What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

Sometimes Google Docs has minor glitches and doesn’t work properly, but it’s not too often. Also, they raised the price this year, which wasn’t very convenient. Another downside is that there’s no live support or chat to contact a support agent. Recently, I needed to reach out for support, but there was no direct support email or chat, and the community forums and guidelines didn’t help resolve my issue. Google Workspace helps us centralize everything we need. We communicate through Gmail, create documents, sheets, and reports without needing to pay extra for Excel, PowerPoint, or Microsoft Word. Google Meet is also very convenient for video calls, and we benefit from numerous integrations and the ease of using SSO for seamless access across all platforms. What do you like best about FacilityOS?

We like that we are able to see who is in the office for the day; We like that we can go back and see who was in the office on certain dates to verify if employees did in fact attend a training; We like that it notifies all of HQ employees when expected/unexpected guests have arrived via email; We like that we can add in expected guests into the system ahead of time, making the sign in process easier & quicker; Achilles and Damjan have been great when it comes to Customer Support, they were able to customize the sign in fields to our needs; The integration process has been great with our employees, it is easy to use with the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

We can now see who is in the building for the day, especially if we missed them come into the door. Our office is hybrid, so this allows us to let unexpected guests know whether or not someone is in the office to be able to help them with their needs. It has also allowed our front desk to see if we have trainings for the day and how many people we are expecting at different times which lets us know when it may get busy in the lobby. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like that I can copy surveys I've already made and I can make them look branded and custom. They're very easy to share, and very mobile-compatible. I can email the link, use a QR code for scanning, put in an email, or use on a presentaion. I use them all the time and can have multiple surveys going at once. What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Sometimes I dislike that there are SurveyMonkey adds sprinkled thoughout my survey, so I have to find and edit them out or upgrade to remove. I wish my respondants could get an email confirmation that they completed the survey without our company having to upgrade. What do you like best about Synthesia?

I have a lot of great things to say about Synthesia. I love how it looks and how intuitive the tools and editing features are. We’ve been using it to create company onboarding and training videos. It saves us a lot of time when we want to make changes or improvements because we don’t have to re-film anything—we can just quickly edit the script and republish the video. Sometimes they cannot solve problems, they require additional information to be sent even when screenshots have already been sent. The last time I needed it, I practically had to solve it myself, as the response they gave me did not help. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

I appreciate the functionality of the goaling tool, especially the way it visually represents the percentage increase that occurs during task completion. This feature is particularly useful to me because it allows me to effectively monitor my team's progress toward their goals and overall performance. One thing I really find beneficial is that I can easily provide online kudos and recognition to team members for their achievements. Also, a significant advantage is the ability to directly link my team's performance metrics to our yearly deliverables and objectives, making performance tracking easier. Being able to see the % increase during task completion provides excellent insight, and being able to give cudos easily is great for team morale. Occasionally, users may find the menu systems somewhat unclear and not entirely straightforward to navigate. As an example, the process of establishing hierarchical relationships between goals, specifically differentiating and linking child goals to their corresponding parent goals, can present certain challenges. The interface might not always provide easily understandable steps for accomplishing this, which could lead to frustration when trying to organize goals in a parent-child structure. Userpilot allows us to increase user awareness and confidence around added and existing functionality. It also allows us to contextually surface other useful content (i.e. documentation or videos) at the right time for our users.

We have recently used Userpilot to successfully deploy customer onboarding for two of our products, with the aim of familiarizing our users with those products before they receive further training.

What do you dislike about The Receptionist?

The only downside we noticed is the fact that we can't put a schedule in. For example, if i'm away from 1pm to 4pm on a given day, there's no way the visitor can know. You still get the notification, but you're not on site. A custom message saying ''i'm away, please refer to X'' would be a good add on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company doesn't require a full time receptionist. The app can actually do this task pretty well. It helps to notify the right person, so there's much less wasted time or transfered demands to the wrong person. On a cost related analysis for our company, it is really efficient. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

I've had Qminder in my department for nigh on 10 years now, and it's implementation, support, and use have been of fantastic help to managing the demand my department faces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

What do you like best about Superhuman?

I’ve been using Superhuman for a month, and it's totally changed my email game. My inbox stays clean thanks to its minimal interface that cuts out all the noise.

The newsletter sorting is brilliant - no more important emails getting buried under promotions. I can check those later when I actually want to read them. Even though, still a lot of them ;)

The keyboard shortcuts let me fly through emails at double speed, and the AI responses are scary good - they sound just like me and save me from typing the same replies over and over.

What do you dislike about Superhuman?

Superhuman isn't perfect. Sometimes it gets confused when people email me from different addresses, creating duplicate contacts instead of keeping conversations together.

The "important" email sorting needs work too - I often find myself manually recategorizing things because what's important changes with my projects.
