I am an administrator for CloudApp and it is one of the easiest tools to pick up on how to use. CloudApp makes it easy to share screenshots and video recordings with other users. I really like that it stores every screenshot/video you have taken whereas some other tools limit the number you can keep at a time.

The ease of use for the product. Everything is clear and consistent.

The ease with which I can upload a file, annotate and share on CloudApp saves me a substantial amount of time when reviewing prototypes. We should create a visual, so our ideas can come across more clearly and avoid misunderstandings, instead of writing and emailing every comment and suggestion. I like the program on my computer that allows me to upload images and screens automatically and manage all of my files without going to another website.
