What do you like best about Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is helpful in many ways. It helps to keep work and access to other programs that integrate with work in one place. In additon, integrating other Google programs, such as Google Docs, Drive, Email, and Chat, helps to get work completed and share with appropriate contacts. I have found this website to be easy to use and navigate, even though I have not used it before. What do you like best about Jotform?

Approvals (now Workflow) allows all forms that require pre-approval, to be sent for approval simultaneously without manual input.

Approval flows can be manually overridden or re-assigned by the company admin account.

All forms can be collectively added to an "app" so that they are easily accessed on a singular platform.

Personnel accessing the apps or forms do not require an account which lowers the cost to the business astronomically.

No coding experience necessary to set up approvals or develop forms as this process is pretty simple and tutorials are available if you are having trouble understanding the steps.

Forms can be filled in and saved to submit at a later date and the status of approval for your submission (where applicable) can be viewed - as long as you were logged in at the time of submission Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

Users of the app must sign in every 8hours.

I like how you can easily make a survey with unique URLs. I have been able to use this to track which CSMs are getting the most responses, which allows us to gamify sending surveys, maximizing csm involvement. What do you like best about Synthesia?

I have used the software to create personalized avatars of myself, to make videos more quickly, I am incredibly fascinated with the precision of the avatar and the voice cloning, in addition, the generation of videos is fast and not tiring at all. I really recommend it.

Additionally, I must say that the support from the support chat is incredible, the AI ​​they use to respond gives excellent answers and if more detailed support is needed, they send you to an agent...I loved that. So far I have only had one mishap. Which was like finding out about deactivating the subtitles in the generation, I think this option should be more visible and not so hidden in the preview, but the truth is, the support that the support gave me was incredible, and I didn't have a bad time. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

What do you like best about Simplified?

Simplified is robust. They have continued to add AI tools. They also make it easy to post to multiple accounts and have a healthy list of platforms a person can post to. I feel like they were one of the first social platforms to incorporate AI image generation and continue to attempt to innovate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplified?

They have constantly changed their UX, names of what things within the system are called, where things are kept, and how things work. I will log in one week, create directions for my team in how to use the platform and the following week everything is different. And, when they change something, inevitably something is broken. It feels like someone in the company loves tweaking the main design constantly- but it keeps breaking small stuff in the system. And, many of the UX updates don't improve the system, they just make things more confusing and difficult to find/use.

For example, they have things called workspaces and team spaces. But, we were paying for "seats" and "social accounts". I kept asking them to explain what a "seat" is vs. a "teamspace", and they couldn't really answer and made it seem like I was dumb for asking. I tried to explain that they constantly were changing what things were called and how things were billed- but they made it seem like I was the idiot.

In the end, I really feel like they changed the terms of our yearly agreement. I wanted a large number of accounts available with a certain number of social accounts available for each account (teamspace). That was our agreement. But, then they changed things and moved to this "seat" concept and somehow I suddenly had way less access that I signed up for.

Is this a robust system- yes. But, watch out- they may continue to change your terms, change what things are called, and constantly tweak the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple the user interface is, it clearly shows me what tasks I have to do when approaching mid-year reviews or end of year reviews, with clear deadlines for each. This helps me manage my time much better and I know exactly what to do and when.

I used to find review periods very ovewhelming and difficult to keep track of, however since moving to Leapsome, the process is now something I enjoy! You have a clear outline of all your tasks and when they are due by, and you can always go back to reviews to edit them later if needed, which is really helpful.

We also used to have to build all our OKR graphs manually, and they were saved across many different Excel files, making each team very siloed and there was no visibility between teams. However, Leapsome has now solved these problems, with automatic graphs created whenever you input OKRs at the start of each quarter, and full visibility across all teams. Qualified was very hands-on when it came to answering any questions our marketing team had when it came to setting up this chat bot. Kayln Selor was an amazing success architect and met with my team and I at least once a week. Whether it was setting up rules, goals and content for our AI (Valerie), Kayln exceeded our expectations and got our chat bot launched on the day we desired. Valerie has been live for about 4 days now and has already had over 100 conversations and booked over 20 meetings. This is more than we could have expected and are highly satisfied with the results. When it comes to tracking and going over the chats Valerie has conducted, it is very simple to see the entire conversation and correct any mistakes she has made. What do you dislike about Qualified?

