Zignal is able to monitor coverage/mentions across a variety of platforms that other tools can't. They also provide numerous widgets, allowing you to slice the data in various ways that suit your reporting needs. Zignal also offers a Media Quality Score, which measures the effectiveness of our communication and the quality of media coverage — making reporting back on comms impact more understandable for non-PR stakeholders.

Saved filters/issues make it very easy to re-use for future requests. Similarly, once you have created a report design that you like you can easily reuse it for other topics of conversation, reducing the hours needed to rebuild a new report. Customization of widgets and applying filters is also a huge benefit. Newsroom and the alerts features are very helpful and make my job easier.
