What do you like best about Jotform?

JotForm is super-easy to learn - the buttons are apparent and straightforward. You can upload your forms and customize them for the information you need. You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.

At our warehouse entrances, iLobby facilitates the seamless signing in of drivers and records critical details like trailer numbers, pickup numbers, reefer setpoints, and ETAs. What do you like best about Synthesia?

The best thing about Synthesia is that if you've ever used a straightforward design / build tool before (e.g. PowerPoint) then you'll be able to pick up the basics faster than you'd think. Having such an intuitive design is a tremendous boon for a larger company with employees having an array of skillsets and experience with technology. I enjoy having confidence that I can take Synthesia to anyone and they can easily review and understand the video creation process. I have been able to use this to track which CSMs are getting the most responses, which allows us to gamify sending surveys, maximizing csm involvement. What do you like best about Simplified?

Simplified is robust. They have continued to add AI tools. They also make it easy to post to multiple accounts and have a healthy list of platforms a person can post to. I feel like they were one of the first social platforms to incorporate AI image generation and continue to attempt to innovate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplified?

They have constantly changed their UX, names of what things within the system are called, where things are kept, and how things work. I will log in one week, create directions for my team in how to use the platform and the following week everything is different. And, when they change something, inevitably something is broken. It feels like someone in the company loves tweaking the main design constantly- but it keeps breaking small stuff in the system. And, many of the UX updates don't improve the system, they just make things more confusing and difficult to find/use.

For example, they have things called workspaces and team spaces. But, we were paying for "seats" and "social accounts". I kept asking them to explain what a "seat" is vs. a "teamspace", and they couldn't really answer and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. I tried to explain that they constantly were changing what things were called and how things were billed- but they made it seem like I was the idiot.

In the end, I really feel like they changed the terms of our yearly agreement. I wanted a large number of accounts available with a certain number of social accounts available for each account (teamspace). That was our agreement. But, then they changed things and moved to this "seat" concept and somehow I suddenly had way less access that I signed up for.

Is this a robust system- yes. But, watch out- they may continue to change your terms, change what things are called, and constantly tweak the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finding the time on someone's schedule and then hoping them to honor the time is really challenging. Calendly booking makes it easy to book the time and makes sure there is no double booking at the same time. Also I can check my calendar for appointments and I keep getting reminders so I do not miss my appointments. So i think this was a big challenge that Calendly is solving for small business like me. I typically use Microsoft Excel to generate bulk posters for campaigns or projects through Canva. The process involves creating a spreadsheet (CSV file) with multiple variations of the poster content, where each row contains a unique message, headline, or other text elements for the posters. After preparing this CSV file, I upload it to Canva’s bulk creation feature, which automates the process of generating numerous posters at once. Canva automatically inserts the unique messages into pre-designed poster templates, creating a set of posters, each with different content but a consistent design.

This approach saves time and ensures consistency across a large number of posters, making it ideal for producing visuals for events, marketing campaigns, or educational materials. By using Excel for the initial data entry and Canva for the design, I can efficiently manage large-scale poster production with personalized or varied messaging. And it can cause confusion. I dont see an effective way to prevent that from happening. Maybe defaulting to no service at all so you have to choose a service everytime. I love how easy it is to use! The integration with my calendar makes it so easy to schedule any meeting, and I use it at least twice a day, if not more.

Setting up the account took no time at all; it's been very easily implemented by our entire team.

I use it everyday. Able to track bulk of emails easily by creating mailbox rules. Can be easily implemented with MS Office 365 and integrated with MS teams. Easy to implement Able to create meetings instantly. Helps us with creating tasks, perform auto spell checks on all emails, rich formatting with customized signature. It groups all email conversations allowing us to track it better. Can import/export calender easily.
