I've been using Zight for almost 10 years, across 3 companies. There are many things to like about it.
1. It's robust and simple to use. Captures can be done seamlessly within other workflows and copy automatically to your clipboard as a user-tunable default of link, image, or download. This makes for quick and easy captures on the fly.
2. It has excellent security features. First, it was simple to set up storage on our company servers instead of the Zight cloud, meaning that all of our captures remain under our control. This allows for capturing more sensitive information securely. Second, it's possible to set security on ANY capture to password-protect or otherwise restrict access to it.
3. The editing features are excellent for both images and videos.
4. For teams in particular, the ability to group captures into collections and to manage sharing of those collections across multiple team members is a game-changer. We used this for customer support to build a visual knowledgebase of our systems very easily and intuitively.
5. Customization of the capture url for our domain was simple.
6. On the rare occasions where we've had issues, customer support was responsive, quick, and knowledgable.
