Manual RI calculation is wack

|Zesty
Cloudvisor provides a fully automated RI management tool (with additional freebies). No more need for manually calculate what RI to purchase, in what region and so on. The dashboard is clean and informative: includes the projects spend and saving. The S3 size / cost / security issues is also used highly by our team. With it we were able to analyze (and terminate) a few buckets that cost us quite allot. The turn on / off feature of EC2 instances is simple for deployment.
