What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I used to use my website domain provider's email service, which was clunky and I had to shift between my personal Gmail and work email to collaborate.

Google Workspace has allowed me to work and collaborate through a single account. I use the same services I used with my personal Gmail but buying Google Workspace has improved my productivity, plus no hassles of shifting between multiple accounts.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

I can't invite more than 5 users from other Google Workspace in a month to collaborate. Don'tknow if this is a feature limit for my pricing tier but this restricts collaboration to a certain extent. I'm searching for a workaround in the meantime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like that I can copy surveys I've already made and I can make them look branded and custom. They're very easy to share, and very mobile-compatible. I can email the link, use a QR code for scanning, put in an email, or use on a presentaion. I use them all the time and can have multiple surveys going at once. What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Sometimes I dislike that there are SurveyMonkey adds sprinkled thoughout my survey, so I have to find and edit them out or upgrade to remove. I wish my respondants could get an email confirmation that they completed the survey without our company having to upgrade. Our SMB has been able to take our training videos to a new level with Synthesia's platform. Super easy to learn, quick AI customer service with the ability to get additional assistance if the AI can't get to the root of the issue, and consistently professional avatars and script to voice generation has been so helpful to accomplish our training goals. I've been having to resize/reposition my images when I bring them into templates that have a left or right border. It would be so much easier if the user could customize how the image gets placed (fit to space / fill space). What do you like best about iLobby?

Our facility was looking to replace the paper sign in process for our visitors and contractors so we decided to explore the option of utilizing iLobby. We like the digitilization of our visitor log book, each host is able to keep track of their visitors, and each visitor must review the site safety policies and sign off prior to entry. Overall, the technology behind this system provides everything that we have been looking for in terms of visitor and contractor sign in process and tracking of visitors. What do you dislike about iLobby?

The only downside so far to iLobby is not being able to find some resources that can be shared with hosts on the set-up of the system and tracking of visitors. The upside is that the customer support team has been great at answering questions within an hour of the requests and they have explained everything thoroughly as our facility learns to navigate through the system. What do you like best about Calendly?

As a recruiter, I like that I can share a Calendly link with candidates via Gmail, LinkedIn and that it also integrates seamlessly with my ATS. It allows me to set times that I want to be available and also syncs to my Google calendar. I also like that it gives candidates the ability to schedule and reschedule, saving me time going back coordinating times with them and avoiding last minute rescheduling requests. What do you dislike about Calendly?

Depending on how you set your availability and the volume of people you're scheduling with, you may get a lot of back to back bookings. There also may be cases where someone doesn't understand how to reschedule or accept the invite on their end creating some confusion, but this is more an exception than a rule and wouldn't deter me from using Calendly. I use calendly to schdule interviews both within my ATS (Greenhouse) and also when passively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn. I benefit by saving time going back and forth sharing my availability and requesting candidates availability, requesting contact information, and also can avoid last minute reschduling requests if they pop up. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

It allows me to track the set objectives, being able to record various aspects of it and use it as a future reference for similar work or projects that integrate actions of the same type. Additionally, it allows the creation of peer assessment and evaluation tools with which everyone can rate their colleagues, generating immediate feedback among them and helping to create a support where progress in their competencies can be visualized and better understand what you contribute. I can easily and directly praise the rest of my colleagues on their competencies and suggest possible improvements without them taking it as an "attack." It has been easy to integrate the product into my daily work routines, turning it into another tool that has improved my productivity and that of those around me, always counting on the help of technical support when I have needed it. Perhaps the worst thing about the tool is that the ease of use and the directness with which compliments or feedback can be sent to colleagues and their managers can be used maliciously by some, creating a strained environment.

What do you like best about Archie?

I love the app. I usually use the list view when booking meeting rooms, and the interactive floor maps when I reserve a desk, so I can see who else from my team is at the office that day. For me the most useful thing is being able to access my team's schedule and not having to worry about not knowing who is working from home and who is onsite. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

I've had Qminder in my department for nigh on 10 years now, and it's implementation, support, and use have been of fantastic help to managing the demand my department faces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

So far our experience with Userpilot has been amazing. We came over from one of their competitors and the difference has been night and day. Starting with the implementation, since they connect with Segment, it was a matter of 15 minutes before we had integrated everything.

I love their UI, it makes everything so easy to use and you quickly understand what you can do, but then you keep finding more and more that's possible. The ability to filter charts by specific metadata from events is also super useful (which was not something offered by our previous supplier).

On top of that, they also have auto-tracking so I was able to start on the analytics journey without needing developer time. They do a really great job of balancing simplicity (as in how easy it is to set up and use) with depth.

Their Chrome extension lets me set up onboarding flows and customizations quickly, while still providing useful insights on what our users are interacting with.

All of this with an accessible price point and an excellent support team. Specifically, Owen and Lauren have been instrumental in our ability to get the most out of their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

What do you like best about Superhuman?

I love it. Great interface that makes you focus on the task at hand. The shortcuts and removing mouse usage from your workflow makes a tremendous impact to my efficiency and makes managing my emails a breeze.

Very positive and easy onboarding process, with your own customer success manager assigned (for enterprise accounts) who is at hand to answer all questions and support implementation.

I recommend it to everyone I speak to at work who is struggling with a large volume of emails and wants to stay up to date with emails, rather than just filtering and ignoring emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman?

The mobiles experience feels inferior compared to the desktop experience - but it is all about the desktop experience.

As a minor point, I would be keen to see the roadmap and what other integrations could be possible.

The calendar experience seems alittle disjointed from the quality of the email experience - but that may be because the email experience is so fantastic that it can't be replicated in calendar / scheduling.

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

The receptionist has made a huge difference for our practice in being able to manage patient flow when our office manager is not in (ie. after 5 PM and on weekends, when many of our providers offer sessions). It is also such a helpful tool to simply let the providers know when their clients have arrived! We have a big building, so no more trapsing down the hall and awkwardly lingering, looking for our clients. It was crazy easy to set up, and I had it running the day I got it. We love it!
