The software is easy to understand and use, and we've been given a dedicated account manager who replies to any queries we have usually within an hour! So great customer service too. Zopto seems to constantly come out with new features too and trying to find ways around the LinkedIn blocks.

The Zopto user interface is friendly and easy to use. Leading a business that provides website services, these details are very important. While using the resources provided, for example the explaninitory tutorials I found them to be useful. Best of all are the reference videos to show step by step examples for visual learners such as myself. Above all, the training support team is the true value. Easy to use. You can set up campaigns in a few minutes. A LOT of valuable features, like extracting audience from groups, in-app search, etc. Sequences are the best feature! Also, Zopto has post likes, Twitter likes, profile views and follows, profile invites, email invites, etc. Integration with Zapier works very well so that you can integrate Zopto with your CRM/Slack, etc. All together makes this service such a good tool for us and I think for other companies. I especially want to underscore the support - they answer any of my questions in minutes! As I mentioned in the topic - this is the best tool if you consider launching your marketing campaigns on LinkedIn!
