Very fast way to give examples very quick of completed work. I love this tool so much much because you can set up so many shortcuts either on your keyboard or mouse to have a quick screengrab or screencast I use the Screencast feature ALL THE TIME and our clients absolutely love it because its a great way to show training without having to jump on a call together Lastly, I even had a conference call with their team that showcased a ton of features they were coming out with and it was a nice touch because it gave us insight into what was to come. I know they probably did this with a lot of their clients. But they truly do appreciate customer relations after the initial sale.
