I use Zopto in concert with LI Navigator, Salesforce, Salesloft and Seamless (list generation). With the addition of the email facility for sending invites and sequence messages, Zopto is very scalable. The ability to recycle campaigns is important. Our objective is on prospect generation for big-ticket new accounts. Product is highly conceptual - dynamic dashboards and AI applications. Our objective is to drive the highest number of accepts per se. We put a lot of effort into building the lists to try and optimize the percentage of contacts whose profile matches our best customers. Our messaging is designed to determine which contacts have the pain we can solve and know it. Trying to convince someone that they have an issue that we can resolve is a long-term nurture issue and won't drive near-term business. Zopto makes it easy to filter contacts base on how we set the messaging. Based on their responses contacts are imported into SalesGorce and then into SalesLoft. We frequently make posts to LI and use SalesLoft to back up the LI/Zopto messages with email and, ultimately phone calls. Zopto is an integral part of our tech stack and the support delivered is awesome. Richard Lloyd is very special. You are lucky to have someone like him.
