, the spacing and paddings don't look the same as I wanted them to be

It would be beneficial if their developer's documentation is updated and matches the current things, as sometimes I refer to it, and things do not add up.

Don't hesitate to use or try Duda. They have the most powerful editing tools and most likely you can build sites at faster rate than other site without being confused of the interface. They have created many themes/template that you can use for your clients. It always upgrade as they have a quarterly road map of features that they follow and integrates it to the platform. There is no more disadvantages I observed in App Engine Studio. But i feel some.

1. If we will migrating more data then it might accure issues.

2.Its restricting creation of global application just allowing custom scoped applications.

Glide's pricing model has had some varying changes which can be jarring at times. One of my self-funded community projects which helped build a centralized database of queer resources in Utah had to be put on hiatus when Glide moved from a $25 month for unlimited apps to a $60 a month for a single app. Now the $60/month includes three apps, but the pricing change caused a really helpful resource in my state to disappear. The largest hurdle that we experience regularly with Quickbase is the lack of official development resources. The Quickbase development community (the Qrew) is really helpful in this area, but there's often not a specific resource that can be found about the types of issues we're trying to solve. This has previously led to our team thinking that they were trying to do something impossible within the platform or that a certain feature did not exist even though Quickbase was capable of solving the issues they wanted it to. Prior to Quickbase, a huge amount of the complex work we do (aviation industry) existed in the form of thousands of spreadsheets. This resulted in huge problems when someone would move on from the organization, or simply forget where they had saved a particular sheet. Adobe XD has transformed how I approach designing and conceptualizing user-centric interfaces that conform to modern UX design standards. With Adobe XD it's easy to design a web portal and present a navigable prototype to facilitate consensus between departments rather than relying solely on static schematics or unclear presentations. The AI Copilot and Iteration X extension were the most 2 unique features that really impressed me like all the other software I worked with this was the first time for me to encounter these unique and helpful tools. That tool was very helpful especially in web testing when it can save you time for using multiple tools to record and then write the bug reports and insert screenshots or video recording it is just all in one place and it is just one click away so other than the issue, I mention earlier the extension is super amazing. All of their tech is okay but not great. For example: their email marketing is okay but not as good as Mailchimp/competitors that specialize in email, their CRM is better than nothing, but not as good as Pipedrive/NutshellCRM or other SMB-targeted CRMs (not even talking about Hubspot which I consider more for larger orgs). And their web builder is good, with good templates and decent capabilities, but not as intuitive/easy to use as Webflow, Squarespace or Tilda - and doesn't have near the SEO capabilities or tech customization native in Webflow or Tilda.

In short, you can get okay ecommerce, but would be better off with Shopify or BigCommerce. You can get okay email marketing and CRM but would be better off getting specialized apps and then dropping their form fields into your site. You can build a decent website with Wix, but for advanced and custom design/integrations/actions as you grow your business - and better SEO tools - you'd be better off with Webflow or Tilda.

Additionally, in my opinion, they've gotten more scammy over time as their tech has been surpassed by competitors. I used to build client sites in Wix all the time (between 2016 - 2019 I built 5 client sites plus my own there)... but they've instituted hidden upcharges, confusing subscription plans and a super shady renewal practice where they bill you 14 days before your renewal ends and then tell you it can't be refunded even if you cancel before your newly-purhcased-but-not-wanted renewal starts. I don't like doing business with companies I feel like are trying to screw me so I'd have stopped using them for that reason alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
