Great product but some times (not very often) it gets really slow

Many customers find it difficult to login into a customer support service and they want to just send an email. Zoho desk solves this problem for us. It creates new tickets from a simple email and with a large number of parameters in the admin center, it is very easy to make it a perfect fit for yor needs.