I think the only issue we faced along the way was having connection issues with syncing outlook calendars to qualified. Although this was rapidly resolved and Kayln and her team was a tremendous help and would recommend Qualified to any team that is looking for Live Chat or AI chat on their web pages. QuestionPro is a robust and powerful survey tool. It has numerous advanced question types including conjoint and maxdiff, allows for advanced skip and branching logic, and has built-in tools to flag and review poor quality or fraudalent responses.

Some of my favorite features are the auto-focus mode on matri questions and ease of creating stunning dashboard using the BI visualization tool. I also love that we have a dedicated customer support manager who we can reach out to directly when we need assistance and send feedback for product enhancements, bugs. etc. The price is also significantly less than what we were paying for Qualtrics, and it appears to be designed for research agencies like ours rather than corporate enterprise users. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

We've come across a few minor things that QuestionPro can't do that I hope get added to the product soon. For example, you currently cannot view custom variables in the topline, crosstabs, or BI dashboard. We like to use custom variables when possible to pipe in known customer data to reduce the number of questions we have to ask and to assign geographic markets when respondents enter their zip code, but we can't display these results in the reporting tools. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

I typically use Microsoft Excel to generate bulk posters for campaigns or projects through Canva. The process involves creating a spreadsheet (CSV file) with multiple variations of the poster content, where each row contains a unique message, headline, or other text elements for the posters. After preparing this CSV file, I upload it to Canva’s bulk creation feature, which automates the process of generating numerous posters at once. Canva automatically inserts the unique messages into pre-designed poster templates, creating a set of posters, each with different content but a consistent design.

This approach saves time and ensures consistency across a large number of posters, making it ideal for producing visuals for events, marketing campaigns, or educational materials. What do you like best about Superhuman?

I came back from pto and my inbox was even worse than the usual chaos, I was nervous about clearing it when a friend referred me SuperHuman.

I was impressed by the speed in which I sorted everything out and got caught up with all my top priorities, team requests, follow ups and removed the noise from it.

It's the only email tool I use now, everyday it helps me go through emails, set reminders, they have tutorials to facilitate use and commands making me take more value from them.

What do you dislike about Superhuman?

I haven't had issues yet.

What problems is Superhuman solving and how is that benefiting you?

My inbox is a confluence of stuff.

I get CCed on a lot of stuff, my email is openly available so there are many random emails, I get targeted by sales people... needless to say, its easy to "let things slip through the cracks".

Well, with Superhuman, there are no cracks.

I never lost another important email or forgot to follow up with something important.

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

We have two iPads and two printers. We have to go in and make sure each ipad is hooked up to the correct printer every morning through the Receptionist app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used to have visitors sign in on paper, and now we are able to check visitors in electronically and trach who's in the building. What do you like best about Archie?

Archie has been great for us, we were looking for something that did more than just desk booking, and out of the solutions we demoed Archie was by far the best for us. Sleek and simple UI, lots of features, and pricing that doesn't break the bank. We use it to register visitors when they arrive, manage meeting rooms and workstations, have an overview of the schedule of different teams and track overall office attendance. What do you dislike about Archie?

More customization options in the reporting module would be great. Also, the mobile app is amazing for the end users but doesn't have all of the admin features of the web version, which is not a big deal but it would be nice to have everything available there as well. What problems is Archie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Implementing a hybrid schedule meant that on one hand we had to make it easy for our team to reserve a spot at the office, and on the other hand we had to be able to track attendance and have visibility into the schedule of different departments.
