The screenshots automatically get uploaded in Zight cloud and I can share the link anywhere

Once you screen grab or record a short video of your screen it auto uploads to your CloudApp account cutting out a lot of saving, naming, finding, uploading etc.... it shows a dedicated page for the uploaded file and allows comments to be added from people you share it with. Updating the CNAME allows you to use something like help.yourdomain.com/filename which looks very professional to your end users. They keep adding to the product and the new UI with folders is really helpful for organising
