The cost savings with 0 risk is fantastic. When I first got the cold call from them, I thought this is too good to be true; there has to be a catch. I did several reference checks and all said it was great with no downside, so I pitched it to the board. Because we work with HIPAA data, it took several weeks to clear legal and validate all of the permission sets they would be using. In the end, they are doing exactly what they committed to doing, saving us money each month. With the permissions they have, there is no access to HIPAA data or systems, so it is 100% secure and safe on that front. Additionally, their reporting system is easy to navigate and find where your costs are coming from. In my case, we were able to locate 200TB+ of S3 storage that was lost in the subfolders that we were able to delete and save $1500 each month with no cost from them as that is just part of the included reporting module. Setup and onboarding was a breeze and exactly as advertised. If they don't save you money your don't pay anything.
